    Dear Team, Kindly find attached the breakdown for the execution of Nagis works. I have broken down the works in tasks and asociated costs for everyones review. I request that we get the material prices for lodwar if they are any different from the ones i have shown. In that case make changes on the excell document and circulate to all highlighted in different colour. I note that we need to mobilise the works as the date promised was 16th June 2014. In my very considered view this work can be completed in very good time if we join hands. As of now, mobilisation money has not hit the account. Immeaditely we get it we shall notify you. My suggestion is we get feedback from all copied by this mail today on the way forward. Over to you guys. Regards Eng Kiarie dear david thank you for the detail activity breakdown however i have noted that there is difference on the labour charges for activity C & D ie the labour charge for activity C is 50,500 while D which has the same team as indicated on the schedule is 59,500. Another issue is to why is activity G and H no cost is provided for with regard to them . regards Paul
