* Packaging,freight and commodity insurance are belong to buyers.
* Assembling, start up the systems ,charges excluded.
* For installation, if the buyer needs a mounting personnel, the seller will send a person who is professional on his subject but all
charges such as accomodation, transport (air-line tickets), meal etc.will belong to the buyer.
* All necessary sub-structure will supplied by the buyer.Such as, water,electricity, ice-water system, generator, steam vat
labaratory equipments etc..
* Mounting, start up of machines, fittings equipments charges will be indicated according to settlement project.
* Guarantee; 24 months from the date of running test with for mechanical parts and 6 months for the electrical parts.
* The quarantee does not cover all parts considered as normal wear parts such as gaskets, mechanical seals, lamps, fuses,
manpower etc..
* Operation Manuals :n.1 copy of installation and operational manual.Spare parts List :n.1 copy of spare parts
The supply of equipment, materials and performances by KROMEL does not include:
* Any intervention on technogical equipment or general utilies existing or supplied by the buyer or third parties;
* Civil works either indoor or outdoor and particularly diggins, funnels, drains, buildings,roads,sewers, fencing etc..;
* Flooring and ceiling works suitable to bear the weight of the machines and relevant equipment used for their
positioning building works of the machines beds, if any , and materials and works concerning their anchorage;
* The possible civil works necessary for the good running of plants and required by the Supplier, will be carried out by
the Buyer upon Supplier's instructions;
* Positioning of the machinery inside the plant, including hiring and operating cranes and other lifting equipment;
* Steam supply and it's relemant connections&piping
* Air Supply and it's relemant connections & piping.
* Hydraulic system for the sanitary service of the plant (plumbing);
* Waste water System
* Mains water supply and pressurizing system and relevant distribution;
* Electrical installation, including power and control wiring to each control and power panel supplied by KROMEL and from such
panels to each end user(such as electric motors, probes, pneumatic valves etc.);
* Manual labour and porterage;
* Skilled welders and erectors for the machine's installation;
* Refrigerating fluids, gycole and similar ;
* Raw materials , expendable materials and energy necessary for the erection and start-up of the plant with water and product;
* Travel, transfer, board and lodging of KROMEL's and Buyer's staff;
* All the materials , equipment, works and services which are not specified in the technical proposal.
* Increasng of stanlees steel prices will be reflected KROMEL product's list prices as market conditions!
