CCC (Underwater Engineering) S.A.L. is a leading provider of offshore construction
and subsea services to the Oil & Gas Industry with a wide range of operations in the
Middle East and India regions.. Since its establishment in 1976, CCC (UE) has been
the leader in its field of operations, recognizing client needs and aggressively
developing quality products and services to fulfill these requirements. This client
satisfaction driven approach has guided the company to its successful performance
over the years in the continuously challenging market.
CCC (UE) now enjoys a proud reputation of over 30 years in the offshore sector of
the industry. The strong reputation that CCC (UE) has earned over the years is due
to combining the experience, expertise, high quality of services and products
provided to the client, in addition to maintaining the highest international standards of
safety, health, quality and environmental protection during any type of operation
performed.
CCC (UE) initially started as a diving contractor providing air diving services in the oil
field as well as supporting marine civil contracting works. Now, CCC (UE) provides in
addition, saturation diving, ROV inspection, ROV observation and ROV light
construction works. ROV services are performed in an efficient and cost effective
manner using CCC (UE)s own ROVs, which include one heavy work class, one light
work class, three inspection class and one observation class vehicles.

About Us - Continued
In addition, CCC (UE) has now expanded its line of business to include the
installation, repair and maintenance of subsea tie-ins, risers, boat landings, jackets,
buoys, terminals, and flexible subsea products including Subsea flexible pipelines
and cables.

CCC (UE) owns and operates three (3) DP 2 vessels, from which the majority of
projects conducted by the company are undertaken from.

CCC (UE) is based in the United Arab Emirates, operating from a large yard facility
providing all the support services to its fleet of equipment and marine vessels. The
Yard has a jetty on the Mussafah Channel, three hours from the open sea (Arabian
Gulf), which also accommodates all the stores, workshop and maintenance facilities.

In 2013 CCC (UE) opened a new office in Vietnam to support expanding operations
to the Asian region.

CCC (UE) is wholly owned by the Athens based CCC Group and its area of
operations covers all countries in the Gulf Area in addition to India and Egypt with the
vision to expand its operations worldwide.

ISO 9001:2008 Series CCC (UE) Management System is accredited to the ISO Quality standards
since 1998.
HSE Management System (OHSAS 18001:2007) CCC (UE) Management System has been
accredited to the Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series specification. As a Marine,
Diving and ROV contractor CCC (UE) is a member of the International Marine Contractors
Association (IMCA) and adhering to the Safe Codes of Practice of all three sections.
ISPS & ISM-Code The CCC (UE) Management System is accredited to the ISPS and ISM Code
requirements.
CCC (UE) Management has successfully implemented an integrated management system, based
on the principles of Quality Management, which have world-wide acceptance and are applied in all
kinds of production and service industries.
