Payment Policy - All students must have prearranged for payment
to be admitted to the class (purchase order, check, VISA, Mastercard,
American Express, Discover or money order).
Cancellation & Substitution Policy - Registrants may withdraw in
writing from a class up to (3) three full working days before a course
begins and receive a full refund, less any materials fee or as otherwise
noted on the course webpage. If the Oce of Continuing Professional
Education is not notied in writing at least three working days prior to
the start of class, registrants may be responsible for the full fee.
Substitutions are permitted.
Accommodations for Individuals with Disabilities: If you require
special assistance, please notify our oce when you register or
no less than one week before the course starts. Every eort will be
made to accommodate reasonable requests.

Recertication Credits - New Jersey Pesticide Applicators*


General Session AM: 7A, 7B, 8A: 2 units each; CORE: 1 unit
PCO AM: 7A, 7D, 8A: 4 units each
WDI AM: 7B, 8A: 4 units each
PCO PM: 7A, 8A: 2 units each
WDI PM: 7B, 8A: 2 units each
General Session PM: 7A, 8A, 8B: 2 units each; CORE: 3 units
To obtain recertication credits you must arrive at the beginning of each
session and stay for the entire duration. Credit forms will be distributed
to certied applicants at the conclusion of each session, and credits will
be assigned accordingly. Recertication credits for out-of-state (NY, PA,
DE, MD & CT) pesticide applicators will also be available at that time.
Photo ID and/or physical license must be presented by all out-
of-state applicators in order to receive recertication credits. NO

This course has also been submitted for 7.0 continuing education units
(CEUs) toward the renewal of your New Jersey Health Ocer and/or
Registered Environmental Health Specialist license.
Annual Trade Show
Your registration fee includes admittance to the annual Trade Show, a
valuable part of the Clinic program featuring vendors from our industry
showcasing the latest in products, equipment, and pest control services
and techniques. It provides an opportunity to learn about new products
and equipment in a relaxed atmosphere, and the time to ask questions
of the vendors. Vendors are available throughout the morning, and until
2:45pm in the afternoon. Lunch (included in your registration fee) is
served under the trade show tent.
Location
This event will take place at Hickman Hall, Douglass Campus, New
Brunswick, NJ. Parking is permitted in the Douglass Deck. Vehicles parked
illegally will be towed away. Trucks should park at Gibbons Lot, across
the street from Hickman Hall.
Attire
It is recommended that all attendees dress in appropriate business
casual attire. Please, no shorts or t-shirts.

1. Take NJ Turnpike to Exit #9 (New Brunswick)
2. After toll booth make right to Route 18 (North)
3. Follow Route 18 to Route 1 (South)
4. Follow Route 1 to third exit (College Farm Road)
5. End of exit ramp make right onto College Farm Road
6. Follow College Farm Road past the farm area
7. At 4-way stop make a left onto Dudley Road
8. Follow Dudley Road to end and make right onto Nichol Avenue
9. Follow Nichol Avenue passing two sets of greenhouses
10. Make the next right onto Lipman Drive (one-way street)
11. The Douglas parking deck will be on your left
After parking in the deck:
Follow foothpath at back of parking deck to right (opposite end you drove in)
Take footbridge to left (Hickman Hall will be on the other side of bridge)
From Route 287 (from North Jersey)
Take Route 287 South to EXIT 9
End of Exit 9 make a right onto RIVER ROAD
Follow RIVER ROAD to intesection of ROUTE 18
At intersection of ROUTE 18 make right onto ROUTE 18 SOUTH
Follow ROUTE 18 SOUTH to the EXIT FOR ROUTE 1 SOUTH

can show proof of membership in NPMA, or county, municipal and

and the trade show.
