INTRODUCTION
BGC is more than just a busy community of successful companies, classy
residences, plush restaurants, and avant-garde shops. Espousing an active
lifestyle, BGC extends the energy and excitement to the green environment, the
arts and culture, and sports and fitness. BGC has allocated fifteen percent of its
land to open spaces suitable for a variety of outdoor activities. It is most pleased
to provide its residents and visitors with safe, quality venues for play and
wellness with the recent opening of theme park; Terra 28
th
. Unfortunately, most
of the people admire the beauty of it yet they seldom visit the aforementioned
park.
In the thick of the highly charged, fast-paced life of a premier district, its a
cool surprise to discover playgrounds and landscape parks where we can relax
and indulge in recreation or bonding activities yet they dont involve themselves
in the said exertion, worse, they dont practice physical activities at all. In the light
of these assertions, pushed the researchers to continue the study. Thus, through
these concepts, this research title is obtained. Exploring Creative Solutions In
Community Park Planning . As far as BGC residence and visitors are
concerned, this should be given importance and of great attention for it would
seek to provide answers and solutions why they seldom visit the Terra 28 and
further why they dont stay to engage themselves in some recreational activities
in the said park.
To address the problem, the researchers made BGC residents and visitors
as respondents; through this, the researchers would evidently assess the proper
remedy to amend the problems.













STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
The ultimate purpose of this study is to assess why there is a decrease
in number of visitors or guests of Terra 28
th
at the Bonifacio Global City,
Taguig City.This study will be a significant endeavor in designing a high-
quality, hygienic, and comfortable community park. By understanding the
focal necessities of the user and prudent administration, both parties be
assured of a calibercommunity park. Moreover, this study will provide
necessary data and information that will be needed to further understand
the nature of Community Park designing and management.

The researchers exploration on this study can be achieved by
specifically answering the following questions:
1. What are the problems encountered by the BGC occupants and visitors
causing them not to visit the Terra 28th?
a. Functions
b. Aesthetics

2. What are the effects of such errors to the target market?
a. BGC Residence
b. Visitors of BGC


Hypothesis
The researchers hypothesize that there is no significance in
exploring creative solutions in community park planning.

IMPORTANCE OF THE STUDY
This research is advantageous primarily to those people who are residing at
BGC. Through this they will discover the main complexity in spending their time in the
park and engaging in some physical activity. This cram will surely single out the main
obscurity in Terra 28

particularly in aesthetic in relation to; Function: including utilities
as well as the correct orientation.
This research is also concerned in the upcoming development of the Terra 28th,
in addition to that, the research product aims to guide the future Parks as to what are
the prevalent difficulties encountered in landscaping or in other subjects concerning Site
Planning so that they will have a firsthand idea as to where to concentrate in this matter.
This research may also be helpful to those people who are in the design industry
because through this study they might consider the different factors that are being listed
concerning the effect of problem. Therefore, designers may employ corresponding
actions that might improve their landscaping ideas.
