ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Testing and Commissioning, calibration and maintenance of various Instruments &
analyzers (DO, ORP, NH4, H2S, CO, Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Level etc.)
in Waste Water Treatment works in Liquid Stream including Fine screens,
Bioreactor, Clarifier, chlorination, and Ultra Filtration.
Testing and Commissioning for Solid Treatment works including Centrifuge and
Thermal Drying Plant.
Working with Siemens supplier/programmer for Testing and commissioning of
Siemens s7-400 PLC Panels.
Installation with pre-testing of Schneider VFD and Soft Starters.
Motorized Valve (actuators) and Penstocks with electric-drive (AUMA and
Rotork) and pneumatic Actuators (Elo-matic, Rotex).
Analyzing and finding solutions for various Problems in designed Parameters.
All related activities and preparation for site documentation works.
Supervise & site co-ordination with supplier/vendor their assigned task with quality
control and safety regulations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of VFD panels for various motors
and blowers.
Commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of MCC panels for controlling all
the motors.
Commissioning, Calibrating & Troubleshooting of various instruments (Flow meters,
Pressure gauges, pH, ORP, Turbidity, Conductivity meters etc.)
Installation, commissioning, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Modicon
premium PLC.
Preparation of I/O list for PLC, Vendor Data sheet for Instruments and other
documentation related to Instrumentation.
Monitoring and Controlling of overall operation of the plant.

UTILITIES BOARD SINGAPORE on Water treatment operations and undergone
the training during April 2013 in Singapore.
Got a special Appreciation certificate from VA Tech Wabag for successfully
completing a modification in PLC program for more efficient operation of the plant.
