SEMINAR ENTRANCE AGREEMENT

The Seminar is powerful, energizing, and may provide life-changing tools for growth. THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT (this
"Agreement") is entered into by and between The Reconnection, LLC (hereafter, we, us, and our, means The
Reconnection, LLC, a California, United States, corporation and, where the context requires, includes its current
European subsidiary, The Reconnection (Europe) S.L., and any future operating subsidiaries, and/or its assigns), and the
party executing this Agreement on the signature page hereof (ATTENDEE, or You) in connection with your
attendance of the Seminar (as defined below) including but not limited to the seminar being held on the date set forth
on the signature page. You hereby grant The Reconnection permission to photograph, videotape, audiotape, and film
You, as well as record You in any other medium whether or not presently known, during the Seminar.
1. Disclaimer. THE SEMINAR AND THE INFORMATION (AS DEFINED BELOW) ARE NOT DESIGNED TO, AND
DO NOT PROVIDE, MEDICAL ADVICE. NEVER DISREGARD PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, OR DELAY
IN SEEKING IT, BECAUSE OF SOMETHING YOU HAVE LEARNED, VIEWED, LISTENED TO, READ OR
OTHERWISE ASCERTAINED OR OBTAINED (COLLECTIVELY LEARNED) BASED ON THE SEMINAR OR
ANY OTHER INFORMATION CONVEYED TO ATTENDEE IN ANY FORM NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER
DEVISED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMTED TO THAT CERTAIN WRITTEN WORK CURRENTLY ENTITLED
THE RECONNECTION: HEAL OTHERS, HEAL YOURSELF AND LEARNED AT ANYTIME PRIOR TO,
CONTEMPORANEOUSLY WITH OR HEREAFTER (COLLECTIVELY THE INFORMATION). ANYTHING
YOU LEARN FROM THE INFORMATION IS NOT INTENDED TO REPLACE THE SERVICES OF A TRAINED
HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL OR BE A SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL ADVICE OF PHYSICIANS. THE
RECONNECTION AND ERIC PEARL RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IN ALL MATTERS
RELATING TO YOUR HEALTH, PARTICULARLY WITH RESPECT TO ANY SYMPTOMS THAT MAY REQUIRE
DIAGNOSIS OR MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE RECONNECTION AND ERIC PEARL MAKE NO
REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY INFORMATION OFFERED OR PROVIDED
IN THE SEMINAR REGARDING YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS.
2. Release and Indemnification. Attendee, on behalf of himself and his respective successors, executors and assigns,
fully and forever releases and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Eric Pearl, The Reconnection and its
officers, members, managers, representatives, affiliates, and each of their successors, assigns, estates, beneficiaries,
legal representatives, agents, employees, attorneys, insurance carriers, sponsors, hosts, hotels, other venues,
volunteers and independent contractors (collectively, The Reconnection Parties), in perpetuity, of and from any
and all manner of claims, liabilities, obligations, actions and causes of action (including attorneys fees) (Claims)
which Attendee may have arising out of or in connection with the Seminar and/or any photograph, videotape,
audiotape, film footage, and any or other manner in which You are recorded during the Seminar (the Media
Footage). The Reconnections Parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary,
or other damages arising indirectly or directly from The Reconnections use of the Media Footage. Seminar shall
be defined as any past, present, and/or future lectures, events, book signings, workshops, seminars by Eric Pearl or a
representative of The Reconnection (collectively Seminar), in any medium now known or hereafter devised,
including but not limited to radio, live, television, and the Internet, or use or receipt in any manner and in any form
of the Information.
3. Representations. You hereby represent, warrant and agree to (i) comply with all rules, guidelines and procedures
of The Reconnection, as may be amended from time to time; and (ii) not teach Reconnective Healing, The
Reconnection, and/or any concepts Learned through a Seminar without the written consent of The Reconnection.
4. Termination. The Reconnection shall have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason or
no reason.
5. Confidentiality. Without the prior written consent of The Reconnection, You shall not disclose to any third party,
other than as permitted by the License, the Intellectual Property of The Reconnection, except as required by law.
Such obligations of confidentiality shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.

6. Arbitration and Jurisdiction. Any controversy or claim involving the construction, enforcement or application of any
of the terms, provisions or conditions of this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in Los Angeles,
California or such other location designated by The Reconnection before the American Arbitration Association
("AAA") pursuant to its Commercial Dispute Resolution Rules or any comparable rules then in effect. Judgment
upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered by any court of competent jurisdiction. The costs of
arbitration shall be borne equally by the parties with each party responsible for his or its own attorneys' fees. The
arbitrator(s) shall have the authority to determine all issues of arbitrability. The arbitrator(s) may not award
punitive or exemplary damages. You hereby waive all rights to such damages and to trial by jury. The decision of
the arbitrator(s) shall be kept confidential by the arbitrator(s), the AAA and the parties.
7. Interpretation. Neither the fact that this Agreement or any portion of this Agreement was negotiated or drafted by
an attorney for The Reconnection shall be used for purposes of interpreting this Agreement nor shall such facts be
used to construe this Agreement or any portion of this Agreement in favor of, or against, any party. You
acknowledge that You have read and understood this Agreement and are entering into this Agreement freely and
voluntarily.
8. Miscellaneous. This Agreement comprises the entire Release Agreement between You and The Reconnection, and
may be modified only by a written document signed by an authorized representative of The Reconnection and You.
This Agreement cannot be modified or negated orally. Regardless of the jurisdiction in which this Agreement is
entered, this Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, in
the United States of America without regard to its principles of conflict of law. The failure of The Reconnection to
enforce any right or provision in this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless
acknowledged and agreed to in writing by the The Reconnection. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or
agency relationship exists between You and The Reconnection as a result of this Agreement or Your use of the
Intellectual Property and You do not have the authority to bind The Reconnection in any respect whatsoever. You
may not assign or transfer this Agreement without The Reconnections prior written approval. Notice required
under this Agreement shall be deemed given and delivered for purpose of service of process under State and federal
law by posting such information on The Reconnections Web site and shall be effective upon posting. As used in
this Agreement, the masculine, feminine or neuter gender, and the singular or plural number, shall be deemed to
include the other whenever the context so applies.
All rights, title and interest in and to the Seminar material, including but not limited to Media Footage, and all results and
proceeds thereof, are hereby permanently, irrevocably, exclusively and absolutely assigned, transferred and conveyed to
The Reconnection, without reservation, throughout the universe in perpetuity, including, without limitation, all rights of
copyright and copyright renewal in such Media Footage or any part thereof.
In keeping with this Agreement, we appreciate your offer to participate in spreading the word and gifts of Reconnective
Healing
