We bring to our readers this carefully documented review article by Mojmir Babajek.
While the text deals with a number of complex scientific processes, the implications of these findings are far-reaching.
The arsenal of electromagnetic and informational weapons, used to manipulate the human mind of targeted individuals or
populations, is an integral part of the weapons system of the New World Order.
The US military possesses a sophisticated arsenal of psychotronic weapons which could be used both domestically and
internationally.
Electromagnetic and informational Weapons could be used in conventional wars theatres, without the knowledge of the
enemy.
It is therefore essential that we not only take cognizance of these findings, but we mobilize nationally and internationally
against the use of brain manipulating technologies.

In October 2000, Congressman Denis J. Kucinich introduced in the House of Representatives a bill, which would
oblige the American president to engage in negotiations aimed at the ban of space based weapons.In this bill, the
definition of a weapons system included:
any other unacknowledged or as yet undeveloped means inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or
destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being
of a person) through the use of land-based, sea- based, or space-based systems using radiation,
electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted
populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or
populations(15).
As in all legislative acts quoted in this article, the bill pertains to sound, light or electromagnetic stimulation of the
human brain.
Psychotronic weapons belong, at least for a layman uninformed of secret military research, in the sphere of science
fiction, since so far none of the published scientific experiments has been presented in a meaningful way to World
public opinion.
That it is feasible to manipulate human behavior with the use of subliminal, either by sound or visual messages, is
now generally known and acknowledged by the scientific community.
This is why in most countries, the use of such technologies, without the consent of the individual concerned, is in
theory banned. Needless to say, the use of these technologies is undertaken covertly, without the knowledge or
consent of targeted individuals.
Devices using light for the stimulation of the brain constitute another mechanism whereby light flashing under
certain frequencies could be used to manipulate the human psychic.
As for the use of sound, a device transmitting a beam of sound waves, which can be heard only by persons at whom
the beam of sound waves is targeted, has been reported in several news media. In this case, the beam is formed by
a combination of sound and ultrasound waves which causes the targeted person to hear the sound inside his head.
Such a procedure could affect the mental balance of the targeted individual as well as convince him that he is, so to
speak, mentally ill.
This article examines the development of technologies and knowledge pertaining to the functioning of the human
brain and the way new methods of manipulation of the human mind are being developed.
Electromagnetic energy
One of the main methods of manipulation is through electromagnetic energy.
In the declassified scientific literature only some 30 experiments have been published supporting this assumption
(1),(2). Already in 1974, in the USSR, after successful testing within a military unit in Novosibirsk, the Radioson
(Radiosleep) was registered with the Government Committee on Matters of Inventions and Discoveries of the USSR,
described as a method of induction of sleep by means of radio waves (3), (4), (5).
In the scientific literature, technical feasibility of inducing sleep in a human being through the use of radio waves is
confirmed in a book by an British scientist involved in research on the biological effects of electromagnetism (6). A
report by the World Health Organisation (WHO) on nonionizing radiation published in 1991 confirms that:
many of biological effects observed in animals exposed to ELF fields appear to be associated, either directly
or indirectly, with the nervous system (2).
Among the published experiments, there are those where pulsed microwaves have caused the synchronization of
isolated neurons with the frequency of pulsing of microwaves. Ffor example, a neuron firing at a frequency of 0.8 Hz
was forced in this way to fire the impulses at a frequency of 1 Hz. Moreover, the pulsed microwaves contributed to
changing the concentration of neurotransmitters in the brain (neurotransmitters are a part of the mechanism which
causes the firing of neurons in the brain) and reinforcing or attenuating the effects of drugs delivered into the brain
(1).
The experiment where the main brain frequencies registered by EEG were synchronized with the frequency of
microwave pulsing (1,2) might explain the function of the Russian installation Radioson. Microwaves pulsed in the
sleep frequency would cause the synchronization of the brains activity with the sleep frequency and in this way
produce sleep.
Pulsing of microwaves in frequency predominating in the brain at an awakened state could, by the same procedure,
deny sleep to a human being.
A report derived from the testing program of the Microwave Research Department at the Walter Reed Army
Institute of Research states
Microwave pulses appear to couple to the central nervous system and produce stimulation similar to electric
stimulation unrelated to heat.
In a many times replicated experiment, microwaves pulsed in an exact frequency caused the efflux of calcium ions
from the nerve cells (1,2). Calcium plays a key role in the firing of neurons and Ross Adey, member of the first
scientific team which published this experiment, publicly expressed his conviction that this effect of electromagnetic
radiation would interfere with concentration on complex tasks (7).
Robert Becker, who had share in the discovery of the effect of pulsed fields at the healing of broken bones, published
the excerpts from the report from Walter Reed Army Institute testing program. In the first part prompt
debilitation effects should have been tested (8). Were not those effects based on the experiment by Ross Adey and
others with calcium efflux?
British scientist John Evans, working in the same field, wrote that both Ross Adey and Robert Becker lost their
positions and research grants and called them free-thinking exiles (6). In 1975, in the USA, a military experiment
was published where pulsed microwaves produced, in the brain of a human subject, an audio perception of numbers
from 1 to 10 (9). Again the possibility to convince an individual that it is mentally ill is obvious. The testing program
of American Walter Read Army Institute of Research, where the experiment took place, counts with prompt
auditory stimulation by means of auditory effects and finally aims at behavior controlled by stimulation (8).
Let us assume that the words delivered into the brain were transcribed into ultrasound frequencies. Would not then
the subject perceive those same words as his own thoughts?
And would this not imply that that his behavior was being controlled in this way through the transmission of
ultrasound frequencies? In this regard, the American Air Force 1982 Final Report On Biotechnology Research
Requirements For Aeronautical Systems Through the Year 2000 states:
While initial attention should be toward degradation of human performance through thermal loading and
electromagnetic field effects, subsequent work should address the possibilities of directing and interrogating
mental functioning, using externally applied fields (10).
Several scientists have warned that the latest advances in neurophysiology could be used for the manipulation of the
human brain.
In June 1995, Michael Persinger, who worked on the American Navys project of Non-lethal electromagnetic
weapons, published a scientific article where he states:
the technical capability to influence directly the major portion of the approximately six billion brains of the
human species without mediation through classical sensory modalities by generating neural information
within a physical medium within which all members of the species are immersed is now marginally feasible
(11).
In 1998, the French National Bioethics Committee warned that neuroscience is being increasingly recognized as
posing a potential threat to human rights (12). In May 1999 the neuroscientists conference, sponsored by the UN,
took place in Tokyo. Its final declaration formally acknowledges that :
Today we have intellectual, physical and financial resources to master the power of the brain itself, and to
develop devices to touch the mind and even control or erase consciousnessWe wish to profess our hope that
such pursuit of knowledge serves peace and welfare (13).
On the international political scene, in the last few years, the concept of remote control of the human brain has
become a matter of international and intergovernmental negotiation. In January 1999, the European Parliament
passed a resolution where it called for an international convention introducing a global ban on all developments
and deployments of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. (14)
Already in 1997, nine states of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) addressed the UN, OBSE and the
states of the Interparliamentary Union with the proposal to place at the agenda of the General Assembly of the
United Nations, the preparation and adoption of an international convention On Prevention of Informational
Wars and Limitation of Circulation of Informational Weapons (16), (3).
Informational Weapons
The initiative was originally proposed, in the Russian State Duma, by Vladimir Lopatin (3). V. Lopatin worked, from
1990 to 1995, in sequence, in the standing committees on Security respectively of the Russian Federation, Russian
State Duma and of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS),
specializing in informational security.(3). The concept of informational weapon or informational war is rather
unknown to the world general public. In 1999, V. Lopatin, together with Russian scientist Vladimir Tsygankov,
published a book Psychotronic Weapon and the Security of Russia (3). There we find the explanation of this
terminology:
In the report on the research of the American Physical Society for the year 1993 the conclusion is presented
that psychophysical weapon systemscan be used for the construction of a strategic arm of a new type
(informational weapon in informational war)
Among many references on this subject, we refer to Materials of the Parliament Hearings Threats and Challenges in
the Sphere of Informational Security, Moscow, July 1996, Informational Weapon as a Threat to the National
Security of the Russian Federation (analytical report of the Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation), Moscow,
1996 and a material To Whom Will Belong the Conscientious Weapon in the 21st Century, Moscow, 1997. (17).
In 2000 V. Lopatin introduced, after two other authors, the third in order bill on the subject of Informational and
Psychological Security of the Russian Federation. Lopotins findings were reviewed by the Russian newspaper
Segodnya:
Means of informational-psychological influence are capable not only of harming the health of an individual,
but, also of causing, according to Lopatin, the blocking of freedom of will of human being on the subliminal
level, the loss of the ability of political, cultural and social self identification, the manipulation of societal
consciousness, which could lead to the destruction of a sense of collective identify by the Russian people
and nation (16).
In the book Psychotronic Weapons and the Security of Russia, the authors propose among the basic principles of
the Russian concept of defense against the remote control of the human psyche not only the acknowledgement of
its existence, but also the fact that the methods of informational and psychotronic war are fully operational (and
are being used without a formal declaration of war) (18). They also quote the record from the session of the
Russian Federations Federal Council where V. Lopatin stated that psychotronic weapon can
cause the blocking of the freedom of will of a human being on a subliminal level or instillation into the
consciousness or subconsciousness of a human being of information which will trigger a faulty or erroneous
perception of reality (19).
In that regard, they proposed the preparation of national legislation as well as the establishment of legal
international norms aimed at the defense of human psyche against subliminal, destructive and informational
manipulations (20).
Moreover, they also propose the declassification of all analytical studies and research on the various technologies.
They warned that, because this research has remained classified and removed from the public eye, it has allowed the
arms race to proceed unabated. It has thereby contributed to increasing the possibility of psychotronic war.
Among the possible sources of remote influence on human psyche, the authors list the generators of physical
fields of known as well as unknown nature (21). In 1999 the STOA (Scientific and Technological Options
Assessment), part of the Directorate General for Research of the European Parliament published the report on
Crowd Control Technologies, ordered by them with the OMEGA foundation in Manchester (UK) (22,

One of four major subjects of the study pertained to the so-called Second Generation or non lethal technologies:
This report evaluates the second generation of non-lethal weapons which are emerging from national
military and nuclear weapons laboratories in the United States as part of the Clinton Administrations non-
lethal warfare doctrine now adopted in turn by NATO. These devices include weapons using directed energy
beam,radio frequency, laser and acoustic mechanisms to incapacitate human targets (23) The report states
that the most controversial non-lethal crowd control technology proposed by the U.S., are so called
Radio Frequency or Directed Energy Weapons that can allegedly manipulate human behavior the greatest
concern is with systems which can directly interact with the human nervous system (24). The report also
states that perhaps the most powerful developments remain shrouded in secrecy (25).
The unavailability of official documents confirming the existence of this technology may be the reason why the
OMEGA report is referencing, with respect to mind control technology, the internet publication of the author of this
article (26 http://www.europarl.eu.int/stoa/publi/pdf/99-14-01-a_en.pdf ).
Similarly, the internet publication of the director of the American Human Rights and Anti-mind Control Organization
(CAHRA), Cheryl Welsh, is referenced by the joint initiative of the Quaker United Nations Office, United Nations
Institute for Disarmament Research, and Programme for Strategic and International Security Studies, with respect
to non-lethal weapons (27).
On September 25th, 2000, the Committee on Security of the Russian State Duma discussed the addendum to the
article 6 of the Federal law On Weapons. In the resolution we read:
The achievements of contemporary science allow for creation of measured methods of secret, remote influencing
on the psyches and physiology of a person or a group of people (28). The committee recommended that the
addendum be approved. The addendum to the article 6 of the Russian Federation law On Weapons was approved
on July 26, 2001. It states:
within the territory of the Russian Federation is prohibited the circulation of weapons and other objects the
effects of the operation of which are based on the use of electromagnetic, light, thermal, infra-sonic or ultra-
sonic radiations (29).
In this way, the Russian government made a first step to stand up to its dedication to the ban of mind control
technology.
In the Doctrine of Informational Security of the Russian Federation, signed by president Putin in September 2000,
among the dangers threatening the informational security of Russian Federation, is listed
the threat to the constitutional rights and freedoms of people and citizens in the sphere of spiritual life
individual, group and societal consciousness and illegal use of special means affecting individual, group and
societal consciousness (30). Among the major directions of the international cooperation toward the
guaranteeing of the informational security is listed the ban of production, dissemination and use of
informational weapon (31).
The foregoing statement should be interpreted as the continuing Russian commitment to the international ban of
the means of remote influencing of the activity of the human brain.
Similarly, in the above mentioned report, published by the STOA, the originally proposed version of the resolution of
the European Parliament calls for:
an international convention for a global ban on all research and development which seeks to apply
knowledge of the chemical, electrical, sound vibration or other functioning of the human brain to the
development of weapons which might enable the manipulation of human beings, including a ban of any
actual or possible deployment of such systems.(32)
Here the term actual might easily mean that such weapons are already deployed.
Among the countries with the most advanced military technologies is the USA which did not present any
international initiative demanding the ban of technologies enabling the remote control of human mind. (The original
version of the bill by Denis J. Kucinich was changed.)
All the same, according to the study published by STOA, the US is the major promoter of the use of those weapons.
Non lethal technology was included into NATO military doctrine due to their effort: At the initiative of the USA,
within the framework of NATO, a special group was formed, for the perspective use of devices of non-lethal effects
states the record from the session of the Committee on Security of the Russian State Duma (28).
The report published by STOA states: In October 1999 NATO announced a new policy on non-lethal weapons and
their place in allied arsenals (33). In 1996 non-lethal tools identified by the U.S. Army included directed energy
systems and radio frequency weapons (34) those weapons, as was suggested in the STOA report as well, are
being associated with the effects on the human nervous system.
According to the Russian government informational agency FAPSI, in the last 15 years,U.S. expenditures on the
development and acquisition of the means of informational war has increased fourfold, and at present they occupy
the first place among all military programs (17),(3).
Though there are possible uses of informational war, which do not imply mind control, the US Administration has
been unwilling to engage in negotiations on the ban on all forms of manipulation of the human brain. This
unwillingness might indeed suggest that the US administration intends to use mind control technologies both within
the US as well as internationally as an instrument of warfare.
One clear consequence of the continuation of the apparent politics of secrecy surrounding technologies enabling
remote control of the human brain is that the governments, who own such technologies, could use them without
having to consult public opinion. Needless to say, any meaningful democracy in todays world could be disrupted,
through secret and covert operations. It is not inconceivable that in the future, entire population groups subjected
to mind control technologies, could be living in a fake democracy where their own government or a foreign power
could broadly shape their political opinions by means of mind control technologies.

The Decade of the Brain. At the same time, funding for computer to human interface poured into universities and Defense Advanced
Research Projects Agency (DARPA) stepped up their research and development. In the universities, the field became cognitive science and
within DARPA, the term augmented cognition was born.

I represent Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance, an organization with
several hundred members around the country and internationally who have reason to
believe they are targeted with various non-lethal weapons. These targeted individuals
suffer physical and psychological symptoms as a result of the remote manipulation. We
seek your offices assistance in initiating hearings and a fact-finding congressional

Many citizens are desperate to be freed from the disturbing, intrusive and oppressive
targeting.
Evidence supports the conclusion that weapons exist that could be used against

Several plaintiffs or groups of plaintiffs have filed suits in the past levying similar
charges of directed weaponry, but, to my knowledge, all have been dismissed due to
immunity and state secret defenses, and the lack of evidence of a direct link to agencies
or companies. It is difficult to legally prove targeting by psychotronic weapons when the

dismissed as delusional. Given the wide scope of alleged targeting, there is a certain risk
of sounding too conspiratorial, however, common denominators such as physical
symptoms and medical reports, surveillance scenarios, harassment techniques, and more

and development shows that a variety of sponsors are making development of such technologies not only feasible but operational without public knowledge
and debate. The schedule for releasing [less] advanced human brain AI interface technologies meant for the public market may seem uncertain. Examples
include the following: Diagnostics and treatment of psychiatric disorders and diseases rooted in the brain or physical or mental trauma; the learning process,
behavior, education and communication; and, enhancement of brain functions, intelligence and capacity.
The details of todays practical applications and the liability of the direct human brain AI interface system in use for intelligence needs remain non-disclosed.
The road to a global, fully operational and economically viable DHB AI IS (Direct Human Brain AI Interface System) is likely to be a continuing challenge
for many decades. The discovered potentials outweigh the time and resources used for research and development, making it a high priority. An intelligence
acquisition and surveillance system based on a fully operational direct human brain AI interface technology will reshape military warfare, intelligence
communication and operations.
The precautionary principle will never be sufficient to protect individuals or society from harm when the military industry pushes for further development of DHB
AI IS. The only reliable way to develop safe-to-use technologies is, unfortunately, to run full scale tests on place and in realtime situations.

The public means to supervise and control how law and ethics is practiced inside classified research and development projects involving human experimentation
is non-existent. A broader cooperation and a more open dialogue between representatives from military industries and intelligence, government, human rights
organizations and the public needs to be established to protect the individual and society from harm in the process of development.
The potential negative effects of the DHB AI IS on humans and environment demands trained personnel to provide advice and information on several
levels of society. To the victims, psychological and medical help, economical support and the provision of a lawyer, is decisive. This type of specializing in regards
to DHB AI IS technologies is yet to be established inside the public domain.
The present situation leaves no hope of an immediate solution where law is able to protect humans or society against experiments conducted in classified
research projects.
IRPT works for a broader understanding and openness regarding these issues to, at least, be able to help and support victims of research and development of
DHB AI IS technologies. Acknowledgement from government resulting in new legislations and drastic actions to ensure the safety of humans and the
environment is of vital importance.

It is very important for everybody (!) to have some knowledge of existence and effects of hitech electro-magnetic weapons (often called DEW)
and related privacy violating devices.
These weapons and devices:
are very real and are used almost everywhere
can cause almost any kind of normal wound, like headaches, burns, heartattack. Cause permanent damage to the body (destroy DNA),
cause/stimulate cancer/tumors
can be used for mind control and mind reading
can be used to torture and murder from a distance and through walls
can influence almost anything including e.g. the results of sport events by zapping a 100 meters runner during the start
This is NOT science fiction but the real world. These weapons and devices are simply the result of the weapons race. He who has the best
weapons wins. In your kitchen there is a microwave oven. This is almost a, very frightening, weapon. Thousands of people are tortured and
murdered using hitech DEWs (Directed Energy Weapons), like microwave weapons, every year. Almost none of them having a clue what is
actually happening to them. Targets are not only physically murdered but also commit suicide out of desperation or turn into psychiatric patients.
(From link [1] below) The apparent intents here are twofold primarily socio-political control of troublemakers, the silencing of whistleblowers and
other conscientious objectors and the continued test development of DEW on civilian nonconsensual human subjects. I am a former defense
(US Navy) employee myself, and I strongly suspect personal vendettas and favors are a real factor in our selection for harassment. Solid proof of
wrongdoing has been minimal due to the intelligence (spy) methods, the Security Classification of these Special Operations and the very nature
of Directed Energy Weapons themselves. These devices are deliberately designed and used so as not to leave evidence. Each victim has an
individual story but also has a noted consistency in the abuse modus operandi and of the terrible health problems that affect all casualties of
EMF/DEW irradiation.

beam
Used to give you a headache feeling. Can be extremely painfull. If hit very hard recovery takes weeks.
Electric
shower
Used to burn a large area of your body, e.g. your back. Does not feel to go very deep. After a few days you have a feeling your whole back is
burning (extreme sunburn). Attack can be reduced somewhat by metal shielding.
Knife Feels like a person is cutting you with a sharp knife. If feels as if going deep into your body. Attack can be reduced somewhat by metal shielding.
Bullet Feels like you are hit by a bullit. You have the feeling this really penetrates your body. I guess this what they describe as a dual zap. The first
creates a passage in your body so the second beam can enter really deep. Attack can be reduced somewhat by metal shielding.
Punch Feels like you have been kicked over and over in your side. They zap your right side or left side at the positions of your kidneys. This is an
extremely painfull feeling. It takes a very long time to recover from this if you recover. This is some kind of ultrasound that is not stopped by
metal shielding. The only thing that reduces the effect somewhat is water very close to your body. This can be used to prevent you from doing
sports (another attempt to breaking your resistance).
Stomach Feels like something is hitting your stomach/belly. The contents of your stomach/belly begin to bubble. May be this is the same effect as
punch(?). .
Eyes You are zapped in your left or right eye or both eyes. They target both eyes or the outer corners of one of your eyes. After a zap there is
instant heavy pain from your eyes and your vision is blurred. In addition the white in your eye(s) will be blood wired. They may do this to show
that they are in control. Again this is a means to prevent you from doing your normal things in life, like your work. Also, they may zap your eye(s)
before you go out e.g. to pick up your child from school, so other people will notice your extremely red eyes. Picture shows the effect of a hit
after a few minutes. Another effect is zapping that will make your eyes wet, like tears are coming out.

They beam your leg so it wont feel good when jogging. They beam your hands/fingers to prevent you from writing, playing your musical
instrument etc. One effect is you will have reduced strength in your fingers. You can feel the beam by moving your legs, hands.
In general, you have not much possibilities to protect yourself. You cannot walk around in a metal/water shield and function as a human being.
Most attacks are very effective and it appears to be relatively easy to hit you anywhere anytime. There is a short term effect of pain and damage
of body cells. Exposure for a long time to high intensity radiation is very dangerous for your health. Amounts add up, thus total radiation =
radiation of day X1 + radiation of day X2, etc. Too much radiation destroys your DNA and gives you tumors and stimulates cancers (you can
imagine the health hazard of high energy radiation compared to a mobile phone). Ultrasonic harressment will cause almost immediately tissue
damage.
Why do governments keep quiet about these high tech weapons and the fact that they are being used at large scale? Most important, a
government is not in control of what is happening. Every country has its elite controlling its interests by private security services. The diffence
between e.g. Russia and the United States is that in Russia there is a single elite controling everything while in the United States there are multiple
powerful elite groups tolerating each other and working together to maintain their positions. These groups organized themselves in a way that
can be compared with the maffia, they are everywhere, infiltrated at all levels. If 1 out of 20 persons is part of these groups then they are your
neighbours, your co-workers, they may be your friends, etc. Who controls what is published and printed in the newspapers? Who controls your
mail, phone and internet. Still think you live in a democracy? In a broader context all this is related to the world order (total control by the mostly
western elite) and yes this is a plot against all citizens of the world. Just look what the US and NATO are doing at the moment.
These extemely powerful weapons and devices are here to stay and are becoming cheaper and cheaper to manufacture and obtain. You may
think that for these weapons the same applies as for conventional weapons, so who cares? Wrong! These new weapons and devices can harm
through walls, and cause damage that is almost impossible to distinghuish from normal wounds and disease. That is a big difference compared to
conventional weapons. If your neighbour is a part of the big criminal family trying to control our lives then maybe you are zapped a heart attack
just because you play piano in the weekends and nobody will know the difference (the problem is caused not only by these high tech weapons
but also by the psychopats controlling them).
In your local computer store you can buy a mouse that is controlled by your brain, just by thinking of it. Mind control and mind reading devices
are at a very advanced stage. When you are in your bed sleeping they can put a device on the other side of the wall playing some kind of movie.
When you wake up you think you dreamt this. Scanning your brain is also possible at relative great distances. Scans are compared and linked to
known thoughts. The mind reading equipment can predict your thoughts 0.45 seconds before e.g. you speak the words. Scary enough?
So how can you tell the difference? How do you distinghuish between a normal headache and a headache caused by these new weapons? Do
you still rely on the expertise of your doctor? Maybe he is involved? The answer to these questions is education: Educate yourself by reading
about this subject.

They have been made accomplices to murder one and know that they have to cover up or go to jail the rest of their miserable lives, in fact
their lives are one big lie. They just lie their way through life without winking.
Finally, there is one major thing you must know about secret services agents:
They are all afraid for the truth as the truth will jail them for life
This makes it in effect very easy to deal with these bastards: the next time secret services agents ask you to do things for them just say: NO.

In the past, elite and secret services managed to expand and control because of the existence of enemies like communism. But now, 2009, there

The human body, much like a computer, contains myriad data processors. They include, but are not limited to, the chemical-electrical activity of the brain, heart, and
peripheral nervous system, the signals sent fromthe cortexregion of the brain to other parts of our body, the tiny hair cells in the inner ear that process auditory
signals, and the light-sensitive retina and cornea of the eye that process visual activity.[2] We are on the threshold of an era in which these data processors of the
human body may be manipulated or debilitated. Examples of unplanned attacks on the bodys data-processing capability are well-documented. Strobe lights have
been known to cause epileptic seizures. Not long ago in Japan, children watching television cartoons were subjected to pulsating lights that caused seizures in some
and made others very sick.
Defending friendly and targeting adversary data-processing capabilities of the body appears to be an area of weakness in the US approach to information warfare
theory, a theory oriented heavily toward systems data-processing and designed to attain information dominance on the battlefield. Or so it would appear from
information in the open, unclassified press. This US shortcoming may be a serious one, since the capabilities to alter the data- processing systems of the body
already exist. A recent edition of U.S. News and World Report highlighted several of these wonder weapons (acoustics, microwaves, lasers) and noted that
scientists are searching the electromagnetic and sonic spectrums for wavelengths that can affect human behavior.[3] A recent Russian military article offered a
slightly different slant to the problem, declaring that humanity stands on the brink of a psychotronic war with the mind and body as the focus. That article
discussed Russian and international attempts to control the psycho-physical condition of man and his decisionmaking processes by the use of VHF-generators,
noiseless cassettes, and other technologies.
An entirely new arsenal of weapons, based on devices designed to introduce subliminal messages or to alter the bodys psychological and data-processing
capabilities, might be used to incapacitate individuals. These weapons aimto control or alter the psyche, or to attack the various sensory and data-processing
systems of the human organism. In both cases, the goal is to confuse or destroy the signals that normally keep the body in equilibrium.
This article examines energy-based weapons, psychotronic weapons, and other developments designed to alter the ability of the human body to process stimuli.
One consequence of this assessment is that the way we commonly use the terminformation warfare falls short when the individual soldier, not his equipment,
becomes the target of attack.

Information Warfare Theory andthe Data-Processing Element of Humans
In the United States the common conception of information warfare focuses primarily on the capabilities of hardware systems such as computers, satellites, and
military equipment which process data in its various forms. According to Department of Defense Directive S-3600.1 of 9 December 1996, information warfare is
defined as an information operation conducted during time of crisis or conflict to achieve or promote specific objectives over a specific adversary or adversaries.
An information operation is defined in the same directive as actions taken to affect adversary information and information systems while defending ones own
information and information systems. These information systems lie at the heart of the modernization effort of the US armed forces and other countries, and
manifest themselves as hardware, software, communications capabilities, and highly trained individuals. Recently, the US Army conducted a mock battle that tested
these systems under simulated combat conditions.
US Army Field Manual 101-5-1, Operational Terms and Graphics (released 30 September 1997), defines information warfare as actions taken to achieve information
superiority by affecting a hostiles information, information based-processes, and information systems, while defending ones own information, information
processes, and information systems. The same manual defines information operations as a continuous military operation within the military information
environment that enables, enhances, and protects friendly forces ability to collect, process, and act on information to achieve an advantage across the full range of
military operations. [Information operations include] interacting with the Global Information Environment . . . and exploiting or denying an adversarys information
and decision capabilities.[4]
This systems approach to the study of information warfare emphasizes the use of data, referred to as information, to penetrate an adversarys physical defenses
that protect data (information) in order to obtain operational or strategic advantage. It has tended to ignore the role of the human body as an information- or data-
processor in this quest for dominance except in those cases where an individuals logic or rational thought may be upset via disinformation or deception. As a
consequence little attention is directed toward protecting the mind and body with a firewall as we have done with hardware systems. Nor have any techniques for
doing so been prescribed. Yet the body is capable not only of being deceived, manipulated, or misinformed but also shut down or destroyedjust as any other data-
processing system. The data the body receives fromexternal sourcessuch as electromagnetic, vortex, or acoustic energy wavesor creates through its own
electrical or chemical stimuli can be manipulated or changed just as the data (information) in any hardware systemcan be altered.
The only body-related information warfare element considered by the United States is psychological operations (PSYOP). In Joint Publication 3-13.1, for example,
PSYOP is listed as one of the elements of command and control warfare. The publication notes that the ultimate target of [information warfare] is the information
dependent process, whether human or automated . . . . Command and control warfare (C2W) is an application of information warfare in military operations. . . . C2W is
the integrated use of PSYOP, military deception, operations security, electronic warfare and physical destruction.[5]
One source defines information as a nonaccidental signal used as an input to a computer or communications system.[6] The human body is a complex
communication systemconstantly receiving nonaccidental and accidental signal inputs, both external and internal. If the ultimate target of information warfare is the
information-dependent process, whether human or automated, then the definition in the joint publication implies that human data-processing of internal and
external signals can clearly be considered an aspect of information warfare. Foreign researchers have noted the link between humans as data processors and the
conduct of information warfare. While some study only the PSYOP link, others go beyond it. As an example of the former, one recent Russian article described
offensive information warfare as designed to use the Internet channels for the purpose of organizing PSYOP as well as for `early political warning of threats to
American interests.[7] The authors assertion was based on the fact that all mass media are used for PSYOP . . . [and] today this must include the Internet. The
author asserted that the Pentagon wanted to use the Internet to reinforce psychological influences during special operations conducted outside of US borders to
enlist sympathizers, who would accomplish many of the tasks previously entrusted to special units of the US armed forces.
Others, however, look beyond simple PSYOP ties to consider other aspects of the bodys data-processing capability. One of the principal open source researchers
on the relationship of information warfare to the bodys data-processing capability is Russian Dr. Victor Solntsev of the Baumann Technical Institute in Moscow.
Solntsev is a young, well-intentioned researcher striving to point out to the world the potential dangers of the computer operator interface. Supported by a network
of institutes and academies, Solntsev has produced some interesting concepts.[8] He insists that man must be viewed as an open systeminstead of simply as an
organismor closed system. As an open system, man communicates with his environment through information flows and communications media. Ones physical
environment, whether through electromagnetic, gravitational, acoustic, or other effects, can cause a change in the psycho-physiological condition of an organism, in
Solntsevs opinion. Change of this sort could directly affect the mental state and consciousness of a computer operator. This would not be electronic war or
information warfare in the traditional sense, but rather in a nontraditional and non-US sense. It might encompass, for example, a computer modified to become a
weapon by using its energy output to emit acoustics that debilitate the operator. It also might encompass, as indicated below, futuristic weapons aimed against
mans open system.
Solntsev also examined the problemof information noise, which creates a dense shield between a person and external reality. This noise may manifest itself in the
formof signals, messages, images, or other items of information. The main target of this noise would be the consciousness of a person or a group of people.
Behavior modification could be one objective of information noise; another could be to upset an individuals mental capacity to such an extent as to prevent reaction
to any stimulus. Solntsev concludes that all levels of a persons psyche (subconscious, conscious, and superconscious) are potential targets for destabilization.
According to Solntsev, one computer virus capable of affecting a persons psyche is Russian Virus 666. It manifests itself in every 25th frame of a visual display,
where it produces a combination of colors that allegedly put computer operators into a trance. The subconscious perception of the new pattern eventually results in
arrhythmia of the heart. Other Russian computer specialists, not just Solntsev, talk openly about this 25th frame effect and its ability to subtly manage a computer
users perceptions. The purpose of this technique is to inject a thought into the viewers subconscious. It may remind some of the subliminal advertising
controversy in the United States in the late 1950s.

US Views on Wonder Weapons: Altering the Data-Processing Ability of the Body
What technologies have been examined by the United States that possess the potential to disrupt the data-processing capabilities of the human organism? The 7
July 1997 issue of U.S. News and World Report described several of themdesigned, among other things, to vibrate the insides of humans, stun or nauseate them,
put themto sleep, heat themup, or knock themdown with a shock wave.[9] The technologies include dazzling lasers that can force the pupils to close; acoustic or
sonic frequencies that cause the hair cells in the inner ear to vibrate and cause motion sickness, vertigo, and nausea, or frequencies that resonate the internal organs
causing pain and spasms; and shock waves with the potential to knock down humans or airplanes and which can be mixed with pepper spray or chemicals.[10]
With modification, these technological applications can have many uses. Acoustic weapons, for example, could be adapted for use as acoustic rifles or as acoustic
fields that, once established, might protect facilities, assist in hostage rescues, control riots, or clear paths for convoys. These waves, which can penetrate buildings,
offer a host of opportunities for military and law enforcement officials. Microwave weapons, by stimulating the peripheral nervous system, can heat up the body,
induce epileptic-like seizures, or cause cardiac arrest. Low-frequency radiation affects the electrical activity of the brain and can cause flu-like symptoms and nausea.
Other projects sought to induce or prevent sleep, or to affect the signal fromthe motor cortexportion of the brain, overriding voluntary muscle movements. The
latter are referred to as pulse wave weapons, and the Russian government has reportedly bought over 100,000 copies of the Black Widow version of them.[11]
However, this view of wonder weapons was contested by someone who should understand them. Brigadier General Larry Dodgen, Deputy Assistant to the
Secretary of Defense for Policy and Missions, wrote a letter to the editor about the numerous inaccuracies in the U.S. News and World Report article that
misrepresent the Department of Defenses views.[12] Dodgens primary complaint seemed to have been that the magazine misrepresented the use of these
technologies and their value to the armed forces. He also underscored the US intent to work within the scope of any international treaty concerning their application,
as well as plans to abandon (or at least redesign) any weapon for which countermeasures are known. One is left with the feeling, however, that research in this area
is intense. A concern not mentioned by Dodgen is that other countries or non-state actors may not be bound by the same constraints. It is hard to imagine someone
with a greater desire than terrorists to get their hands on these technologies. Psycho-terrorism could be the next buzzword.

Russian Views on Psychotronic War
The termpsycho-terrorism was coined by Russian writer N. Anisimov of the Moscow Anti-Psychotronic Center. According to Anisimov, psychotronic weapons
are those that act to take away a part of the information which is stored in a mans brain. It is sent to a computer, which reworks it to the level needed for those who
need to control the man, and the modified information is then reinserted into the brain. These weapons are used against the mind to induce hallucinations, sickness,
mutations in human cells, zombification, or even death. Included in the arsenal are VHF generators, X-rays, ultrasound, and radio waves. Russian army Major I.
Chernishev, writing in the military journal Orienteer in February 1997, asserted that psy weapons are under development all over the globe. Specific types of
weapons noted by Chernishev (not all of which have prototypes) were:
A psychotronic generator, which produces a powerful electromagnetic emanation capable of being sent through telephone lines, TV, radio networks, supply pipes,
and incandescent lamps.
An autonomous generator, a device that operates in the 10-150 Hertz band, which at the 10-20 Hertz band forms an infrasonic oscillation that is destructive to all
living creatures.
A nervous systemgenerator, designed to paralyze the central nervous systems of insects, which could have the same applicability to humans.
Ultrasound emanations, which one institute claims to have developed. Devices using ultrasound emanations are supposedly capable of carrying out bloodless
internal operations without leaving a mark on the skin. They can also, according to Chernishev, be used to kill.
Noiseless cassettes. Chernishev claims that the Japanese have developed the ability to place infra-low frequency voice patterns over music, patterns that are
detected by the subconscious. Russians claimto be using similar bombardments with computer programming to treat alcoholismor smoking.
The 25th-frame effect, alluded to above, a technique wherein each 25th frame of a movie reel or filmfootage contains a message that is picked up by the
subconscious. This technique, if it works, could possibly be used to curb smoking and alcoholism, but it has wider, more sinister applications if used on a TV
audience or a computer operator.
Psychotropics, defined as medical preparations used to induce a trance, euphoria, or depression. Referred to as slow-acting mines, they could be slipped into the
food of a politician or into the water supply of an entire city. Symptoms include headaches, noises, voices or commands in the brain, dizziness, pain in the abdominal
cavities, cardiac arrhythmia, or even the destruction of the cardiovascular system.
There is confirmation fromUS researchers that this type of study is going on. Dr. Janet Morris, coauthor of The Warriors Edge, reportedly went to the Moscow
Institute of Psychocorrelations in 1991. There she was shown a technique pioneered by the Russian Department of Psycho-Correction at Moscow Medical Academy
in which researchers electronically analyze the human mind in order to influence it. They input subliminal command messages, using key words transmitted in white
noise or music. Using an infra-sound, very low frequency transmission, the acoustic psycho-correction message is transmitted via bone conduction.[13]
In summary, Chernishev noted that some of the militarily significant aspects of the psy weaponry deserve closer research, including the following nontraditional
methods for disrupting the psyche of an individual:
ESP research: determining the properties and condition of objects without ever making contact with themand reading peoples thoughts
Clairvoyance research: observing objects that are located just beyond the world of the visibleused for intelligence purposes
Telepathy research: transmitting thoughts over a distanceused for covert operations
Telekinesis research: actions involving the manipulation of physical objects using thought power, causing themto move or break apartused against command and
control systems, or to disrupt the functioning of weapons of mass destruction
Psychokinesis research: interfering with the thoughts of individuals, on either the strategic or tactical level
While many US scientists undoubtedly question this research, it receives strong support in Moscow. The point to underscore is that individuals in Russia (and
other countries as well) believe these means can be used to attack or steal fromthe data-processing unit of the human body.
Solntsevs research, mentioned above, differs slightly fromthat of Chernishev. For example, Solntsev is more interested in hardware capabilities, specifically the
study of the information-energy source associated with the computer-operator interface. He stresses that if these energy sources can be captured and integrated
into the modern computer, the result will be a network worth more than a simple sumof its components. Other researchers are studying high-frequency generators
(those designed to stun the psyche with high frequency waves such as electromagnetic, acoustic, and gravitational); the manipulation or reconstruction of
someones thinking through planned measures such as reflexive control processes; the use of psychotronics, parapsychology, bioenergy, bio fields, and
psychoenergy;[14] and unspecified special operations or anti-ESP training.
The last itemis of particular interest. According to a Russian TVbroadcast, the strategic rocket forces have begun anti-ESP training to ensure that no outside force
can take over command and control functions of the force. That is, they are trying to construct a firewall around the heads of the operators.

Conclusions
At the end of July 1997, planners for Joint Warrior Interoperability Demonstration 97 focused on technologies that enhance real-time collaborative planning in a
multinational task force of the type used in Bosnia and in Operation Desert Storm. The JWID 97 network, called the Coalition Wide-Area Network (CWAN), is the
first military network that allows allied nations to participate as full and equal partners.[15] The demonstration in effect was a trade fair for private companies to
demonstrate their goods; defense ministries got to decide where and how to spend their money wiser, in many cases without incurring the cost of prototypes. It is a
good example of doing business better with less. Technologies demonstrated included:[16]
Soldiers using laptop computers to drag cross-hairs over maps to call in airstrikes
Soldiers carrying beepers and mobile phones rather than guns
Generals tracking movements of every unit, counting the precise number of shells fired around the globe, and inspecting real-time damage inflicted on an enemy, all
with multicolored graphics[17]
Every account of this exercise emphasized the ability of systems to process data and provide information feedback via the power invested in their microprocessors.
The ability to affect or defend the data-processing capability of the human operators of these systems was never mentioned during the exercise; it has received only
slight attention during countless exercises over the past several years. The time has come to ask why we appear to be ignoring the operators of our systems. Clearly
the information operator, exposed before a vast array of potentially immobilizing weapons, is the weak spot in any nations military assets. There are few
international agreements protecting the individual soldier, and these rely on the good will of the combatants. Some nations, and terrorists of every stripe, dont care
about such agreements.
This article has used the termdata-processing to demonstrate its importance to ascertaining what so-called information warfare and information operations are all
about. Data-processing is the action this nation and others need to protect. Information is nothing more than the output of this activity. As a result, the emphasis on
information-related warfare terminology (information dominance, information carousel) that has proliferated for a decade does not seemto fit the situation before
us. In some cases the battle to affect or protect data-processing elements pits one mechanical systemagainst another. In other cases, mechanical systems may be
confronted by the human organism, or vice versa, since humans can usually shut down any mechanical systemwith the flip of a switch. In reality, the game is about
protecting or affecting signals, waves, and impulses that can influence the data-processing elements of systems, computers, or people. We are potentially the
biggest victims of information warfare, because we have neglected to protect ourselves.
Our obsession with a systemof systems, information dominance, and other such terminology is most likely a leading cause of our neglect of the human factor in
our theories of information warfare. It is time to change our terminology and our conceptual paradigm. Our terminology is confusing us and sending us in directions
that deal primarily with the hardware, software, and communications components of the data-processing spectrum. We need to spend more time researching how to
protect the humans in our data management structures. Nothing in those structures can be sustained if our operators have been debilitated by potential adversaries
or terrorists whoright nowmay be designing the means to disrupt the human component of our carefully constructed notion of a systemof systems.

2. NSAS DOMESTIC ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE NETWORK
As of the early 1960s, the most advanced computers in the world were at the NSA, Ft Meade. Research breakthroughs with these computers
were kept for the NSA. At the present time the NSA has nanotechnology computers that are 15 years ahead of present computer technology.
The NSA obtains blanket coverage of information in the US by using advanced computers that use artificial intelligence to screen all
communications, regardless of medium, for key words that should be brought to the attention of NSA agents/cryptologists.

These computersmonitor all communicationsat the transmitting and receiving ends. Thisblanket coverage of the US isa result of the NSAs Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) mission. The
NSAselectronic surveillance networkisbased on a cellular arrangement of devicesthat can monitor the entire EMF (electromagnetic frequency) spectrum.

Thisequipment wasdeveloped, implemented and kept secret in the same manner asother electronic warfare programs.
Signals Intelligence Remote Computer Tampering
The NSA keepstrackof all PCsand other computerssold in the US. Thisisan integral part of the Domestic Intelligence network. The NSAsEMF equipment can tune in RF (remote
frequency) emissionsfrom personal computer circuit boards(while filtering out emissionsfrom monitorsand power sup- plies).

The RF emission from PCcircuit boardscontainsdigital information in the PC. Coded RF wavesfrom the NSAsequipment can resonate PCcircuitsand change data in the PCs.
Thusthe NSA can gain wirelessmodem-style entry into any computer in the country for surveillance or anti-terrorist electronic warfare.
Detecting EMF Fields in Humans for Surveillance
A subjectsbioelectric field can be remotely detected, so subjectscan be monitored anywhere they are. With special EMF equipment NSA cryptologistscan remotely read evoked
potentials(from EEGs). These can be decoded into a personsbrain-statesand thoughts. The subject isthen perfectly monitored from a distance. NSA personnel can dial up any
individual in the country on the SignalsIntelligence EMF scanning networkand the NSAscomputerswill then pinpoint and trackthat person 24 hoursa day.

The NSA can pickout and trackanyone in the US.

3. NSA SIGNALS INTELLIGENCE USE OF EMF BRAIN STIMULATION
NSA Signals Intelligence usesEMF Brain Stimulation for Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) and Electronic Brain Link (EBL). EMF Brain Stimulation hasbeen in development since the
MKULTRA program of the early 1950s, which included neurological research into radiation (non-ionizing EMF) and bioelectric research and development.

The resulting secret technology iscategorized at the National Security ArchivesasRadiation Intelligence, defined as,
information fromunintentionally emanated electromagnetic waves in the environment, not including radioactivity or nuclear detonation.
SignalsIntelligence implemented and kept thistechnology secret in the same manner asother electronic warfare programsof the US Government. The NSA monitorsavailable
information about thistechnology and withholdsscientific research from the public. There are also international intelligence agreementsto keep thistechnology secret.
The NSA has proprietary electronic equipment that analyze electrical activity in humans from a distance. NSA computer generated brain mapping
can continuously monitor all of the electrical activity in the brain continuously. The NSA records and decode individual brain maps (of hundreds of
thousands of persons) for national security purposes. EMF Brain Stimulation is also secretly used by the military for brain-to-computer link (in
military fighter aircraft, for example).
For electronic surveillance purposes, electrical activity in the speech center of the brain can be translated into the subjects verbal thoughts. RNM
can send encoded signals to the brains auditory cortex, thus allowing audio communications direct to the brain (bypassing the ears). NSA
operatives can use this covertly to debilitate subjects by simulating auditory hallucinations characteristic of paranoid schizophrenia.
Without any contact with the subject, Remote Neural Monitoring can map out electrical activity from the visual cortex of a subjects brain and
show images from the subjects brain on a video monitor. NSA operatives see what the surveillance subjects eyes are seeing. Visual memory can
also be seen. RNM can send images direct to the visual cortex, bypassing the eyes and optic nerves.

NSA operativescan use thissurreptitiously to put imagesinto a surveillance subjectsbrain while they are in REM sleep for brain-programming purposes.
Capabilitiesof NSA OperativesUsing RNM
There has been a Signals Intelligence network in the US since the 1940s. The NSA, Ft Meade has in place a vast two-way wireless RNM
system which is used to track subjects and non-invasively monitor audio-visual information in their brains. This is all done with no physical

Pulsed Microwave Technology
Pulsed microwave voice-to-skull (or other-sound-to-skull) transmission was discovered during
World War II by radar technicians who found they could hear the buzz of the train of pulses
being transmitted by radar equipment they were working on. This phenomenon has been studied
extensively by Dr. Allan Frey, (Willow Grove, 1965) whose work has been published in a
number of reference books.
What Dr. Frey found was that single pulses of microwave could be heard by some people as
pops or clicks, while a train of uniform pulses could be heard as a buzz, without benefit of
any type of receiver.
Dr. Frey also found that a wide range of frequencies, as low as 125 MHz (well below
microwave) worked for some combination of pulse power and pulse width. Detailed unclassified
studies mapped out those frequencies and pulse characteristics which are optimum for generation
of microwave hearing.
Very significantly, when discussing electronic mind control, is the fact that the peak pulse power
required is modest something like 0.3 watts per square centimeter of skull surface, and that this
power level is only applied or needed for a very small percentage of each pulses cycle time. 0.3-
watts/sq cm is about what you get under a 250-watt heat lamp at a distance of one meter. It is
not a lot of power.
When you take into account that the pulse train is off (no signal) for most of each cycle, the
average power is so low as to be nearly undetectable. This is the concept of spike waves used
in radar and other military forms of communication.
Frequencies that act as voice-to-skull carriers are not single frequencies, as, for example TV or
cell phone channels. Each sensitive frequency is actually a range or band of frequencies. A
technology used to reduce both interference and detection is called spread spectrum. Spread
spectrum signals usually have the carrier frequency hop around within a specified band.
Unless a receiver knows this hop schedule in advance, like other forms of encryption there is
virtually no chance of receiving or detecting a coherent readable signal. Spectrum analyzers,
used for detection, are receivers with a screen. A spread spectrum signal received on a spectrum
analyzer appears as just more static or noise.
The actual method of the first successful unclassified voice to skull experiment was in 1974, by
Dr. Joseph C. Sharp and Mark Grove, then at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. A
Frey-type audible pulse was transmitted every time the voice waveform passed down through the
zero axes, a technique easily duplicated by ham radio operators who build their own equipment.
The sensation is reported as a buzzing, clicking, or hissing which seems to originate within or
just behind the head. The phenomenon occurs with carrier densities as low as microwatts per
square centimeter with carrier frequencies from 0.3-3.0 GHz. By proper choice of pulse
characteristics, intelligent speech may be created.
Dr. James Lin of Wayne State University has written a book entitled: Microwave Auditory
Effects and Applications. It explores the possible mechanisms for the phenomenon, and
discusses possibilities for the deaf, as persons with certain types of hearing loss can still hear
pulsed microwaves (as tones or clicks and buzzes, if words arent modulated on). Lin mentions
the Sharp and Grove experiment and comments: The capability of communicating directly with
humans by pulsed microwaves is obviously not limited to the field of therapeutic medicine.

In 1975, researcher A. W. Guy stated that one of the most widely observed and accepted
biologic effects of low average power electromagnetic energy is the auditory sensation evoked in
man when exposed to pulsed microwaves.
He concluded that at frequencies where the auditory effect can be easily detected, microwaves
penetrate deep into the tissues of the head, causing rapid thermal expansion (at the microscopic

A US company claims it is ready to build a microwave ray gun able to beam sounds directly into peoples heads.
The device dubbed MEDUSA (Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio) exploits the microwave audio effect, in which short microwave pulses
rapidly heat tissue, causing a shock wave inside the skull that can be detected by the ears. A series of pulses can be transmitted to produce
recognizable sounds.
The device is aimed for military or crowd-control applications, but may have other uses.
Lev Sadovnik of the Sierra Nevada Corporation in the US is working on the system, having started work on a US navy research contract. The
navys report states that the effect was shown to be effective.
Scarecrow beam?
MEDUSA involves a microwave auditory effect loud enough to cause discomfort or even incapacitation. Sadovnik says that normal audio safety
limits do not apply since the sound does not enter through the eardrums.
The repel effect is a combination of loudness and the irritation factor, he says. You cant block it out.
Sadovnik says the device will work thanks to a new reconfigurable antenna developed by colleague Vladimir Manasson. It steers the beam
electronically, making it possible to flip from a broad to a narrow beam, or aim at multiple targets simultaneously.
Sadovnik says the technology could have non-military applications. Birds seem to be highly sensitive to microwave audio, he says, so it might be
used to scare away unwanted flocks.
Sadovnik has also experimented with transmitting microwave audio to people with outer ear problems that impair their normal hearing.
Brain damage risk
James Lin of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Illinois in Chicago says that MEDUSA is feasible in principle.
He has carried out his own work on the technique, and was even approached by the music industry about using microwave audio to enhance
sound systems, he told New Scientist.
But is it going to be possible at the power levels necessary? he asks. Previous microwave audio tests involved very quiet sounds that were
hard to hear, a high-power system would mean much more powerful and potentially hazardous shockwaves.
I would worry about what other health effects it is having, says Lin. You might see neural damage.
Sierra Nevada says that a demonstration version could be built in a year, with a transportable system following within 18 months. They are
currently seeking funding for the work from the US Department of Defence.

in creating counter-drug measures: the Brain
Imaging Technology Initiative. This
initiative establishes NIDA [National
Institute on Drug Abuse] regional
neuroimaging centers and represents an
interagency cooperative endeavor funded by
CTAC [Counterdrug Technology Assessment
Center], Department of Energy (DOE), and
NIDA to develop new scientific tools (new
radiotracers and technologies) for
understanding the mechanisms of addiction
and for the evaluation of new
pharmacological treatments.39 Through
neuroimaging, not only could the stated
objective be achieved, but through imaging a
persons emotional states could be mapped,
chemical influences determined and perhaps
even specific thoughts read.
Back in 1975, Physics Today reported:
Developments in ways to measure the
extremely weak magnetic fields emanating
from organs such as the heart, brain and
lungs are leading to important new methods
for diagnosing abnormal conditions.40
In 1995, a system for capturing and decoding
brain signals was patented which includes a
transducer for stimulating a person and EEG
transducers for recording brainwave signals
from the person. It also includes a computer
for controlling and synchronising stimuli
presented to the person and at the same time
recording brainwave signals, and either
interpreting these signals using a model for
conceptual, perceptual and emotional thought
to correspond to the EEG signals of the
persons thoughts or comparing the signals
to normal brain signals from a normal
population to diagnose and locate the origin
of brain-dysfunctional underlying
perception, conception and emotion.41 In
other words, the device reads your mind by
comparing your brain activity to other
peoples.
In 1996 came this Orwellian development:
a method for remotely determining
information relating to a persons emotional
state, as waveform energy having a
predetermined frequency and a predetermined
intensity is generated and wirelessly
transmitted towards a remotely located
subject. Waveform energy emitted from the
subject is detected and automatically
analyzed to derive information relating to
the individuals emotional state.
Physiological or physical parameters of
blood pressure, pulse rate, pupil size,
respiration rate and perspiration level are
measured and compared with reference values
to provide information utilizable in
evaluating [an] interviewees responses or
possibly criminal intent in security
sensitive areas.42 This technology could be
used for determining what a person might do,
given his totally discernible interior
emotions. This technology walks through any
behaviour wall a person can erect and goes
straight to the brain to see what may be on
a persons mind.
Inducing behaviour rather than just reading
a persons emotional state is the subject of
one scientists work in Canada. Scientists
are trying to recreate alien abductions in
the laboratory The experiment, to be run
by Professor Michael Persinger, a
neuroscientist at Laurentian University, of
Sudbury, Ontario.

Unknown to most of the world, satellites can perform astonishing and often menacing feats. This should come as no surprise when one reflects
on the massive effort poured into satellite technology since the Soviet satellite Sputnik, launched in 1957, caused panic in the U.S. A spy satellite
can monitor a persons every movement, even when the target is indoors or deep in the interior of a building or traveling rapidly down the
highway in a car, in any kind of weather (cloudy, rainy, stormy). There is no place to hide on the face of the earth. It takes just three satellites to
blanket the world with detection capacity. Besides tracking a persons every action and relaying the data to a computer screen on earth, amazing
powers of satellites include reading a persons mind, monitoring conversations, manipulating electronic instruments and physically assaulting
someone with a laser beam. Remote reading of someones mind through satellite technology is quite bizarre, yet it is being done; it is a reality at
present, not a chimera from a futuristic dystopia! To those who might disbelieve my description of satellite surveillance, Id simply cite a tried-and-
true Roman proverb: Time reveals all things (tempus omnia revelat).
As extraordinary as clandestine satellite powers are, nevertheless prosaic satellite technology is much evident in daily life. Satellite businesses
reportedly earned $26 billion in 1998. We can watch transcontinental television broadcasts via satellite, make long-distance phone calls relayed
by satellite, be informed of cloud cover and weather conditions through satellite images shown on television, and find our geographical bearings
with the aid of satellites in the GPS (Global Positioning System). But behind the facade of useful satellite technology is a Pandoras box of
surreptitious technology. Spy satellitesas opposed to satellites for broadcasting and exploration of spacehave little or no civilian useexcept,
perhaps, to subject ones enemy or favorite malefactor to surveillance. With reference to detecting things from space, Ford Rowan, author of
Techno Spies, wrote some U.S. military satellites are equipped with infra-red sensors that can pick up the heat generated on earth by trucks,
airplanes, missiles, and cars, so that even on cloudy days the sensors can penetrate beneath the clouds and reproduce the patterns of heat
emission on a TV-type screen. During the Vietnam War sky high infra-red sensors were tested which detect individual enemy soldiers walking
around on the ground. Using this reference, we can establish 1970 as the approximate date of the beginning of satellite surveillanceand the end
of the possibility of privacy for several people.
The government agency most heavily involved in satellite surveillance technology is the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA), an arm of
the Pentagon. NASA is concerned with civilian satellites, but there is no hard and fast line between civilian and military satellites. NASA launches all
satellites, from either Cape Kennedy in Florida or Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, whether they are military-operated, CIA-operated,
corporate-operated or NASAs own. Blasting satellites into orbit is a major expense. It is also difficult to make a quick distinction between
government and private satellites; research by NASA is often applicable to all types of satellites. Neither the ARPA nor NASA makes satellites;
instead, they underwrite the technology while various corporations produce the hardware. Corporations involved in the satellite business include
Lockheed, General Dynamics, RCA, General Electric, Westinghouse, Comsat, Boeing, Hughes Aircraft, Rockwell International, Grumman Corp.,
CAE Electronics, Trimble Navigation and TRW.
The World Satellite Directory, 14th edition (1992), lists about a thousand companies concerned with satellites in one way or another. Many are
merely in the broadcasting business, but there are also product headings like remote sensing imagery, which includes Earth Observation Satellite
Co. of Lanham, Maryland, Downl Inc. of Denver, and Spot Image Corp. of Reston, Virginia. There are five product categories referring to
transponders. Other product categories include earth stations (14 types), military products and systems, microwave equipment, video
processors, spectrum analyzers. The category remote sensors lists eight companies, including ITM Systems Inc., in Grants Pass, Oregon, and
Satellite Technology Management of Costa Mesa, California. Sixty-five satellite associations are listed from all around the world, such as Aerospace
Industries Association, American Astronautical Society, Amsat and several others in the U.S.
Spy satellites were already functioning and violating peoples right to privacy when President Reagan proposed his Strategic Defense Initiative,
or Star Wars, in the early 80s, long after the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962 had demonstrated the military usefulness of satellites. Star Wars was
supposed to shield the U.S. from nuclear missiles, but shooting down missiles with satellite lasers proved infeasible, and many scientists and
politicians criticized the massive program. Nevertheless, Star Wars gave an enormous boost to surveillance technology and to what may be called
black bag technology, such as mind reading and lasers that can assault someone, even someone indoors. Aviation Week & Space Technology
mentioned in 1984 that facets of the project [in the Star Wars program] that are being hurried along include the awarding of contracts to
studya surveillance satellite network. It was bound to be abused, yet no group is fighting to cut back or subject to democratic control this
terrifying new technology. As one diplomat to the U.N. remarked, Star Wars was not a means of creating heaven on earth, but it could result in
hell on earth.

My wife came home from work today and mentioned that her Supervisor had told her that there were an unusually large number of company
employees off work `sick` with throat and chest complaints. This didnt surprise me in the least. This past week, and throughout the Summer
Months, we who live in Southern Jutland have been subjected to a sustained and relentless attack on our health and well being in the form of
`Chemtrails` delivered in what can only be termed wilful acts of aggression by the Nato Military Industrial Complex against the people of this
region.

What is simply astounding about this phenomena is the complete apathy, disbelief and disinterest one encounters from others, including
neighbours, friends and family when attempting to point out the myriad of white cloud like lines `criss crossing` the skies over our small village.
The usual reaction is, Oh! I never noticed, or, Theyre just the steam from the jet engines. When asked to explain why Passenger Airliners
would fly in such a bewildering array of patterns, most just shrug their shoulders, make their excuses and leave what they consider to be an
uncomfortable situation as quickly as possible.

So, what are Chemtrails? We are dealing with `Star Wars` here. It involves the combination of Chemtrails for creating an atmosphere that will
support electromagnetic waves, ground-based, electromagnetic field oscillators called Gyrotrons, and ionospheric heaters. Particulates make
directed energy weapons work better. It is about steady state and particle density for plasma beam propagation. They spray barium powders
and allow it to photo-ionize from the ultraviolet light of the sun. Then, they create an Aluminum-Plasma generated by zapping the metal cations
that are in the spray with either Electromagnetics from HAARP, the Gyrotron system on the ground (Ground Wave Emergency Network), or
space-based lasers. The barium causes the Aluminum-Plasma to become more particulate dense. This means they can create a denser Plasma
than they normally could from simply ionizing the atmosphere. The greater density (more particles) means that these particles which are colliding
into each other will become more charged due to the fact that there are more of them present to collide. What they are ultimately trying to do
up there is create Charged-Particle Plasma Beam Weapons. Chemtrails are the medium GWEN Pulse Radars, the various HAARPs, and Space-
Based Lasers are the method, or put more simply, Chemtrails are the medium and directed energy is the method.
We are the Lab Rats for this technology and something has gone very wrong in the Industrial/Military/Intelligence complex somewhere along the
line. Because developmental projects in government and military are often so compartmentalized, it is possible that someone could be using and
developing this technology secretly and without authorization. Then again, behavioural and mind control programs were an authorized policy
under MKULTRA. The forces working on behalf of the Illuminati are experimenting on the citizens of the world. We are talking about Satellite
Charged-Particle Frequency Weapons attacking a person 24 hours a day. Psychotronic weapons are considered weapons of mass destruction by
the U.N.
People who are working in this environment report hearing `tones and hums`. Symptoms of attack include persistent tones and static, body
vibrations, burning sensations, neurological damage, immune system damage and electronic voices or the sound of a plasma, and otherwise
suffering from pains deep in the internal organs along with constant headaches. The above together with other anomalous activity might then
indicate that one is being targeted by directed energy, mind control weapons. These weapons could be carried on Helicopters, Jets, Stealth
Fighters, or on Satellites. Directed Energy Beams and Electromagnetic Waves can be sent to you via hand-held devices or piggy-backed in on cell
phone and satellite towers.
Any country that joins this NATO system will become mind-controlled and diseased due to the associated, intense, oscillating, electromagnetic
fields, electromagnetic soup, and the poisonous, toxic Chemtrails. Our DNA will break. We risk the earths spin and tilt becoming compromised
due to the interference with the magnetic fields through this military technology. Maybe, it is already so.
If this system is not stopped, it will kill billions due to aluminium and barium poisoning. It will kill billions due to crop failures and world-wide famine. It
will cause heart attacks, strokes, and cancers. It will cause stillbirths, miscarriages, and infertility. The Chemtrail sprays often have fungi, bacteria,

In the US, the many years of Bio-Warfare testing on the popullation is no longer a secret. Spraying germs in the sky where they mutate due to
the ultra-violet light, a diabolically brilliant plan. But in Europe and particularly small countries such as Denmark, public awareness is almost zero.
Are we acceptable losses or is this by design?
In July of this year, I wrote the first of a string of letters to the Danish Environmental Ministry alerting them to the potential for disaster. To date,

Vortex ring has been studied for a long time as an aerodynamic structure. Nowadays available information permits to make conclusion about the
possibility of its application in non-lethal weapon (NLW) systems. Recently several investigations were carried out to reveal the opportunities and
limitations of vortex rings application, and the feasible ways of target incapacitation by vortex ring. Three basic factors of the vortex rings action
are distinguished: action by audible sound, impact (kinetic) action and action by inactive payload transferred by the vortex ring.
The analytical studies and preliminary estimations result in a conclusion that one of the most perspective feature of the use of vortex ring for
NLW is the possibility of passive payload (irritants, algogens, marking mixtures) transfer with smallest lost during its propagation through the
media.
This report presents the basic phenomenological approaches to the inactive payload transfer by the vortex ring as well as the engineering
methods of determination of the most important parameters of payload transfer: mass lost, maximum critical payload mass, critical Reynolds
number (if Reynolds number is more than critical one then the payload is not passive anymore). Furthermore the suggestions about the technical
details of payload addition into the gas stream and the analysis of desirable agents (main irritants used for NLW) are discussed as well.

researching into microwave weapons used on the general public, evidence that the GM900 microwave network as used by Vodaphone and British
Telecom, is a major health hazard, has come to my attention. Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA) documents entitled: Biological Effects Of
Electromagnetic Radiation (Radiowaves and Microwaves) Eurasian Communist Countries, show that microwave frequencies
similar to those of the cellular phones can cause health problems in the following areas: * Blood. * Cardiovascular System. * Cells. * Central
Nervous System. * Digestive System. * Glands. * Metabolism. * Reproduction. * Visual System. * Internal Sound Perception.Equipment to test
the frequency and intensity of microwave phones shows that they produce signals similar to microwave ovens. Two Vodaphone cellular phones
were producing 100mW/cm2 and 50 mW/cm2 respectively. The danger level for microwave ovens is 5mW/cm2 and the Russians regularly used
10 mW/cm2 for weapon research. These Vodaphones will therefore cause significant health problems if used. A variety of cell phones can be
tested to see how dangerous they are.The GM1800 system used by Orange uses higher frequency microwaves. Australian scientists found this
caused cancer in mice exposed to radiation of this type. The documents in my possession show that microwaves
pass deeply into the body and can have a negative effect on the brain and body.The DIA research dates from 1976 and shows the dangers were

When Margaret Thatcher became Prime Minister of a right-wing Conservative
Government in 1979, she soon saw the power in recruiting MI5 to be her own
secret police. During the Miner's strike in the early eighties, Arthur
Scargill and his National Union of Miners nearly brought the Conservative
Government down, with their year long strike. Margaret Thatcher used MI5 to
spy on the miners and discredit Scargill. Leading police officers argued
against the use of MI5 on the civilian population, they were ignored or
replaced - if they proved too vociferous.
Margaret Thatcher was the first Prime Minister for many a year to sit in on
the Joint Intelligence Committee's meetings on a regular basis. Thatcher, as
a trained scientist, would have been well aware of the usefulness of
microwave weapons. They are impossible to detect unless you have a detector,
dissidents have no idea these weapons exist and best of all, they are totally
deniable. It may be that MI5 kept this research secret from Thatcher, but the
resources the UK has put into these fearsome, so-called non-lethal weapons,
is extensive. UK intelligence runs a fleet of microwave weapon carrying vans,
as well as portable microwave weapons that can be deployed near the
dissident's home. The vast expense can be disguised as communications
equipment, for as well all know, microwave telephone communication is all the
rage in our modern world. My research shows that the microwave telephone
network also has the potential to be used as a major mind control weapon
system to control the behaviour of the microwave phone users.
Developed under the Conservative government, which was in power from 79-97,
the UK secret, or black government, has at its disposal a fearsome array of
mind control weapons. These abhorrent devices are euphemistically called
non-lethal weapons by the UK military. In fact they kill you slowly be
causing nerve damage, cancers, mental collapse leading to suicides or tissue
failure such as heart attacks due to the cooking effect of the microwaves.
Precisely modulated microwave radiation is used to influence brain function.
Human behaviour and reactions can be entirely controlled by using pulse
modulated microwave EM radiation. Pulse modulated microwaves are useful as
the carrier for the mind control signals as they are able to pass through the
skull, which is rather resistant to low level EM. The massive number of
microwave antennae that dot the country, some of which are used for the
microwave phone network, all use pulse modulated microwaves, which makes
their use for a strategic mind control device against the civilian population
in times of trouble, or rioting, crucial to modifying the behaviour of the
general population. In modern democracies it is no longer viable to shot
rioters, or torture dissidents by normal means, as the bad publicity is self
defeating. Thus, microwave weapons have been developed by the UK's military
intelligence as they leave no marks, or gaping wounds. This pulse modulated
microwave carrier beam can then be used to carry signals. These signals are
extremely low frequency recordings of brain electrical potentials, which have
been recorded by neuro-medical researchers such as Dr Ross Adey's. Dr Ross
Adey's research at the Brain Research Institute of the University of
California, was funded by the CIA.
In their Pandora project a catalogue of different brain signals for specific
actions, emotions and pathological states of mind were recorded. It was found
that when microwaves were used to fire these signals at victims' brains, they
experienced the moods, behaviour, and the pathological states, carried by the
signals. This meant that by mimicking natural brain frequencies, the human
brain could be controlled remotely by use of extremely low frequency
broadcast carried by pulse modulated microwave beams (ELF pulse modulated
microwave remote mind control technology)It is now possible to broadcast mind
control commands directly into the brain by use of microwave beams. All that
is needed is a catalogue of every specific brain frequency for each - mood,
action and thought. These catalogues of excitation potentials are available
from Russian neuro-medical research institutes, so anyone with enough cash
can have the same technology at their disposal as UK military mind control
groups. (the psychological enforcement arm of MI5). The Aum sect bought
microwave weaponry via their 50,000 Russian converts.
Particular excitation potential, is then broadcast by pulse modulated
microwave transmitter. This pulse modulated microwave beam has the ELF
excitation potential frequency imprinted upon it. It was found that each
behavioural set in humans has a distinctive frequency. There was one for
anger, suicide, hysteria, trauma, serial killing, paranoia, lust, etc.
Intelligence operatives in the UK regularly park microwave transmitters
outside targets' houses and beam specific mood inducing excitation potentials
at the victims. To aid them they have sophisticated millimetre wave scanners
to look through the victims walls, so they can see the targets in their
homes. Pulse modulated microwaves are directed at their victims' brains,
while other people in their homes are oblivious of what is going on. A
leading conspiracy researcher, who looks into the GCHQ at Cheltenham, found
one of these vans with two spheres on its roof, parked in his road. He took
the number plate and through contacts checked who owned it. It was an MOD
van. Hopefully he has found the microwave weapon system before it has done
him too much harm.
These microwave weapons were developed allegedly at Marconi. When firing
microwave beams through walls at one target, every material in the way of the
beam attenuates or modifies the intensity and frequency of the beam. Since
precise frequencies and intensities are needed for mind control, very
sophisticated microwave arrays and computer programmes had to be developed so
that the microwave beam could be changed in response to the materials which
lay between the target and the weapon, as the victim moved around his house.
To do this, the reflectivity and refractivity of the materials had to be
analysed in real-time and fed to a computer which could change the microwave
array in concert with the changing environment between victim and weapon.
There also had to be an automatic interrupter if another person walked in
front of the beam. The victim needed to be driven mad or disabled, without
anyone else being aware that they were being targeted. The technology for
this was very complex but eventually it was perfected. Twenty-five or more
scientists and military personnel associated with the Marconi project then
died in mysterious circumstances. Intelligence regularly kill people to keep
them quite. Maybe intelligence personnel killed the entire research team to
keep such a diabolical weapon secret.For if it were made public the scandal
would bring down the government. Whatever the real story, by the mid to late
eighties, all the problems had been ironed out and these new smart microwave
weapons were deployed on the UK's streets. Northern Ireland would have proved
the perfect place to test them out. Pulse modulated microwave weapons had now
come of age. By this method, any mood or behavioural set, can be conditioned
into the target's brain. Intelligence agents keep a log of the victim's

Note: This is not as strange as it sounds. I saw machines at Teller AF Base that were on peoples heads, (A highly restricted area) and when I ask, I
was told they were being programmed. The time to do this I was told, took only 30 minutes. This area was where men and women were trained
to be assassins, prostitutes, etc. circa 1982.Col.

In response to Lingenfelters thoughtful article on Mind Control experiments, I would like to submit to you this article I wrote 17 years ago on the
mind-reading machines (just think of how much progress we may have made in that time):
COMING THE MIND READING MACHINES (excerpts) by William Hamilton 1980
The Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) has spent over $1 million a year under agency contracts at the University of Illinois, UCLA,
Stanford, MIT, and the University of Rochester to interpret an individuals brain waves. At UCLA they are working on the use of the EEG to
control machines. It may be only a matter of time before the machines will be able to read a persons brain waves and determine just what that
person is thinking.
At this time it is necessary to use electrodes placed on a persons head. A small special-purpose computer scans the peaks and valleys of the EEG
to determine what the person is concentrating on and what he is ignoring. The computer makes a brain-wave graph which is interpreted by
scientists. At MIT, however, scientists are studying magnetic brain waes that can produce graphs much like the electrical brain waves now being
measured. Magnetic brain waves can be picked up over a foot away from the subject and amplified as if the brain were a radio transmitter. By the
21st century it may be possible to detect and amplify brain waves over several miles. It is not beyond the imagination to picture globe-encircling
satellites that carry on-board mind-reading machines that scan the earth.
Psychologist Dr. Adam V. Reed of Rockefeller University seems to be one man who thinks implanting a computer in the human brain would be a
good idea. This, he contends, would make it possible to read other peoples minds. He says, Once the neural language of human thought and
memory has been decoded, it will be possible to program a computer in it and to transfer programs directly to the computer from the
appropriate neurons of the human brain. Ideally the computer of the future should be an electronic extension of the natural brainit should share
with the brain the implementation of the informational processes which we think of as our minds. It should also cease to be an external,
consciously manipulated artifact and become no different, from the users viewpoint than any natural part of his brain. The limiting factor in the
development of directly linked computers is likely to be our knowledge of the location of relevant neurons and of the internal code of our minds.
It is rumored that the Soviets have deciphered the internal code of our minds. We know the Soviets have experimented with mind-altering
microwaves. A Pentagon agency report said, Sounds and possibly even words which appear to be originating intracranially can be induced by
signal modulation at very low average power densities, and added that combinations of frequencies and other signal characteristics to produce
other neurological effects may be feasible in several years. The report said that along with microwave hearing, the Soviets have also studied
various changes in body chemistry and functioning of the brain resulting from exposure to microwaves and other frequencies of electromagnetic
radiation.
Dr. Jacques Vidal, head of the Brain Computer Interface Project at UCLA is experimenting with man/machine interfaces which can provide a
motor link between a person and his surroundings. Noting that some people were becoming concerned with the implications of his experiments,
he stated, One application directly in mind is in the case of cerebral palsy victims, where there is no motor control, but eye control.
Vidal stressed that the mind-machine link he was talking about was from human to computer and not the other way around.
Dr. Lawrence Pinneo of the Stanford Research Institute has had success with a computer that read his mind. Basically, the computer works on
the principle that thoughts are simply silent words, he said. The computer relies on brain wave tracings that show distinctive patterns which
correlate to individual words, whether spoken or thought.
Pinneo has been conducting experiments in which the subject dons an aviator-type helmet equipped with wires that record brain waves. The
thoughts show up on a television screen. If the machine recognizes the word up in the subjects thoughts, it moves a dot up. It moves
accordingly for the words down, left, right, slow, fast, stop, and others. The top score for the computer on a single silent word is 75%. The
computer is currently very limited in the words it can interpret and Pinneo hopes to bypass the need for filing the whole dictionary in the
machines memory system by the use of phonemes. Phonemes are the smallest units of speech and there are only 46.
The possibilities of the machines use are limited only by imagination. Because the project is funded by the Pentagon, Pinneo is often asked if the
computer might someday be used to control the thoughts of citizens. The Department of Defense is the only agency in such funding, he said,
Its up to the people to be vigilant against misuse.
Dr. Anlinker with Ames Reseaarch Center in California said research is angled toward how to tune in on the brains secrets and how to read the
mind. Dr. Anlinker added: Could these thought-control processes and mind reading generate a police state? Of course, its possible. But those
are things we must live with. Science must progress.
Dr. J.E. Zimmerman, a physicist at the governments Bureau of Standards in Boulder, Colorado says that he picks up brain waves without being
physically connected to the subject. A very sensitive meter, placed near the head, detects magnetic emissions from the brain, and this
information is fed into computers which analyze the brain wave patterns. Its quite feasible that this machine can be developed to such a level that
it can be used over a distance without the subject knowing it.
Despite the good intentions of the various scientists working on these mind-reading experiments, time and again, each have stated that these
machines could be misused. Its exciting to think that machines could do our bidding by merely thinking a thought, but then it is somewhat
terrifying to think that someone could read our thoughts without our knowledge. Could a computer not only read brain waves, but control brain
waves in a neurocybernetic loop? A computer could be programmed to program human behavior and who, ultimately, does that programming?

In quoting this research I refer to documents listed under Reference 15. So sophisticated is this research, and I refer to Operation Pandora Joint CIA/MI6 Operation since the 1960s, Operation
Woodpecker USSR 1976, Operation HAARP still running in USA; they are able to define specific pulse frequencies to cause specific brain malfunctions or illnesses. For instance: 4.5: Illness Caused,
6.6: Depression/Suicide, 11: Manic behaviour/Anger, 25:Blindness if aimed at the head/Heart attack if aimed at the chest. Other consequences of frequencies used but not listed here are hysteria,

STRATEGIC ELECTRONIC WEAPONRY
It was inevitable that military/intelligence interests would develop electronic RMCT weapons systems. These weapons fall into a number of classes,
the simplest being the use of microwaves at low amplitudes, e.g., 10,000 microwatts per square centimetre, to cause local hot-spots in the
victims body areas that have poor circulation, such as the eyes and gall bladder. The microwaves heat up the tissue, which does not have the
blood circulation to carry away the excess heat. The victim feels nothing, but sustains acute and chronic illness in these areas. Intelligence
organisations in the West use this technology to disable permanently the subversive elements they cannot scare off.
When ELF-modulated microwaves are used, they are keyed to distinctive patterns of brainwaves called preparation sets, which exist for every
mechanical gesture the body makes. There are also specific excitation potentials which exist for specific emotional states. Intelligence operatives
can induce remote conditioning by creating information-processing effects which can cause excitatory reactions, subliminal stress, behavioural
arousal, enhanced suggestibility by inhibition of higher functions, and patterned behaviours. It is alleged that this technology is used by the CIA
and MI5 to modify the behaviour of high-profile subversives.
The more advanced electronic RMCT utilises ELF-modulated masers for long-range, penetrative, invasive EM mind-control. Together with
Doppler-shifted interrogative RMCT masers, a victims brain-states can be analysed at a distance-and the subversive can be modified at a
distance. Developments on this technique, and the use of low-frequency EM radiation to see through walls, have allowed intelligence agencies in
the US to make useful inroads on the path to synthetic telepathy.
Much of this research has been funded by the CIA which began this work on electronic mind-control with its Pandora project. This research was
used to build devices like RHIC-EDOM (Radio Hypnotic Intracerebral Control Electronic Dissolution of Memory), which is allegedly used for forced
induction of hypnotic trance in the abduction of and experimentation upon civilians by US Government agencies.10

Syftet med dessa tv bcker om psykiatrin har varit att underska de omrden och samhllssektorer
som psykiatrin och psykologin har trngt in i fr att beskriva hur de pverkats, svl
som deras behandlingsmetoder och resultat. Drav bckernas omfattning. Och ven om det
kan tyckas vara verambitist att publicera ett verk p nrmare 800 sidor om psykiatrin s
anser jag att det finns ett mycket akut behov av det.
I den frsta boken lste vi om psykiatrikerna bakom Hitler. Idag finns det anledning att
uppmrksamma psykiatrikern bakom Osama bin Ladin. Han heter Ayman al-Zawahiri och
har varit bin Ladins frmste rdgivare, strateg och hgra hand. Han har beskrivits som hjrnan
bakom bin Ladin och misstnks vara den som planerade terroristdden mot New York
och Pentagon. P samma stt finner vi psykiatrikern Radovan Karadzic bakom Slobodan
Milosevic. Karadzic behandlade Milosevic i flera r innan han passande nog blev krigsherre.
Jo, det finns all anledning att uppmrksamma psykiatrin, och det mycket snabbt. Fr i s
gott som alla de omrden den verkar s sker en snabb frsmring. Oavsett om det handlar om
direkt behandling, skolan, militren, socialen, kriminalvrden eller missbruksvrden s uppstr
ofta direkta kriser nr psykiatrikerna och psykologerna trder in. Det mest otroliga r att
detta kunnat frsigg s lnge utan att ngon uppmrksammat sakfrhllandena.
Frsta boken sammanfattade psykiatrin under frra seklets frsta hlft. Denna bok tar vid
under den tid d psykiatrin konsoliderar sina stllningar och gr en stor framryckning i samhllet.
Andra vrldskriget var slut och nu skulle man en gng fr alla f slut p krigen. Psykiatrin
och psykologin hade lsningen p freden, menade man. Kyrkan, moralen och krnfamiljen
fick skulden fr krigen och skulle helst upplsas. World Federation of Mental Health
startade faktiskt 1948 med detta syfte i ppningstalet. Ett flertal nazipsykiatriker flydde in i
detta privata vrldsomspnnade frbund fr att fortstta sin mission mot den mnskliga sjlen.
En ny vrldsordning eller Fjrde rike skulle skapas.
Regeringar i vst svl som st bearbetades av psykiatrin i dess frsk att vinna inflytande
ver samhllet. Man ville ha en statspsykiatri som skulle fungera p samma stt som en statsreligion.
I brjan av 1900-talet var det eugeniken som utlovades bli en ny vrldsreligion.
Psykiatrin lovade att de skulle bota alla mentalsjukdomar i samhllet till en ringa kostnad.
Politikerna lyssnade. Inga lften infriades dock, istllet brjade de mentalsjukas antal ka
med antalet nya diagnoser och kostnaderna blev istllet astronomiska.
Ett av psykiatrikernas frsk att hantera det kade antalet mentalsjuka i USA var att avgrnsa
en del av Alaska och anvnda denna som ett slags Gulag-lger dit ej nskvrda och
obekvma personer skulle deporteras. De var bara en hrsmn frn att lyckas. Detta under en
tid d vst, och synnerligen USA, frfasade sig ver att Sovjet sprrade in dissidenter p
mentalsjukhus eller skickade dem till sina Gulag-lger i Sibirien.
Det kalla kriget hade brjat, faktiskt p inrdan av psykiatriker som vi skall se, och inom
USA:s militrkretsar rdde en nrmast paranoid stmning d man trodde att kineser och ryssar
hade utarbetat tekniker fr att omvnda en persons politiska vertygelse, s kallad hjrntvtt.
CIA kontaktade ett stort antal psykiatriker som brjade gra experiment med droger,
hypnos och hjrnkirurgi, dels fr att dra fram hemligheter ur fiendespioner och dels fr att
bevara hemligheter hos egna spioner om de skulle tillfngatas. Experimenten riktade sig mot
den egna befolkningen. LSD var den drog som tycktes vara mest lovande och tusentals mnniskor
befann sig pltsligt, utan att veta varfr, p en LSD-tripp. Experimenten p enskilda

personer var dock inte tillrckligt, man ville gra ett massexperiment fr att se om man kunde
betvinga viljorna och vertygelserna hos stora grupper av mnniskor. Om Woodstock var ett
sdant experiment lr vi nog aldrig f reda p men aldrig frr hade s mnga mnniskor ur en
homogen grupp, dissidenter enligt amerikanska myndigheter, tagit LSD p en gng. Oavsett
om det var ett mindcontrolfrsk eller ej s blev Woodstock en total framgng om man nu
ville omvnda en grupp mniskor med liknande vertygelser. Det politiska upproret lade sig
och den introverterade och egocentriska Jag-generationen brjade ta form, ivrigt uppbackad
av ett smrgsbord av psykologiska terapier och psykiatriska droger.
Mycket tack vare Freud blev vstvrlden fokuserad p sex. Hans ivriga kokainsniffande
sammanfll med perioden d han utvecklade psykoanalysen och sexualiteten fick drfr en
framskjuten plats i hans av drogdimmor invecklade teorier. Varje mer eller mindre respekterad
veckotidning skall idag ha en sexolog eller psykolog som fr alla normala mnniskor att
undra om det r ngot fel p dem sjlva eftersom de inte r sexuellt strda.
I Sverige var det i huvudsak tre psykologiskt och psykiatriskt inriktade freningar som
skulle gna sig t att rulla ut rda mattan t mentalhlsoexperterna: Svenska freningen fr
psykisk hlsa (Sfph), Ericastiftelsen och St Lukasstiftelsen. De flesta av Sveriges barninstanser
anslt sig till deras led och det vara bara fr psykologer och psykiatriker att stiga in i
folkhemmet p den utrullade rda mattan. Sfph blev en underavdelning till World Federation
of Mental Health dit flera nazistiska krigsfrbrytare inom den tyska psykiatrin anslt sig.
Vissa av dem beskte senare Sverige och gav rd till svenska barnpsykiatriker och barnpsykologer.
Tv av dem som beskte Ericastiftelsen och gav rd var ansvariga fr flera tusen
barns dd under det psykiatriska eutanasiprogrammet under andra vldskriget.
Alla destruktiva behandlingsmetoder man verhuvudtaget kunde hitta p anvndes inom
psykiatrin. Samtal, terapier och vanlig medmnsklighet, i den mn de verhuvudtaget anvndes,
frutom ren frvaring, fick ge vika fr det tunga artilleriet inom psykiatrin. Insulinchocker,
elchocker, lobotomier och senare kemiska lobotomier brjade man anvnda s fort man
hrde talas om dem. Miljontals mnniskor har ftt sina hjrnor frstrda p grund av psykiatrikernas
synnerliga entusiasm fr dessa destruktiva metoder.
