ARCHITECTURE FOR HUMANITY (charity building)

Introduction:
As we know India is a great nation with highest population in the world .But its
shocking to know that one-third of worlds illiterates are from India. A 1
st
place
in child deaths under 5 years and a second place in aids infected country.
Strikingly 1 million new cases of cancer patients are reported every year. More
than 50% of Indias population are below poverty line and 33% worlds poorest
live in India. More over there are thousands of physically handicapped people
destitute and orphans starving to death daily.
By knowing all this lot of people started NGOs (non-
governmental organizations) for helping people on different aspects .but a lot
of them lack in publishing there NGO as they couldnt find a place for them to
meet and develop their community .so i want to design a place where
likeminded people who want to participate can come together and discuss
their ideas and do charity.
More over there are other ngos like environmental ngos and animal welfare
societies and ngos for helping women.
AIMS:
I want to design a space where all these ngos can come together and conduct
meetings exchange their ideas to get a effective output and help them
mutually.
To design a place and environment such a way that a person changes his point
of view on any living creature on earth and tend to help in need.
I want to design in such a way that the space acts as a mediator between
donor and a receptor.
OBJECTIVES:
It should become a ideal place for group discussions of a single ngo of 50
members to all the ngos together.
A environment with peace and a creative design to inspire people and to start
appreciating nature and arts.
To know about the nature of world, how we are damaging it and finally come
out as wellbeing with good manners and moral values.
It should be a economically self sustained building. (Through encouraging
private functions when the place is ideal, vegetation etc..,
To create employment for beggars and give them a status in society.
Using green building techniques and eco friendly material to encourage people
adopting it.
It should become a landmark for help and service.
Making a happy and healthy environment for creative outputs .
SCOPE:
As i told u the status of our nation in different aspects which needs charity for
sure to make a better nation. There are a lot of ngos which are vanishing lack
of publicity and other social reasons. There are people willing to help but
couldnt find a proper way, there are people who are in need but dont know
where they can get help. Hence these kinds of spaces are needed for effective
charity and changing peoples ideology towards it.
LIMITATIONS:
As this place should be easily approachable for all the people, the site should
be within the city with an optimum area for a peaceful environment and
vegetation.
Auditoriums, OATs, gallery spaces, meeting halls and dining area used for both
ngos and other private functions.
Individual ngo cells for there private use.
Facilities must be assembled in such a way, which allows some degree of
contact between related zones.
The built form and structure ought to focus on a sensitive response to climate
to preserve the environment.
To develop it as a semi public organization.
ARCHITECTS CIVIC CENTRE
INTRODUCTION:
Architects have been given a higher position in the society from ancient times.
As they have power to change the society and its behaviour. But as time has
passed architects are not indulging into social activities and in missions for
developing the society due to lack of interest, scope, a stage for them to speak
and other social conditions.
Architects play a crucial role in economical, environmental aspects of a nation.
As these concrete jungles are one of the main reason for global warming ,
income for the society.
More over when an architect comes up with a creative sustainable way it is
taking a lot of time to spread and use by another person.
Hence there is a need for the architects to group together and exchange there
diverse ideas, latest eco friendly and cost effective construction techniques of
a region.
This can be done in a normal convention centre also ,but a specified place for
architects is needed as they need a creative environment to act and learn. It
can be a platform for learning after architecture course in college as
architecture is never ending subject. For developing unity between architects.

AIMS:
I want to design a space where architects of a region gather and talk about
latest schemes for developing society.
It should be a place where architects can present their latest works and there
achievements towards sustainable architecture, aesthetics, eco friendly and
cost effective materials etc..,
I want to design such a way that manufacturing companies can exbit there new
materials , book expos and inaugurations regarding art and architecture.
It should be a creative and a pleasent space where free lancers can meet there
clients and work in open environments .which enhances the confidence and
spirit of both client and architect.
The design should be in such a way that architects and students can learn
about the construction techniques and methods through the structure.
It should act as a place where students can talk to the architects and clear
there doubts regarding there future and select there mentors. (who guideline
students for a better future)
It should be designed in such a way that they can play- learn- eat-interact-
work within the same space.
OBJECTIVES:
Space is designed as if it is quest for person and explores it and finds different
answers at different point of views.
This space have to be designed artistically with a lot of inspiring paintings and
sculptures for motivating architects for better outputs.
The space should be a place which speaks silence, light, music, monumental.
It should be as space where artists can work individually with a greater
calmness and serenity in their mind.
Giving equal preference to landscape ,hardscape &waterscape and the
designed buildings which blend into the nature.
SCOPE:
As we know the requirement of architect for a good society. so we need such
space for them for more artistic and productive outcome.
Need of a free lancer to use such space makes it much more important,and
there should be such spaces where they can work and have fun with a pleasent
and creative environment around.
LIMITATIONS:
This space should be with in the city for easy access and near to concentrated
architects firms,and an optimum space is required to create outdoor private
spaces for free lancers to work.
Oats,auditoriums,library,restaurant &bar,pool &other indoor play areas are
some of the required structures.
Facilities must be assembled in such a way, which allows some degree of
contact between related zones.
