Importance: High
Hi Bruce:
My understanding is that the project requires a Performance Bond as well as a li
quidated damages if
they do not meet the performance period, this is very standard for large contrac
ts and projects with a
short timeline.
Celso and Ahsan, please confirm that my understanding is accurate.
Thank you.

In Lindas (ACLU) letter, she also brings up question of City liability re contrac
t not finishing in time do
we have indemnity in contract in situation that vendor, once approved, completes
work AFTER
deadline, and thus disqualifies City/Port from receiving grant funds, or forcing
to repay?
This question will most likely be asked tonight, in addition to all the privacy-
related issues. We plan on
speaking more today w/ CAO more about nuclear

Thank you.
