Complexity is the integration of simplicity.

The problem
Problem in my sense is the situation for which the system has not been accounted for or not
prepared for. Most of the time according to me, the system is being prepared on either one or the
other hypothesis. One tries to make this hypothesis as much realistic as possible by various surveys
and scenario analysis. Many times the experience of others is taken in to account for helping the
block building of any system.
Experience is formed by any living being when
A) It works into any system
B) Builds the system
C) Work for the system
D) Work as the system.
For any human, society is the basic ground for gaining the experience. A typical human born in the
society, work in the society for the society and be the society at last very soon. If it becomes the part
of any culture in the society, it gains experience by observing that culture particularly. Most of the
time, the culture and/or society in visible or hidden manner form the psyche of the human being.
This psyche gets converted into logics and stored into the brain so that based on these basic psychic
formations or say coding, any human mind takes decision for right or wrong.
Now when any mind creates certain system, it has the basic shade or glimpse of the society. If this
would not be the case, group of patterned psyches, called society wont accept it. This kind of
system and its working or its output becomes an alien to the society and human mind; generally it is
termed as risks or unknowns of the responses.
This unknown parameter could the part of the nature but not a visible part of the system forming
minds or people. Its like hidden trends of the human mind and its behavioural patterns which
influence the life style. This ever changing parameter which is hidden to system, becomes problem
for any system, as system is not prepared for its initiation/activation.
Any system when goes global or spread across the globe, these hidden parameters become more
and more complex to map. And ultimately, the growth becomes the trigger point to death of the
systems plan to work smoothly.

Consider the above image, it shows the peculiar PLC of any product. When a similar graph is
projected for any firms growth, same characterisation will be seen on the long run. Now the
information technology or say time, was the Y-Axis. As the pace of communication and spread
becoming faster this cyclical effect will be seen more often and rapidly. Innovations and product
extension or differentiation or any other approach to sustain this rapid change in the behavioural
pattern generated by hidden parameters will become obsolete or temporary.
Human mind till the time has been expecting the perfection in the market. Now the system is
becoming so much complex that cant support this type of perfection in the market. If it will be the
forthcoming time, then todays approach to find the solution of any problem or complexity which
hides the patterns, will not help. System will need some more efficient way to Rebuttal or
Refutation not the solution. According to my understanding the process which was preparing
solutions till now has given Samadhana to the problems and new system will have to give
Nirakarna of the problems.

The solution
In general human mind has devised the solution for any problem by two means,
A) Break the problem in parts and solve each part
B) Analyse how the problem is being formed and then follow the same path to degenerate it
In A and B the only way to see the problem is relativity, one sees the problem being and working in
the system. The common logic for these two propositions is that, problem is in the system then, has
to be generated by the system or any component indirectly related to the system. The Big-Data or
HADOOP or any other method or technology in recent time is working to find the trends and
assumes to get breakthrough till it find the reason for triggering the change.
Now if we think of a business entity or any system, it has stakeholders and management as two
entities in place to run and sustain the business. Stakeholders form the integrating environment for
the business to operate and management keeps an eye on the operations. This activity of operating
business sees obstacles in forwarding, the management and stakeholders apply mind and logics of
standards and try to solve the obstacle. In doing so the efforts that have been put in will be coming
from the stakeholders and managements perception for problem/obstacle and its solution.
This criterion, for being the solver of the obstacle, encircles stakeholders and management only. In
doing so the business entity is missing the unknown unknowns which would be indirectly affecting
the business, like economy, environment, and psyche of society and expectations of government. So
in a nutshell, the business might forget to see the entire picture when they focus to portrait. In any
globally spread business entity there will be enough care takers who could manage this kind of offset
but as the communication technology is spreading its wings, the rapidness of change and complexity
of unknowns will be getting more and more difficult to understand, project and solve.
Many decision making technologies and reporting techniques are there in the market, which
basically scans the trend and alerts the management when probability of any harmful trend
occurring, based on past analysis. In doing so the technology and techniques are taking the platform
of global scenarios, making global standards and common platform for making the fluctuations in
the trend more global, hence more predictable. It is like putting the virus under the electron
microscope to analyse its protein structure to understand how its engaging with living beings
protein structure.
One of the basic and perhaps not seen difficulties in this methodology is that, one can see and
predict those viruses which have been found or which have been in the light for spreading any
disease.
Then, what about those viruses which have never been into picture or notice of the scientists? How
could one project probable dysfunctions that those viruses be doing? How can you prevent those
happenings which have not been in experience? How can one design any control mechanism if the
parameters to control are not measurable or invisible?

The Idea
For me, the solution for a permanent base of answer is simple. If you want to know the more about
the unknown viruses that could generate dysfunction, why to find them around the globe? Ask the
nature who born them. In case of the business, the nature is the society which has different
capabilities to borne viruses which will make the business dysfunctional. So asking the society
means, asking parts of the society which are us to be/to fetch the solution for the hurdles which
have been generated by us on unknowingly unknown basis.
According to me Common sense is the criterion which can help and diversity of opinions can be the
way. If the idea can be developed for these two aspects, the solution will arise for the unknown
problems also.
Human mind understands the language of numbers or rather I would say the societal system is built
in such a manner that this make up the conscious part of brain to focus on the justifiable and logical
parameters more than the statements/sentences. This is why when it comes to taking a crucial
decision we would rather prefer scoring or language of numbers for taking any decision. If this is the
situation and along with the help of modern psychology which is able to convert the typical logical
strands of human mind and behaviour into numbers to judge the psyche, it would not be wrong if I
say we are more acquainted to convert everything into numbers than comparative analysis will be
done by brain to store it into numerical logical formats like computers.
Now taking the same background for the base, the problem itself according to me is the numerical
equations of many parameters with so many built up constraints of experience and evolution. And
each mathematical formations or equations can be solved in many ways assuming many values for
the variables and constraints. If this is the base than a typical problem of every human mind,
whether working for industry or society, can be converted into mathematical equations with many
variables and constraints. And each mind on the face of earth could give the solution for each this
kind of equations with its own pair of skillsets or experiences. Then there would be number of
answers available to analyse the problem or solve it.
Probably this can be the justification for the way to asking the nature the forepart for creating the
solution.
Requirements/Supports for pavement
This idea is just an assumption that this might happen or should happen. Thus, no basic
informative technology is thought of as the platform this idea. Again bit or more than a bit of
experimentation is required, may be on freelancing basis in first few months to see the
feasibility of the idea.
