A unique, all-weather hydraulic/transmission uid
HY-TRAN ULTRA is, quite simply, the nest hydraulic/transmission uid
we make. It will enhance your brake and clutch capabilities while helping
to reduce brake chatter, clutch slippage and wear, and nal drive wear.
HY-TRAN ULTRA uid is designed for use in an ambient temperature
range of -20 to +120F (-30 to +50C).
HY-TRAN ULTRA:

Provides better water tolerance and ltration efciency than


typical tractor uids, which is critical for preventing additive
fallout, lter plugging and sluggish performance

Provides stable viscosity, which is essential to maintaining


optimum machine performance and long life

Provides superior wear protection for hydraulic components,


drive train gears and other transmission parts

Provides controlled frictional characteristics to provide


smooth operation of wet brakes and clutches

Special non-zinc additives ensure a thermally and hydrolytically


stable product, keeping the system free of deposits and helping
prevent corrosive by-products

Meets the frictional requirements of Caterpillar TO-2, as well as all


performance requirements of the former Case MS 1206, MS 1207
and International Harvester B-6 specications (may be used in

All-season synthetic blend
HY-TRAN ULTRA SSL uid is designed to work optimally all the
way down to -40F (-40C), yet it does not need to be drained
in the summer, because its a synthetic blend.
The difference is easy to see.
HY-TRAN

has the unique ability to hold up to 1% of its volume in water and not
experience any harmful effects, like additive fallout, whereas typical tractor uids
experience problems at 0.5% or less.
Lab tests conrm what eld tests have proven: The ability of HY-TRAN to protect and perform when exposed to moisture is unmatched.

NEXPLORE FLUID (MAT-3525)
NEXPLORE is a single uid for hydraulic systems, transmissions, differentials,
wet brakes and PTO clutches. It is a high-quality, all-purpose hydraulic oil that is
designed for use in an ambient temperature range of -5F (-20C) to 120F (50C).
F200A HYDRAULIC/TRANSMISSION FLUID (MAT-3526)
F200A is a multipurpose, cold-weather hydraulic/transmission uid that can be used
when your operator manual recommends NEXPLORE, but improved low-temperature
capabilities are needed (below 10F/-12C). In addition to improved low-temperature
capabilities, F200A Multi-Season Hydraulic Oil provides the reliability of NEXPLORE at
high temperatures, so theres no need to remove this uid during the summer months.
MULTI BIO BIODEGRADABLE
HYDRAULIC/TRANSMISSION FLUID
MULTI BIO is a biodegradable hydraulic/transmission uid that can be used when
recommended by your operator manual or service bulletin. Currently approved for Case
skid steers and Case IH JX, JXU, Puma and MXM tractors, this biosynthetic-based 10W-30
uid exceeds several governmental biodegradability and ecocompatibility requirements,
with biodegradability exceeding 90%, including OECD 201/202/203/301B,
VAMIL(NL), WGK 0, CEC L33A-93 and D5864-96. Its a multifunctional oil for
transmission, wet brakes and hydraulic systems.

This high-pressure uid provides the viscosity stability thats essential to

high-pressure hydraulic systems. Special additives protect hydraulic system
components against wear, corrosion and loss of efciency. It minimizes

A unique, all-weather hydraulic uid for Case crawlers
TCH is a unique, all-weather transmission/converter/hydraulic uid with
controlled frictional characteristics to ensure smooth operation of wet
clutches and minimize clutch slippage.

eliminates the need for switching uids in low temperatures

Superior Media
Our lters are designed to trap more of the small contaminants that are
most damaging to diesel engines. The media is uniformly resin-impregnated
and heat-cured to provide efcient ltration, while resisting the effects of
moisture. The media used in many of our newer lters combine microglass
and cellulose bers for doubled efciency over standard lters.

Hot Melt
Our lters use hot melt a high-quality adhesive to uniformly bond the

As diesel engines operate, vibration of the cylinders creates microscopic bubbles in the
coolant that attach to the cylinder liners. These bubbles can implode with a force of
over 15,000 PSI. This collapse can blast small holes in the cylinder liner. Without the
protection of a heavy-duty coolant, the result is liner cavitation.
Over time, liner cavitation can allow coolant to enter the engine oil. This compromises
the lubrication of the engine oil and results in excess friction, which ultimately leads
to engine failure. Many competitive coolants dont provide adequate protection against
this. XHD offers superior liner cavitation protection by covering internal parts with an
oxide lm that takes the abuse of implosions to avoid premature engine failure.
