Abstract-- This document gives formatting instructions for

authors preparing papers for publication in the Proceedings of


an IEEE Students Conference on Engineering and Systems
(SCES 20!"# The document contains information regarding
des$top publishing format% type si&es% and typefaces# Style rules
are provided that e'plains ho( to handle e)uations% units%
figures% tables% abbreviations% and acronyms# Sections are also
devoted to the preparation of ac$no(ledgments% references% and
authors* biographies# The abstract is limited to +0 (ords and
cannot contain e)uations% figures% tables% or references# It should
concisely state (hat (as done% ho( it (as done% principal results%
and their significance#
