ADMISSION NOTICE [SE, TE & BE]

1. All students are informed that our college will reopen on Monday, 16
th
June 2014, as per
Pune University Circular for the academic year 2014 2015.
2. Your attendance for all the Theory and Practical Classes is mandatory from the first day;
any absenteeism and irregularity will be viewed very seriously and will call for strict
disciplinary action.

3. Students should collect their fees challan from their respective departments [from
departmental clerks]. Verify it properly; if any correction contact to student section.

4. All fees shall be accepted along with challan only; fees will be not accepted without challan

5. Students are required to seek provisional admission and pay the annual college fees by
cash or demand draft drawn in the name of MIT College of Engineering, Pune payable
at Pune.

6. Students should note that, all fees will be collected by bank staff hence the fees shall be
equal to challan amount. Part / Short fees shall not be accepted.

11. Debit / Credit card will be accepted in presence of card holder only. Debit / Credit card will
be subject to swapping limit prescribed by the bank. HDFC bank will not be responsible for
failed transactions.

12. This fee is subject to revision by SHIKSHAN SHULK SAMITI, Government of Maharashtra,
Mumbai [if any].
13. Admission Forms are available in the college store (Guest House Building First Floor)
during the working hours at Rs. 350/- to be paid in account section in cash only.
14. Students not reported in the office as per the above schedule will not be admitted later.
Such non reported students will not be allowed to attend the Lectures and Practicals
and their names will be deleted automatically from the respective PROVISIONAL
ROLL CALL without any further intimation.
15. I Card Form will be provided with the admission form. New I-Cards will be issued after
submitting their old I-Card in their respective department.
16. Students should bring two latest pass-port size colour photographs at the time of
admission. (One for Admission Form and One for I-Card).
17. The students should pay full amount of fees (as applicable) at the time of admission
without waiting for their results. After the declaration of the results, Noneligible
students will get refund of their fees as per college rules & regulations by deducting
Rs. 100/- as administrative charges. They have to submit their request applications for
refund of fees along with original fee receipt & xerox copy of result May 2014, to get
the refund apply within seven working days from the date of result declared by the
Pune University.
