Financial Requirements. You must be able to provide proof of financial sponsorship at a minimum and annual amount of $23, 451 for undergraduates and 21,999
for graduates students for your educational costs while in the U.S. Financial aid is not available to international students.
Freshman applicants with no college/university level work completed need only their official high school (secondary) transcripts and diplomas sent.
Lower division transfer applicants official university transcripts of all universities attended/official high school (secondary) transcripts and diploma sent.
Upper division transfer applicants with more than 2 years of post-secondary college/university level work generally need to send official college/university
transcripts and diplomas/certificates.
Second Bachelor applicants with a degree equivalent to a U.S. degree/university transcripts and diplomas/degree certificates.
Graduate applicants with a degree equivalent to a U.S. Degree/university transcripts and diplomas/degree certificates.
Note: Mark sheets must be sent from the degree granting institution. Affiliate college mark sheets will not be acceptable.
Course Descriptions/Syllabi (Undergraduates only). In order to process transfer credit please submit course descriptions/syllabi in English. These syllabi should
be official school documents and include detailed information on the breadth and depth of the subject matter, the hours per week of classroom and laboratory
instruction, name of textbooks used, and other pertinent information.
Scholastic Achievement Examinations.
Undergraduates: the SAT I or the American Collegiate Test (ACT) are not required but is recommended to exempt university placement tests.
Graduates: Please check with your graduate departments for specific requirements for the GRE and GMAT tests.
Graduate Students. Many graduate departments require an additional application form, as well as other requirements (e.g. letters of recommendation, portfolio,
tests, essays, et cetera). Please contact your graduate department immediately for this information.

The Immigration and Naturalization Service requires that all students provided evidence of adequate funds to meet the financial obligations o
enrollment at a U.S. university. Thus, you must complete all areas of this affidavit that apply, including original signatures. The combined
U.S. dollar amount from your sponsor(s) must equal or exceed the minimum listed on the instruction sheet. Bank verification of funds must
not be older than six months. PLEASE NOTE YOUR APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT THIS
FORM AND A BANK VERIFICATION FROM YOUR FUNDING SOURCE STATED IN U.S. DOLLARS.
