From the feld:
Air bubbles in solar collectors is a permanently
occurring phenomenon reducing the effciency of the
system drastically.
Fill and fush accurately with professional
equipment
Flushing the system thoroughly with a high fow rate
and flling it with the right pressure removes air
enclosures from the collector. Solarcheck Mobil-
center allows for the flling and venting of the solar
circuit easily and rapidly in one procedure at the
control unit.
The inspection glass at the flter shows clearly
whether there is still air in the system.

Flushing, venting and flling heat transfer medium into solar
systems in one procedure.
Powerful pump
Alternatively there are two versions of Solarcheck Mobilcenter
available:
UNISTAR 2000-A, dry self-priming impeller pump with glycol
resistant Perbunan impeller - a high quality, multi-purpose
pump for HPAC Pros.
P 80, self-priming, high capacity centrifugal pump.
Both pumps are getting almost completely drained after use. No
leaking of liquids during transport, no cleaning required when a
different medium is used.
Rugged cart
Easy to move with two large pneumatic tires, also over rough
ground on construction sites.
The elevated position of the pump makes for easy transport
even in staircases. Damages on stairs or pump are excluded.
Fill- and return hose with high stress resistance
high temperature resistant up to 170 C (type UNISTAR)
temperature resistant up to 60 C (type P 80).
Secure hose connections: Threaded hose couplings are pro-
vided with high-pressure crimp fttings. Top quality hose clips
guarantee tightness even at high temperatures
The functional hose holder keeps hoses tidy. A well-ftting in-
terlocking connector prevents leakage of liquid residues during
transport.
Interchangeable 30 litre tank
Tank can be easily removed for cleaning and has a large ope-
ning to fll in the fuid conveniently. The leakproof screw cap and
the ball valve under the tank allow for a transport of the flling
station in horizontal position even with flled tank.
Tanks are easily interchangeable when using different heat
transfer fuids. Replacement tanks can be ordered individually.
Fine flter with inspection window
The flter at the pump inlet flters out impurities during solar loop
fush (chips, solder- and weld residues). Perfect access, simple
cleaning.
A large clear plastic panel in the flter enclosure enables detec-
tion of air bubbles and debris in the tube.
Manual drain valve
The manual drain valve in the discharge line is used to release
the pressure in the delivery hose after use (only for Solarcheck
Mobilcenter with pump UNISTAR).

Flushing Stations
Function
An agent circulates between heat exchanger and the
DESCAL. Limescale is softened, washed out and
collected in the tank. This process is repeated until the
liquid is free of scale residues which can be controlled
via the transparent hoses and the flter cup.

DESCaL Mobilcenter
Furrings with a thickness of one millimetre reduce the effciency of a heat ex-
changer by 10%. Thicker layers may cause a loss of 40%. Regions with limy
water call for a periodic decalcifcation of heat exchangers and storage water
heaters.
The DESCAL is a specifcally designed tool for HPAC professionals to fush
boilers and heat exchangers with anti scale agents. The device was tested
and approved with KALKLSER and CITROPLUS made by SANIT
(www.sanit-chemie.de).

Function

application and function
The pump is equipped with two suction and two pressure hoses. These
hoses are connected to the motor of the CHP unit, a used oil tank and a
tank with new motor oil. The set up remains the same no matter if used oil
is removed or fresh oil is delivered. Turning the multifunctional valves the
four pipes are opened or closed accordingly.
additional cleaning effect
Unlike removing motor oil through the oil drain plug pumping out oil leads
to an increased removal of sedimentation inside the motor. The higher fow
rate creates a suction effect and extracts dirt. The pumps handles solids
without getting damaged.

the fat suction system is capable of completely pum-
