Tax Showdown and guess who refuses to show?

Is the IRS or the Rule of Law Coming Apart at the Seams?

What could possibly be the biggest story to ever hit the internet in its history,
comes from an seemingly unlikely, yet as history testifies, all too common
place. The Taxman's office.
Forget last year's elections and the Republican version of the rule of law, or
the Democrats version for that matter, for both are on the line in recent
developments by Constitutional Advocacy groups such as We the People
foundation for Constitutional Education. The group's founder, Robert Schulz,
is advocating that employers stop withholding from their employee's
paychecks all federal taxes. Why? "Because most of them [the employers
AND the employees] aren't liable for the tax in most cases," he says. At the
Constitution Party's National Convention last August, Dr. Edwin Vierra gave a
rousing speech on our present form of taxation as well as Constitutional
taxation, what it is, how it works, and why it is important to adhere to the
Constitution in such matters. C-Span aired his speech. Dr. Vierra pulled no
punches and called the current regime in Washington "a self aggrandizing
pack of political cannibals."

The Rule of Law

The rule of law in the matter of taxation is that to be forced to pay a
particular tax, you must first be liable for, or subject to, the tax. The same is
true for murder. To be convicted of murder you must be charged (assessed)
and be found guilty of (liable for) the murder in a court of due process.
Charging someone for murder does not mean they are "liable for" (guilty of)
the murder. Demanding payment of a particular tax by the IRS does not
mean you are automatically "liable for" and, therefore subject to, the tax. In
a recent broadcast of CBS's 60 minutes 2, IRS commissioner Charles O.
Rossotti vowed "to go after them." Well, on April 9th, just one week before
the income tax filing deadline, at the IRS headquarters in downtown
Washington DC, he had his chance - "they" and about five to six hundred
very brave and patriotic citizens from practically every state in the nation,
were standing right outside his office building and respectfully requesting his
attention in a "little matter of Citizenry taxation".
Author and highly respected researcher and former State auditor William
Benson, holding a copy of his book "The Law that Never Was VOL I", a
meticulously researched and highly documented account of the ratification of
the 16th Amendment to the Constitution which the IRS uses as the law
binding "all income from all geographic locations on earth earned by all
American Citizens working on earth (IRS Version of the income that is liable)"
to a particular kind of tax. Benson's work raises serious doubts as to the
validity of the ratification of the 16th Amendment. But it doesn't stop there!
Mr. Benson donated a copy of his research to every member of Congress with
their name embellished in gold along the bottom just a few months ago.
Hold on to your hat folks 'cause it just keeps getting better! The group claims
that the IRS Code is fine just as it is, they even support it to one extent or
another! The group claims that the 16th Amendment conferred no new
power of taxation that Congress did not possess from the beginning, but the
Constitution prohibits an American Citizen's domestic income from taxation
and the Internal Revenue Code reflects this if applied properly, to most
Americans. Notice I said most. In other words, Congress can only tax that
which We the People gave it authority to tax. It took researchers (you know,
those people that ABC News and NBC News refer to as pesky "tax cheats"
and "protestors" if they get any coverage at all) nearly 30 years to piece
together the enigma machine hidden inside the Internal Revenue Code with
its "special definitions", code revisions, and new statutes. The group used
computers, the internet, and modern technology to "crack the code", going
through the code from its earliest versions starting with the most recent and
digressing. The group has tantalizing evidence to support their claim - the
Internal Revenue Code itself! According to one of the researchers involved in
the project, "the code is not broken, it's being misapplied, and given the
complexity of the code via "special definitions", the average American can
easily be duped into believing they are "liable for" the tax. Honest judges
confronting the same issues can also be easily misled if their Constitutional
education is lacking. Lawyers can be easily coerced if they do not understand
the purpose and nature of Constitutional taxation. Economists are taught to
be cheerleaders for the Federal Reserve "System" of government, and CPA's
are duped into ignoring Constitutional restrictions on income that is subject
to the "income" tax.
According to one of the activists I interviewed, the reason an average
American's domestic income is not subject to (liable for) the tax is best
explained this way. The founding fathers left us a democratic republic as our
type of government. We the People are master to the government, it is not
our master. We establish and confer power and authority to the Federal
government via the Constitution for the United States. The founders set up
the taxation system but took into account that a Citizen has the right to work
to better his person and his family if he has one. This is an unalienable right
to use your faculties, natural resources, and mental intellect to produce
property or services for personal consumption or for trade/commerce. We
call it "earning a living" today. The Constitution does not give the Congress
the power to place a tax on an American Citizen's domestic "income", as the
Federal Government cannot tax rights, only government granted privileges. If
you held a privileged occupation, that being government granted and
sanctioned by the people, you are exercising a privilege in holding that
occupation. A Corporation enjoys the privilege of its "owners" being allowed
the protection of personal assets from being seized to satisfy the obligations
of the corporation. This exercise or enjoyment of a privilege is the source of
the liability for the "income" tax. The 16th Amendment also brings into
purview that non citizens are exercising a privilege for working inside the
United States, for they gain the protection of the United States without
having sworn an oath to defend it against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
Nationals are also in this category because they are afforded the protection
and jurisdiction of the United States with no Constitutional oath to protect
the United States. When admitted into the union of several States, the
nationals of a US territory then come under the protections, benefits, and
guarantees of the US Constitution and are no longer subject to (liable for) the
"income tax". When a resident alien is sworn in as a Citizen, they come
under the guarantees and protections of the Constitution but are still
"subject to" the "Income" tax for they are not naturally born, or what the
group calls "Sovereign". When asked if this was a fair way to tax Naturalized
American Citizens, the answer I received was "Yes, because the truth is they
are not naturally born within the United States and we allow them to become
a Citizen but they must bear the burden of the "income tax".
How is that fair? I asked. "Only those that enter into the United States for
purposes of Citizenship are subject to the "income tax" . Their future
generations are not subject to the "income" tax, as they will be naturally
born, or Sovereign, Americans. So what actually happens is that the
naturalized foreign born citizen bears the burden of the tax in order that his
heirs will not be taxed this way again. What does this mean typically for the
IRS? They may come into a household of Americans and only those that are
foreign born at birth are "liable for" (subject to) the income tax, unless they
hold a privileged occupation.
Does the Internal Revenue Code reflect this? "Absolutely!", the group claims.
But, according to the researchers, the IRS has been enforcing the code
exactly the opposite of the foregoing since employers were first introduced
to "withholding" via the "Victory Tax" that was imposed during World War 2.
Instead of excluding that income "that is excludable from the computation of
taxable income by fundamental law" (the Constitution), they continued the
practice of demanding that taxes be paid on that "income" even though the
Victory Tax and all its provisions were repealed by an act of Congress in May
1944. In short, the War ended but withholding did not.

Are their Traitors within the IRS and our Federal Government?
The group has expressed their concern that politically motivated criminal
activity [traitors] existed then and still exists in the IRS and in the Courts
aided and abetted by lame duck politicians and bureaucrats. They point out
that in the reorganization and restructuring of the code in 1954, the IRS
deleted the portions of the code that pertained to "that income that is
excludable by fundamental law", even though no law had changed and the
Constitution had not been amended. They charge that this was done for no
other reason than to deceive and defraud the public. They cite a statement
attributed to Vladimir Lenin "Confuse the wording and you confuse the mind"
is pretty close to the actions of the IRS.
A number of IRS Agents have looked into the allegations over the last few
years to finally prove the "tax cheats and con men" wrong. They not only
couldn't disprove the allegations but came to believe the allegations
themselves from their own investigations and the actions of the IRS itself,
and here's the kicker, they used the detection techniques the IRS uses when
training to detect criminal activity! They left the IRS to actually join the other
researchers! Some of these agents had over 10 years tenure with the IRS
and had 6 figure "incomes". The most notable of these former agents is
Joseph Bannister. When I interviewed him at the IRS Headquarters, he stated
that the commissioner had released a memo early in his administration. "The
memo stressed the importance of honesty in administering the code," he
said. "I was simply trying to find where 'the error' that I had made in my
investigation was located by asking my superiors questions pertaining to the
code in order to get help. I was denied answers and was instead told that I
could tender my resignation," he said. This is just the beginning of the Joseph
Bannister story and the actions the IRS has pursued since then. "I took an
oath to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and
domestic" Mr. Bannister asserts.

Have We Volunteered to Become Slaves?

The group maintains that the essence of slavery exists if all "income" is
taxed from whatever source derived. Remember, the IRS plainly states that
all income produced by an American Citizen regardless of their geographic
location on the globe is "subject to" the "income" tax. If you don't pay it, you
lose your property and possibly go to jail. We the People assert that the
essence of slavery is the fact that the slave master takes from the slave his
property ("Income" produced from the slave working) leaving him with
whatever the slave master deems necessary. Former IRS Agent Sherry
Jackson publicly challenged Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and a whole host of
other civil rights leaders to come remove "the invisible shackles that bind our
feet and hands", referring to the "income" tax and the actions of the IRS. Mr.
Rossotti, you may have company for neither Al Sharpton nor Jesse Jackson
have yet to show up.
But whether you believe or disbelieve all or part or none of the foregoing, the
simple fact of the matter is that Mr. Benson has over 17,000 certified
documents from all state legislatures that could vote on the amendment as
existed in 1913 and has compelling scientific evidence that the 16th
Amendment did not come even close to being ratified in 1913. Yet this man
is blatantly ignored by the mainstream media and his research discredited by
the "Free Press" in an attempt to sway public opinion by those who control
the media working in conjunction with those who control the government. It
is very evident that a manipulation is taking effect and its consequences are
yet unknown as the "good" dictators of our slavery try wrestle with the
implications. A free press is essential to liberty, for without an informed
Citizenry, a nation is easily enslaved.
It seems that the IRS doesn't have a case one way or the other as it is the
16th Amendment they assert they derive their authority from. "That's news
to me, as I thought they derived their authority from the Sovereign, which
would be me. I refuse to believe that any authority was given to them by me
or my forefathers to make me a slave, ratified or not, as the 13th
Amendment prohibits slavery or involuntary servitude!" said Tom Skambos,
Constitutional activist and researcher.

Yea, but what about the 14th Amendment Citizen?

"Who's that? Everyone is a Citizen that is Sovereign, or naturally born, in one
of the 50 union states, I don't care if you call me the 14th Amendment
Citizen or the 914th Amendment Citizen." said Krista Gardner, an activist for
Constitutional government who participated in the rally. "What does it
matter? The question of Citizenship is first tested by the geographic location
of one's birth. For purposes of Sovereign Citizenship in the United States, one
is born, if given the opportunity, in only one place. A State. Any other place
does not meet the test for Sovereign Citizenship. Now remember this and
don't ever forget it, a Sovereign always gives birth to a Sovereign.
Well Commissioner, I find it highly interesting that you refuse to "get them"
when they were standing right outside your door and why won't you answer
the groups questions? Many activists held signs that read "Dear Government,
why won't you answer? I also find the lack of mainstream press coverage
equally amusing as this story gets hotter by the minute."
Standing outside the IRS Headquarters during the rally, Mr. Benson stated:
"I challenge commissioner Rossotti, since he shall not come out and speak
to us, come and get me Rossotti! I challenged the Congress of the United
States and the justice department, now I challenge the commissioner himself
- Come do your thing. Let's get it before a proper court with a proper jury.
Give me the opportunity to present all 17,000 certified and notarized
documents and we'll permit you, Mr. Rossotti, to go through each and every
one."
The group testifies that Orin Hatch - R - Utah, authorized an attorney
representing his office to offer Mr. Benson a very large amount of federal
reserve notes in exchange for his research a few years ago. Mr. Hatch denies
any such claim but the group may have evidence to support their
allegations. The group did not disclose to me the attorney's name.

The Implications
So, why won't the government answer the group's questions? Why didn't this
even interest the press? Rossotti vowed to get those responsible cheating
the "Taxpayers" and hold them accountable [all in the name of the public
good] in a recent broadcast on CBS's 60 Minutes 2. Well, why didn't he? What
is the IRS trying to hide? What are they afraid of? The answer, the group
claims, is they are afraid of the truth, and they don't want the truth exposed.
No matter which way the IRS, the Congress as well as the Executive and
Judiciary branches of government maneuvers on this issue, they will not
answer the questions posed by this group of highly patriotic Americans. What
does this mean? Well, the government cannot put every Citizen in the
country in jail for tax evasion if they stop withholding from their "employees"
and those "employees" fail to file for a law that does not exist or excludes
their "income" from taxation. Remember, the group claims the code exempts
"income that is not includable by fundamental law" even if the 16th
Amendment were allowed to stand. If allowed to stand with the evidence
plainly showing the Amendment did not pass Constitutional ratification
muster, the rule of law is meaningless and you are in effect saying "Lets
make laws and then not follow them." Gangster government then exists and
the idea of liberty and justice for all is a myth and only paid lip service by
politicians and bureaucrats controlled and manipulated by plutocrats. What
should we tell our children who expect us to protect them from violence and
danger in every form of its existence? What is the purpose of the law if not to
protect everyone's rights equally? Why has this question been raised 15
billion times throughout history and you'd think somebody would have
enough sense by now to know the answer!
"Well that's what they did with the Internal Revenue Code anyway. They're
not following it according to the intent of the 16th Amendment and refuse to
obey the law. The courts are even operating in conjunction with the
promotion of the essence of slavery in the name of the 'Public Good'. They
[the courts] are so confused or ineptly corrupt over the issue of
Constitutional taxation that they have ruled that the type of tax the "Income"
tax is is both an indirect and a direct tax in different decisions." Do the
promoters of the "Living Document" myth of Constitutional "interpretation"
believe that the type of taxes themselves can be one type this year and
another type next year? Wasn't it just last year that Al Gore was preaching
the virtues of the "Living Document" theory?

The Problems and Solutions Facing "W."

"Isn't that subversion and usurpation of our foundation of Government?" I
asked, "Well, lets get it in a proper court before a proper jury and find out."
Mr. Benson reiterated. "Remember," he continued, "the ultimate power is left
to the people in this country, not some bureaucrat, crooked judge or
politician, or even the President himself that won't force an agency under the
Executive to enforce the written law in favor of the Sovereign Citizen whom
the government serves and protects."
Well, this is a most interesting situation. Here we have basically the Rule of
Law on the line. The tax dollars collected from the "income" tax have been
used as collateral for the huge spending Congress has been guilty of over the
last several years. Remember, the dollar is created by borrowing it from the
Federal Reserve "System" who create it out of nothing. Remember that
Constitutional Gold and Silver money has been removed from circulation, so
there's no way to pay back the debt for the amount of "money" created, no
matter how hard the Democrats [or Republicans] say that the debt must be
"paid down" [for, under the current "system", it can never be "paid off"]. The
Federal Reserve corporation holds US Bonds as collateral which are backed
up by "full faith and credit of the United States" (the taxes collected by the
Government from the people and other sources). If those that were
"volunteering" their "fair share" of the purported tax suddenly stop paying
because they realize they are exempt from the tax, then this will lead to the
Congress not being able to cover the bonds held by the International Bankers
of the Federal Reserve "System" as they now call themselves. The specter of
big government presents itself and its not pretty! Someone has to pay for all
that 'big'! If it doesn't get paid for, it [the agency] must and should be shut
down! Ironically, as history has shown in tax revolts, the tax collection
agency is never one of those "agencies" to be shut down. Believe me, that is
not a bad thing, but a blessing bestowed upon the people. Restoration of
entrepreneurial spirit and free enterprise and the common law in our courts
for the simple Sovereign Citizens is no bad "thing". The American public must
simply be educated on their Constitutional rights and the Privileges the
Constitutional Republic bestows upon them as Sovereign Citizens.
Remember, the government is not the master, it is the servant of, for, and by
the People.

The "Media Bias"

Tell a lie long enough and you'll eventually build a consensus that what
you're saying is the truth, in other words, people will begin to believe you
because their 'vigilance' drops. This was a favorite ploy of Georbles, that
genius of an idiot. The people need a free press, and through the efforts of
men like Joseph Farrah and others who can clearly see the importance of the
issue and how the internet should in no way be termed "the great sewer".
The free flow of information among people for peaceable purposes and
understanding is not a great "sewer". It is the expression of ideas, and "ideas
are more powerful than guns!" as Stalin so eloquently put it. "We would not
let our enemies have guns, why should we let them have ideas?" The
problem this poses is that it is very embarrassing for the United States, a
nation known for its 'freedom', to suddenly realize that they have a problem
within their own government and media, and how both are exposed wide
open under the glaring eye of the internet. The recent arrest of high ranking
officials within the FBI for spying is evidence to support the allegations. Was
it a mistake that the IRS 'got caught' in their own web of lies and deceit and
now CBS is either going to be a part of the control paradigm in the name of
the public good? I think so. They, and the Congress, don't quite know what to
do. Congress, The Supreme Court, and the Executive simply want this to go
away and "move on". Why? What will the President do? Will he impose a
martial law because Americans have discovered that they really were
nothing more than slaves to plutocrats, thereby keeping and protecting the
plutocrats in power via their manipulation of both political parties in the
Congress and their agents in charge of controlling the Press? Would this help
or hurt the investigations in the Justice Department concerning the massive
spying by foreign nations at our top levels of government?
Why weren't all the major political parties invited to the last Presidential
Election debates? Oh, yes, the Presidential debates were sponsored by
corporations instead of the League of Women Voters, weren't they. The
corporations that poured a record number of "dollars" into the two major
parties' campaigns and then invited only them to attend, excluding even a
taxpayer funded and Federally recognized third party, denying even the
'taxpayers' representation. The Corporations simply pass the buck to the
Presidential Election Commission made up rather conveniently of Democrats
and Republicans who take their contributions and determine by "scientific"
polls who gets to participate knowing full well that to get any support from
the public at large the other parties need to be included in the debates so
their message can be heard to gather support that they might go up in those
very polls. The Citizen gets to hear the message of the minority and is
allowed to make a fair and informed decision. Naturally, nation wide
coverage was given by the "free press" to the two major parties and when
Judicial Watch announced it would invite all the parties to a debate on "How
to restore Ethics to Government" none of the major media corporations
covered the event, although it was televised on C-Span and neither the
Democrats nor the Republicans would participate in the debate and actually
colluded with each other not to. Does this sound like a "free press"? It sounds
very much like collusion to me. I won't even talk about what happened after
the election with the "Free Press" and voter news service.
One begs the question, how did the plutocrats get control of the "free" press?
The answer is rather simple and began two years after the passage of the
Federal Reserve Act and the 16th Amendment.
"In March, 1915, the J.P. Morgan interests, the steel, shipbuilding, and powder
interests, and their subsidiary organizations, got together 12 men high up in
the newspaper world and employed them to select the most influential
newspapers in the United States and sufficient number of them to control
generally the policy of the daily press of the United States. These 12 men
worked the problem out by selecting 179 newspapers, and then began, by an
elimination process to retain only those necessary for the purpose of
controlling the general policy of the daily press throughout the country. They
found it was only necessary to purchase the control of 25 of the greatest
papers. The 25 papers were agreed upon; emissaries were sent to purchase
the policy, national and international, of these papers; an agreement was
reached; the policy of the papers was bought, to be paid for by the month;
an editor was furnished for each paper to properly supervise and edit
information regarding the questions of preparedness, militarism, financial
policies, and other things of national and international nature considered
vital to the interests of the purchasers... This policy also included the
suppression of everything in opposition to the wishes of the interests
served." - Congressman Oscar Callaway, The Congressional Record, February
9, 1917, Vol. 54, pp. 2947-48.

What Does This Mean?

What is going on here? To the average Jerry Springer American and that
includes you Bill Maher, nothing [no offense Jerry], and way to go Bill
O'Rielly! To the middle-class law biding Sovereign Citizens concerned over
the nation's foundation of law and internal security, a whole bunch! The Jerry
Springer American still thinks the Federal Reserve is a part of the Federal
government if they're interested at all, while the Sovereign Citizen knows
exactly who and how the currency is created in the US, and more
importantly, how it is supposed to be created according to the Constitution
and who should be creating it. Ask your Senator what backs up US Bonds? If
he answers "US Bonds are backed up by the full faith and credit of the United
States", he answered correctly, but did he tell you what that means?
Although on its surface this sounds very noble and official, what it really
means is that the Federal government can be forced by the Federal Reserve
"System" to tax you for everything you've got at the point of a gun to pay
you back. Is this Constitutional taxation? Did you, the Sovereign, give the
Federal government the power to come point its guns at you for a law that
doesn't exist? Hardly! But, then what exactly did that great American hero
FDR, recently honored with a statue by the Democratic Liberal Socialists of
America, do to the Sovereign Citizens concerning their Gold in 1933? Why do
the cheerleaders and the apologists of the Federal Reserve "System" [as well
as the Republican Party] get nervous when this period of our nation's
banking history is brought up? Why is it that economists, third generation
educated stupid, and even Alan Greenspan himself can't even define what a
"dollar" is? And when the "Financial News" reports that the "Dollar" gained on
the Japanese Yen, gained in terms of what Mr. Greenspan? Gained in terms of
"dollars" of what, the full faith and power of the United States to seize the
property of its Citizens for a payment to some card shark in the international
cartel? How long did the Plutocrats think the American public would just
usher in this type of gangster government without at least some semblance
of resistance?

How Did We Get Here?

Well, that's a very good question, and the answer is not that difficult to
understand if you understand that the great struggles throughout history
have been over the power to create and destroy, or more precisely, who gets
to create the money and who gets to set and collect the taxes. Who gets the
best job and who gets to do the dirty work? That's as simple as I can put it.
And throughout this history of the causes of War among nations and its
citizens, the plutocrats have always played the leading role. Notice I said the
plutocrats. All Bankers are not plutocrats and banking is not in and of itself
inherently 'evil'. Plutocrats are different than ordinary bankers, but to get
control, they offer a bribe. They will create the 'currency' [out of nothing] and
the rest of the banks will be able to lend out 10 times what they receive in
that currency from the slaves of the plutocrats. The "member banks" can
then collect interest on that which is created out of nothing. But, to seize
control, they must get the rest of the Citizens to accept "their" money. How
do they do this? By getting the government to make it a "legal" tender for
the payment of taxes. But why would the government do this? So it wouldn't
have to tax the state legislatures for direct taxation purposes to fund the
government - a noble sounding cause, but therein lies the dichotomy and the
first deviant from the way in which the Constitution establishes the rules for
the collection of taxes. What does this mean? The government can borrow
"their" money, tell us it is "our" money, and the deception goes unnoticed.
The sleight of hand comes in by the gradual changes the plutocrats then get
the government to make, for the "public good" of course. You have to keep in
mind that when "Federal Reserve Notes" were first introduced, Lawful
Constitutional money [being Gold and Silver] were in circulation too. The
plutocrats then begin to their intention to remove that "currency", so that
only "their" currency remains, which must be borrowed before it can be
created, thereby enslaving the people to them until the government starts to
print its [our] own money again. They can spend and spend, inflate and
inflate, tax and tax and control the 'economy' to their interests instead of the
interests of the public good. Thus brings us to what is "legal" tender and
what is "Lawful" money. To understand the difference, you must find the
definition of legal and lawful and compare and contrast the two. Legal is
simply the construction correctness of law [all the “t's” are crossed and all
the “i's” are dotted] whereas Lawful imparts a moral principle or "intent" of
the law you're trying to create. America has an awesome power to create,
and likewise destroy, as do most modern nations with nuclear capability. The
Constitution says that our currency must be Gold and Silver coin, and those
provisions have not been repealed or changed in any way other than making
them stronger. But the Constitution can be amended to chicken beaks if we
will accept it. You see, money is whatever you will accept for your goods or
services. If you personally will accept only chicken beaks for your goods and
services then chicken beaks are your money. But in order for "your money"
to become a "currency", you must have the ability to take "your money" to a
lot of different people that will accept it as "their money" too. What's the
problem with the above scenario? Well, in today's world England won't
accept chicken beaks, or will they? And I would like to ask, if they won't
accept chicken beaks, what is the currency they use? What backs up the
money the people use? Who chose what that answer is? Don't be fooled by
jolly old England! England brought in the age of a new ruler that is almost
invisible! Don't believe me? Then let the King of England issue just one
political command and someone actually follow it politically. I know, I sound
like I've "bought the farm", but you have to understand that "money" is a
manmade thing, and someone, somewhere has to make "it" a thing for the
people to use. We use toilet paper in the United States as well as a lot of
other countries I can think of and we put some fancy-dancy Novus Ordo
Seclorum symbols on them and off we go to jolly old England that, by
comparison, would have profited more had they accepted the chicken beaks,
at least they could've made some chicken beak soup! Don't laugh! If you
want the money to be backed up by something of real value, back it up with
food. Not gold, not silver F - O - O - D. Tell me what good is gold when you
are starving to death and no one has any food to sell? Can you eat it? No.
Yea, but then you could just grow your own money. So! But then the big
corporate landowners will grow lots of food to create "money" and they will
be made richer. So! But everyone will be able to create their own money! So!
But that will cause prices to rise by greed! Watch out, here come the
plutocrats, legislatures, lame-duck politicians, corrupt judges, and the
lawyers who get "paid" either way! That is a mere speculation based on a
myth. The abundance of "money" does not, and historically never has,
created inflation. Fractional Reserve Banking creates the appearance of
inflation, but it is not really inflation [prices rising due to greed.]. Prices aren't
"rising" because of greed as the plutocrats would have you believe, The
value of what the government is using as money is falling, and there is a
big difference between the two. How would you like to live in a nation
where everyone could buy a Dodge Viper if they wanted a car to drive? How
would you like to be a Dodge Viper Salesman in such a nation? How would
you like to live in a nation where you could pick the size of your home you
would like to have? How would you like to live in a nation where everyone
was created equally and shared all the rights and privileges of a Sovereign?
Sound impossible? Well, you're told by the current government that you
can have all these things now, but that you must work to get them. The
minute you start to work, the tax collector for the Plutocrats step up and say
"Ok, give us some of your money", citing his "income" tax Amendment as
the authority, destroying the from its outset the very nature of a free society
by once again installing the quintessential badge of slavery." They set about
plans to help destroy your ability to get those very things through the current

How did we get here? Well, history repeats itself and it's doing it again. The
colonies were taxed heavily during the colonial era of America by the British
parliament's borrowing heavily from the Rothschild family's Bank of England,
deceptively named so that the people would think it was actually a part of
the government of England. The same technique was used in the naming for
the "Federal" Reserve, which is neither "Federal" and reserves nothing. The
taxes went to the Central bank of England to pay the debt for the parliament.
America was in effect, a "Federal Territory" of England at the time. The
Americans were denied representation in the British parliament, in essence
making themselves slaves to the Central Bank of England so the colonists
revolted against Britain under the leadership of the first "G.W." - George
Washington. In America today, the Congress is borrowing heavily from the
"American Branch of the Bank of England, the Federal Reserve "System". The
Congress must be taught a lesson of fiscal and political accountability and
that it shouldn't be treating the Citizens of the country the way it has been
doing over the last 88 years. What will happen to the "dollar" if most
Americans stop paying taxes because they feel their government has grown
far too corrupt to support? Time will tell, but if history is any indication, no
matter what happens Sovereign Americans ought not be taxed because our
rights existed before the invention of "legislature", and legislature owes its
very existence to this fact.

Public Money Creation in Private Hands leads to Plutocracy

43% of a nation's tax cut going to the top 1% is not Constitutional Republican
taxation and gives evidence of manipulation, mischief, and subversion at
work in government perpetrated by fraud, coercion, forced consent, and
deceit. A nation only retains sovereignty when it creates its own currency
debt free.

The above statement may sound like, on its surface, that it is in violation of
one having the "right" to accept whatever he or she wishes for the payment
of his/her goods and services, but it does not. You having the "right", which
existed before the advent of "legislature", is inherent and cannot be taken
from you by an act of law, for the purpose of law is to defend your rights and
enforce your privileges as a Sovereign Citizen. How does "money" become
"public", and who gets to decide of what "public" money shall be made of
without violating the rights of others to accept "their money" as "money"?
Well, for the purpose of government, it's known as "legal tender" laws. The
"legal tender" laws in the U.S. do not restrict you from using "your" money.
The legal tenders laws establishes what the government says it will take as
its "money" for the purposes of the payment of taxes and dealings with the
government in its corporate capacity. Since the government must be used by
all for their protection, the "currency" is suddenly born by the announcement
of its legal tender birth because everyone must use "its money" for the
payment of taxes. What this means is the Citizens may use whatever they
wish as "their" money, but when paying taxes or in dealings with the
government, the government demands payment in "it's" money, whatever
that "money" is. Thus we come to the subject matter, what exactly is money
to our government, how is "it" to be created, and who is creating "it"? The
answers are as follows:
1. What is presently money in the United States? Federal Reserve Notes -
Debt Money - Bills of Debt - the promise to pay - Bills of Credit. This is
expressly forbidden by the Constitution of the United States of America
for the 50 states, although Constitutionally permitted in Federal territories
(non-states). This is why Federal Reserve Notes remain Constitutional, but
not Lawful money for the 50 States of the Union. Lawful money for the 50
states in not being created for the general use and welfare of the
Sovereign Citizens of the United States of America by "their" government.
2. How is money created in the United States? It is borrowed from the
"money" lenders, or bankers, in the Federal Reserve "System". We "tax
protestors and con men" apologize Mr. Greenspan and Mr. Grassley, but
we just will not support the "gangster" government practicing wealth
redistributionism and forced slavery to a debt currency that is unable to
be paid in full. The account is hereby marked 'Over Drawn' as We the
People will not be held liable for it and forced to pay it. It will be smashed
by a Constitutional sledge hammer. It is against my religion to do so, and

3. Who is creating the currency of the United States? The currency is
printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Washington D.C. This
is not to be confused as to "who" the "currency" is printed (created) for.
It is printed for the Federal Reserve "System", who then loans it to the
government. So the government in essence is not creating and printing
"its" own money, it is borrowing "its" money from a private cartel of
international banks represented by the Federal Reserve "System" whose
"money" is toilet paper with some "New World Order" symbols on it. As
collateral, the government creates and prints US Bonds, which are backed
by the "full faith and credit of the United States" [our, the Sovereign
Citizens, future 'productivity'] or more simply put - forced slavery via
forced "income" taxation on the Sovereign Citizens of the United States
and all their generations to come until changed by virtue of the fact that
the "money" being printed at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing is not
money for the United States but for a for profit corporation of private
international bankers to be used in Federal territories. The "Federal"
money isn't "Federal" at all since it is not created by and for the Citizen's
use. If it was, it would not say "Federal Reserve Note" but "United States
Note" instead. This is how Lincoln fooled the plutocrats during the Civil
War, but most American were not made aware of that very fact. Lincoln,
having created "money" debt free and unborrowed to finance the Civil
War, infuriated the plutocrats and they assassinated him.
