Objectives
Economics So 32101 is designed to help you enhance the Understanding and capability
of managing resources for production and consumption; efciency and cost-effective utilisation of
limited resources available; and understanding principles of Sufciency Economy for leading a life
of equilibrium
Understanding of various economic systems and institutions,
economic relations and necessity for economic cooperation in the world community
! Have wider and more profound knowledge about world affairs
!Have good consumption habits; appropriately choose and decide on consumption; are
aware of and participate in preservation of Thai traditions, culture and the environment, and love
their local areas and the country; are dedicated to providing services and creating things of value
for social benet

Assignments and Grading
1. In Class Participation (10%): You must be in class and actively participating to improve
your English. Your effort and attempts to speak English in class are important.
2. Oral Presentations ( 20%): The purpose of class time is to speak a lot and build your
speaking uency. Come to class so that you can have this practice. You will need to
prepare with homework assignments and then participate in group presentation
preparation as part of your classwork. Then you will present to the class.
3. Attendance (10%) Attendance in class is required. If you must be absent from a class,
please call or see me before the class (send an e-mail, leave a voice mail message, or
write a note if there is no one in the ofce). Students will not be allowed to make up missed
class work unless they have made prior arrangements or have an acceptable reason.
4. Vocabulary Builder (20%) Students are required to do Vocab Builder. There are schedules
that you must follow: When: Everyday in the Morning 07:30- 08:00AM, and at Noon
from 12:00 - 01:00 PM
5. Students Conducts and Misbehaviors (10%) NO!!! late assignments, missing classes,
interrupting class instruction
6. Midterm 15% Students must take midterm exam.
7. Final Exam 15% Students must take nal exam.

their own work and be evaluated based upon that work. They should avoid academic dishonesty
and misconduct in all its forms, including plagiarism, fabrication or falsication, cheating and
other academic misconduct.
Attendance, Punctuality, and Late Assignments

the ofce). Students will not be allowed to make up missed class work unless they have made
prior arrangements or have an acceptable reason. Assignments are due at the beginning of the
class period. Only in exceptional circumstances will extensions be granted.
