Semeco Investment Ltd is the company which has the strong emphasis on the democratic
management. Moreover, the employees are grouped into the teams with the team leaders. The
team would like to aim to the sales target to meet, but it also allowed to decide how it go about
meeting those target, as well, finally, they have to have a responsibility for putting their ideas
into practice.

Nowadays, there have many style of leadership that Semeco can apply into the system of
company to improve the quality of job, including dictatorial, autocratic, democratic, and laisser-
faire.
Dictatorial style is the style which suggest for the managers and leaders, and the function
using same as a dictator. (communicationtheory, 2010)
The managers and leaders, who have a full power in the manage and control the
company, would like to make a decision concerning what, when, where, and how
things are done and who will take the work and complete them.

Moreover, the teams and leaders in Someco Investment Ltd. have a mission that is
given the sales targets to reach the demand of consumer; as a result, they are allowed
