service). Assist rector and clergy team in administration, volunteer recruitment, pastoral
care, and preaching responsibilities. Lead weekly Gospel Preview bible study. Manage

Assisting Priest. Non-stipendiary position. Duties include pastoral care, preaching, and
presiding regularly at two Sunday services in this suburban parish. Implemented new Godly
Play Christian formation program for children.

Grants Associate. Solicit grants from philanthropic institutions in support of the Oakland
Zoos $11 million annual budget. Monitor grant compliance and manage relationships with
all foundations, corporate donors, and other grantors. Maintain constituent database using
The Raisers Edge. Assist with planning and execution of major donor events.

Senior Recruitment Coordinator. Responsible for meeting national volunteer recruitment
goals and managing a team of two recruiters. Reviewed applications, rsums, portfolios,
and writing samples in support of nationwide recruitment efforts. Conducted interviews and
recommended volunteer role assignments. Using online and traditional marketing tools, ex-
ecuted acquisition marketing plan. Wrote funder impact reports, assisted with foundation
research, and assisted in writing and proofreading of grant LOIs and applications.
