Responsibilities :
Recruitment, Selection & Exit
Sourcing candidates from all verticals and domains ( Employee references, headhunting,
Campus Recruitments, Job Consultants etc).
Independently manage the entire recruitment process from screening, selection, hiring &
assimilation.
To develop a comprehensive profile database of potential applicants.
To develop strong working relationship with all the functional heads to understand the
manpower needs.
Preparation of Appointment Letter and other HR related correspondences.
Conducting Joining formalities.
Attending to Post selection formalities like, Drafting and sending Offer letters,
Appointment Orders, Antecedents Verification, obtaining of certificates in support of
identity, age, qualification and experience etc.
CoOrdination of Exit interviews & formalities

Payroll & Compensation Management :
Payroll & Timeoffice Management For all permanent employees.
Leave & Overtime workflow administration. ( All permanent blue collar employees).
Effectively manage bonus & other incentive payout calculations for different levels of
hierarchy.
Leave Management.
Wage compensation structure including fixation and negotiation.
Administration of salary, benefits, pensions, etc.

Training, Development & Skill Matrix :
Job Evaluation as and when required, prepare necessary documentation and implementation
of result.
Coordinate WITH the training programs for employees technical and Soft skills.
Skill matrix preparation & analysis to identify training needs.
Coordinate the activities of training assessment centre (effectiveness check)
Coordination for Group / Individual induction.
Responsible for effective implementation of Human resources policies and procedures.
Familiarization of policies and procedures to employees to ensure organizational discipline.
Conduct Training Need Analysis, prepare Training Calendars & generate Training
Effectiveness Reports.

Employee Relations & Welfare :
Co ordinate with administrative officer/department for employees seeking advice on welfare
matters and also coordinate the development of staff facilities.
Coordination with the administration, accounts and production departments in relation to HR
activities.
Provision of Drinking water, canteen facilities, basic amenities, first aid, safety matters to
employees as well as to customers.
Single point of contact person for employee grievance handling.
Initiate & drive various rewards & recognition (R&R) programs.
Implement Performance Management System & identify scope for enhancement by linkage
to Variable incentive plan.
CoOrdinate with management for complete process of annual increment and promotion
process

Statutory Compliances :
Responsible for ensuring compliances wrt Employees provident fund & ESI Acts.
Responsible for obtaining the consent for operation from KSPCB for specified period.
Ensuring the proper maintenance of muster roll and register of Adult workers.
Ensure legal compliances under the purview of Labour laws.
Ensure and submit returns under Factories act, Labour laws and updating statutory Records.
Manage all the statutory periodic renewals.
Handle HR audits, manage and retain the documents.

HR Information systems / MIS :
Responsible for reporting HR MIS wrt Manpower summary, headcount and master database.
Management representative for the audits.
Lead Auditor for internal audits.
Tracking for half yearly and annual appraisal.
Co ordination with department heads for documentation of employees KRAs.
Updating Organization chart as and when necessary.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual hiring, attrition status & reporting Head count
and Attrition to the top management.
Managing the Database of more than 300 employees.

Company Legal matters :
Tracing of records and correspondence pertaining to the case.
Identifying Advocates.
Evidence / Oath statement etc.
Complying Court Order.
Settlement of advocates fees.
Out of court settlements etc

General Administration :
Housekeeping at the premises.
Maintenance of security / safety of premises.
Record keeping : On company matters and updating files regularly.
Correspondence with Security agency.
Annual Day, Sports and celebrations etc.
Celebration of Ayudha Puja, procuring gifts and sweets etc.
