southern region of the Yangtze River endowed
with criss-cross rivers and developed water

Through the treatment in the last decade,
especially the comprehensive improvement
from 2009 to 2011, water quality of internal
remarkably, and outstanding periodical fruits
of the river system shows dynamic changes
due to the complicate factors, and the most
layout and distribution of the natural river
system, water surface rate of the river system
fails to meet requirements of planning and
control, there are a great number of terminal
rivers and beheaded rivers; (b) internal rivers
in the urban district at the terminal of plain
water system are faced with problems such as
poor water flowability, fast sedimentation of
silt, and serious eutrophication of water; (c)
because of the poor drainage pipe network and
fragile pipe operation network, sewage flows
the rivers cannot be prohibited; (d) traditional
living habi ts of some urban residents are
residents wash stuff or pull away sewage or
waste in rivers; (e) storm sewers of many
urban residential quarters have no definite
their washing machine outlets with storm
sewers, and water in certain river sections has
P concentration above the standard. Despite
a series of renovation measures, the above-
mentioned factors will remain for a long time
and restrict the further improvement of river
water quality, and it is impossible to solve
these problems totally through engineering
renovation

improvement scheme for urban districts of the
city.
1 General situation of the project
Metal Park is a specialized port-front
logistics park for the processing and utiliza-
tion of imported renewable metal resources
Ri ver, Tap water channel and Tongfang
River flow. Processing and util ization of
renewable resources has high requirements
on environmental protection, thus the park
planning, construction and management obeys
the environmental protection specifications
stri ctl y, and a great amount of funds i s
rivers and some green belts was finished, so
it is imperative to improve the stinky Dinghai
Tongfang River.
2 Current situation of rivers and
pollution source analysis
2.1 Dinghai River
Dinghai River flows from east to west
in parallel with East Dinghai Road by west
industrial zone of Zhenhai District, the river is
surrounded by numerous factories and has dark
and seriously-destroyed aquatic ecosystem
because of sewage pollution from factories and
restaurants.
2.2 Hongyuan River
The river totals 1.87 km long, 10"20 m
wide, 1.2"1.5 m deep, flows from south to
seriously polluted by industrial sewage, its dark
red water is stinky and poor in transparency.
2.3 Tap water channel
Tap water channel is l ocated by east
Road, totals 0.28 km long, 28 m wide and
water and a silt layer about 0.8"1 m deep.
Residential quarters, hotels and restaurants
discharge domestic sewage and swill into the
river directly, as a result, its water turns black
and stinky and has poor transparency and
flowability.
2.4 Tongfang River
Road and Tongfang Road, totals 0.2 km long,
1.5 m deep, and its silt layer is 0.6 m or so.
dark green water shows poor transparency
and flowabi lity. There are more than 500
households along the river, and also numerous
hotels and restaurants of which domestic
sewage and swill are directly discharged to
accepting capacity.
3 Improvement scheme
Accordi ng to cur rent pol l uti on and
original features of these rivers, and river
project takes micro-nano bubble gas-liquid
as the core technology, combines plugflow
aeration and ecological landscape construction
for the ecological improvement of the four

rivers (Fig.1)
[2-4]
.
4 Details of the project
According to pollution degree and source
of the four rivers, and also flow direction and
velocity, the four rivers are treated respectively
in the ways as Table 1 shows.
5 Key technology
The scheme adopts the advanced micro-
nano bubble gas-liquid dispersion technology
micro-nano bubbles eliminate pollutants fast.
The micro-nano bubble gas-liquid dispersion
system is shown in Fig.2 and the pollution
control principles in Fig.3.
5.1 Micro-nano bubble gas-liquid dispersion
Micro-nano bubble gas-liquid dispersion
technology is an international advanced water
poll ution control technol ogy, it has been
applied in water pollution control of urban
rivers and deep processing of intermediate
remarkable fruits have been achieved.
Micro-nano bubble gas-liquid dispersion
system is applied to generate micron- and nano-
sized bubbles with high surface energy and
electric charge, these bubbles disperse evenly in
water, sink"float"sink! repeatedly, and improve
anaerobic environment of river water. Due to
the high surface energy of gas-liquid interface
of micro-nano bubbles, physical and chemical
reaction of local micro-environment promotes the
decomposition of pollutants and floating sludge,
and mineralization of silts when it compensates
characteristics are summarized as Fig.4 shows.
Micro-nano aeration increases biomass
and height of aquatic plants significantly, and
previous researches also prove that micro-nano
bubbles increase chlorophyll synthesis by 30%
obtain more solar energy for photosynthesis, and
accumulation of plant matters will increase
[5]
.
5.2 Plugflow aeration
Pl ugfl ow aerati on machi ne motivates
continuous circulation and flow of water by
stirring the bottom layer, so continuous water
flow is enhanced, organisms, microorganisms
bubbles$pollutant-decomposing capacity is
further strengthened, organism concentration
reduces to the lowest level because of the
dilution, BOD5, COD and stinky organisms
are reduced effectively. And characteristics of

and methods of Creative Agricultural Park in
creative agriculture lies in the dual innovation
factors from both technological and non-
ori gi nate from knowl edge economy and
economy of scope, while its sustainability
depends on cultural creativity appeal of market
and products. Therefore, planning of creative
agricultural park needs also macro adjustment
of government in addition to proper planning
concepts and methods, as well as support
of enterprise in innovative production and
marketing and technical support of scientific
