DESCRIBE NATURE OF COMMENDATION/COMPLAINT
I Thomas Muloni, am filing a claim against I an Wasserman for falsely accusing me of
trespass and resisting arrest, putting me on handcuffs and dragging me on the ground with
extra force than needed leaving me wounded in pain, tampering and damaging my
reputation. I told I an there was a video camera in the building that would tell his actions. I'm
also proceeding to file a lawsuit against Wells Fargo and their employees Della and Rhoda
the branch manager for their actions. A Ten Million dollar lawsuit against Wells Fargo
Employees named herein, for falsely accusing me of tress pass and damaging my reputation.

On Nov/23rd of this year around 1330, i went to the front desk to make my rent payment but
the A TM card was returned and told it didn't go through. I decided to go try an A TM machine
outside that declined as well. There was a close Sun Trust bank i went to, likewise it
dispensed a receipt saying the card is invalid. This is when i called Wells Fargo customer
service agent about the issue. A guy picked up the call, i told him i'm trying to withdraw
money from my new account but i've been unable. The wells Fargo agent asked me for the
account number and i read it to him, after which he said the account had no funds on it and
that it's on hold, but will transfer the call to loss prevention. Loss Prevention also stated the
social security number and addresses needed to be verified and that the account had no
money on it and was closed because of a previous account that had a fraudulent check
deposited. I told Wells Fargo Customer service agent over the phone; i transferred money
from Bank-of America on Tuesday the 20th of November and checked the following day, the
account was reflecting the amount transferred but he insisted on my going to a Wells Fargo
Branch. I went to the closest Wells Fargo Branch at 7950 S Orange Blossom Trail in
Orlando, and explained to them i am trying to access my money to pay my rent and tuition
bills due but I've been told the account is blocked and on hold. A lady named Della said, the
account shows no money on it but a check will be sent to the address on file by Monday or
Tuesday. I asked to speak to her manager after citing what seemed to be an unclear.
The manager came and i explained to her i needed to withdraw money from my new
account to pay my rent and and tuition bills due. Rhoda, the manager said there was no
money but she will send a check to my address, i still insisted i needed to pay my rent and
tuition that very day, she then said now you won't get anything. After this i walked out and
called 911 at about 1345 for their help. A lady received the phone call. I introduced my self
and said i am having issues at the Wells Fargo Bank and needed their help, But the lady
over the phone responded, they could not help me since that was not a crime but a civil
issue, The lady then told me to go back to Bank and speak to the Wells Fargo Employees.
I went back and Della was standing facing outside looking at me through the glass mirrors,
i told Della i called and spoke to Police for their help, they said i should talk to you again,
as i sat in the chair i was seated before.

I was still seated in the same chair when Rhoda the manager came with two guys dressed
in full uniform. One of the guys made a verbal statement saying, as Rhoda said your money
is disputed, it will be sent to you in a check by Monday or Tuesday. I told him my money can
not be disputed because it's mine, i also told them i called police about this, they refused to
come. They(Police) asked me to stand up, and soon as i stood up, i was told to turn around,
Both lan and his colleague grabbed my arms, side by side dropping me to the ground by
force crisscrossing my legs and down on handcuffs . I was taken into their car parked
outside and locked in. While inside i observed I an and Gantry talk to each other making
signs saying that's what we wanted. i tried to get their attention after they realized i was
watching what they were doing, they pretended not to be seeing me.
After about 15minutes, one I an opened the door of the car and issuing a written warning
for trespass. I told lan i was hurt and in pain but lan said you have to go to jail, after about
10 minutes paramedics came, i told the paramedics i was feeling internal pain and needed
attention but they responded, you're fine and left after taking my blood pressure. When i
checked on the seat in the car, there was blood everywhere, I told I an he put me in pain
bleeding, who still said i was fine. There were wounds on my hands and cuts. He then
asked if i was a Citizen and responded I'm a resident, he added if i wanted him to notify
immigration embassy about the rest, i said i don't know how he does he's job. I an
Wasserman drove me to Orange County Jail, where he wrote a contrary statement to what
Della, Rhoda and himself had stated before, this time a written report stating money was
rejected and sent back to Bank of America where it was transferred from. On arriving at
the county jail , police in the building started saying Wells Fargo instructed them, and that
there was no more school loans and no more music. I asked to make contacts to some of
my family members but instead i was taken into a freezing cell where i was punished
kneeling down with hands placed on top of my head as they sung Akon's song locked up,
adding i am a special case they're watching. They tried to force me have cookies and
meals but i refused. This happened just a week before release of my school project i was
working on and a new single, and after complaining my computer was remotely controlled
and hacked by unknown individuals that made it difficult for me to study.

The following day i walked out and found the rest of my belongings but one lan
Wasserman had confiscated my computer with all my school projects on it. I
made phone calls on Tuesday the 27th to locate it but was told there're no
records for my computer. I called Professional standards, Orange county sheriff's
office and spoke to sergeant Eric Edwards and explained to him I need to file a
claim against lan Wasserman's action for falsely accusing me of trespass and
resisting arrest, tampering and damaging my reputation, and also that, my
computer could not be located from him. Eric responded he wanted me to sign
an inmate documents while in his office, but i refused and told him i don't need to.
The computer was held for six days before i got it back. I tracked to find my
money this time not at Bank of America, as Della, Rhoda and I an with their
contradicting statements had said before but a check sent to my address.
Monday through Wednesday, there was nothing. I called Bank of America as
stated in the report that money was rejected and sent back to Bank of America,
one of the associates told me over the phone nothing was received. I contacted
Wells Fargo and was told over the phone i needed to go to branch to get funds
and that it would be less $41.58 i owed Wells Fargo, he said. I received the
money on Dec/01/12 at a branch in winter Park close to my School, On Dec/19th,
a check was sent back in amount of $41.58 they said i owed the bank.
