DPS 3 - 42 MONTHS DEFER PAYMENT & 20% PAYMENT & MOVE-IN

Pay 10% upon Signing SPC
Next 10% & 0.5% (maintenance fee) within 60 days from SPC signing date & Handover
Next 18% - Pay 1.5% x 12 months
Next 58% - Pay 2% x 29 months
Final 4% - Upon Issuance of the Notice on payment of tax and other financial obligations for the
purpose of issuance of the Ownership Certificate to the Purchaser or the similar document issued by
the tax authority

- Free township management fee for 2 years;
- Free clubhouse subscription fee for 2 years;
- Free USD 1,000 for F&B and Sport voucher at Gamuda Gardens Clubhouse;
- A special reward of USD 2,000 cash voucher (redeemable as part of monthly instalment) when buyers
moved in within first 12 months of instalment period. Cash voucher will be issue upon date of residential
registration with local authority;
Terms & Conditions
- Over 42 months defer payments; every 21 months instalment payment in timely manner, purchaser
will received 1 year free township management fee & clubhouse subscription fee credited into their
accounts. If timely payment is not fulfilled for any instalment during that 21 month period, the benefits
will not be applied.
