We have the pleasure in offering you appointment as an Executive Trainee (Electrical) - XVI Batch in our organisation. The
Offer of Appointment in respect of candidates whose result is yet to be declared shall be valid subject to qualifying the
prescribed qualification with requisite percentage of marks.
The Terms and Conditions of Appointment are enclosed as Annexure A. You are requested to report at our office at the
address, date and time mentioned above for undergoing Pre-employment medical examination.
The joining formalities would be completed on the date and at the place mentioned above subject to your medical fitness to
be informed through e-mail. However, the date of joining will be effective from the date of commencement of training. Please
note that at the time of reporting for completion of the joining formalities, the documents as per the list enclosed at Annexure
B will have to be submitted, without which your joining will not be accepted.
The training programme is scheduled to commence on 1st August 2011 . It is, therefore, essential that you report for medical
examination and joining formalities on the scheduled date.

given at Annexure C, failing which it will be presumed that you are not interested in joining.
Please note that this offer of appointment would automatically stand withdrawn and cancelled if you do not send your
acceptance or do not report for medical or joining on the stipulated date and time. Further, this offer is subject to your
completing the joining formalities in time.
