Scheme Terms & Conditions

Scheme period - 15th June to 31st August 2012 (excluding vegetable and sugarcane sales) - if any
distributor has availed one of these schemes the same person cannot participate again in these crop
schemes for same volumes.
This scheme is meant for Retailers and the Distributors having their own retail counters only.
All the products in the scope of scheme to be purchased and liquidated during the period
Avaunt ,Coragen & Ferterra to be purchased and liquidated during the period
The minimum qty to be purchased is indicated in the table to be eligible for each slab
All ASMs to validate the same by verifying at the end of the scheme period and then the scheme
benefits would be given to the retailers through SD
Total retailers quantity including retail counter sales of distributors should be less than or equal the
distributors billed quantity during this scheme period. Higher quantity would strictly be not
entertained.
This scheme cannot be clubbed with any other crop ( ASMs/RSMs to closely monitor)
A copy of the invoice to the retailer to be submitted to the ASM/RSM for the scheme eligibility of the
retailers
Benefits/trips will be given in the month of Dec12/Jan 2013
The list of distributors participating under these schemes to be shared with finance and SD before
15 July 2012
The list of distributors having their own retail counter sales should be identified by respective
ASM/ RSM and the list should be submitted with SD and Finance by 15th Jul to give the scheme
benefit to them.
The decision of company would be final and no claims /waivers would be entertained .
The rewards cannot be encashed - the same to be availed by the participating retailers and
distributors

The scheme benefits can be availed if the retailer purchases products in the desired volumes as
stated in the above table
This is a volume linked reward scheme for Kharif - no revenues to be considered, no swapping of
products allowed/entertained in this scheme
The eligibility will be claculated on basis of quantity purchased as per the above table. No
interchange of product to product quantity in desired slabs
The retail sales of distributors those having their own retail counters will be counted for the
benefits of this scheme
This scheme to be administered thru SD for the eligibile retailers and distributors having their
own retail sales.
The RTGS incentive of 0.5% would be given on all payments received under this scheme
