Applications for Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital &
Health Management

Introduction

The Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management (PGDHM) with an intake
of 120 students is a two-year full-time program and is designed to enrich the students with
knowledge of the latest management tools and concepts in order to develop essential
competencies. The innovative and integrated curriculum aims at developing outstanding
professionals for governmental and non-governmental organizations, public and private
corporate hospitals and health care organizations. The broad objective of the program is to
built knowledge and skill to perform as effective professional in health and hospital systems,
both in the public and private sector. The syllabus and course content are designed to meet
the needs of fresh graduates and mid-career professionals.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR FRESH GRADUATES/WORKING PROFESSIONALS

Recognized Bachelors Degree of minimum 3 Yrs duration with at least 50% marks
in aggregate (Medicine/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Paramedical/ Nursing/ Management/
Engineering/ Science/ Commerce/Social Sciences and Humanities/Law)
Should have taken CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CMAT.
Candidates appearing in the final year examination of the Bachelors degree or
waiting for the results of their final year degree examinations in 2014 may also
apply, for the admission courses scheduled in 2014. Selected candidates are given
provisional admission subject to production of evidence of their graduation within
two months of admission
Working Professionals with experience in relevant field are encouraged to apply.

Candidates aspiring admission to the PGDHM Programme are required to fill in an
application form, which can be obtained from The Institute/downloaded from website
www.iihmr.org. By paying Rs.1000/- in Cash/DD drawn in favour of Institute of Health
Management Research" payable at Jaipur Or can also apply Online.

Final selections are made through Group Discussions and Interview
