We thank you for your enquiry on the above project. Based on the data received from
you, we have carried out a preliminary design of the PT floor system and following is
proposal from our side.

1.0 BRIEF DETAILS OF PROJECT (Forming basis of our offer)

Column stiffness is accounted for the beam design. Beam to extent out /or/ provided
with splay to accommodate anchorage.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK

i) Design of PT portion for gravity loads and as per the layout/loads issued by

ii) Supply, assembly, installation and profiling of all pre stressing tendons
including all PT hardware viz. HT strands , end anchorages, flat ducts, wedges,
barrels, consumables etc..

iii) Stressing of all tendons with our own equipments and skilled manpower

iv) Cement grouting of all tendons with our own equipments and skilled
manpower

Note: All normal civil engineering works other than prestressing viz. concreting,
centering & formworks, rebar works and filling of end recess in beam ends where
tendons are stressed etc., ensuring all the necessary quality & safety requirements,
shall be performed by main contractor.

3.0 RATE

Our lump sum rate for the above scope works shall be Rs.5.0 Lakhs (including the PT
slab and PT beams as mentioned in item 1.0).

VAT and service tax shall be extra as applicable. Labor cess, if applicable shall be
borne by you. Any new taxes / duties levied during execution shall be charged extra.

4.0 CO-ORDINATION

Overall co-ordination with consulting engineer, architect shall be ensured in co-
ordination with your office. We shall require the finalized floor layout with location
of cutouts etc., for preparing our detailed design / drawing.

5.0 FREE SITE FACILITIES

Electricity in stores, office and working areas in site and for stressing /
grouting at every location
Potable water, Cement and Additives for grouting
Formwork at bema end to be locally extended by about 1.2 m near stressing
ends and provision of working platform
Covered Stores and site office
Supply, fabrication and fixing of bursting links
Supply and fabrication of chairs for tendon supports
Lifting arrangements
Labor Accommodation

6.0 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

i) There will be small end recesses in beam ends where the tendons are stressed.
Civil contractor, under our guidance, shall perform filling of recess.

ii) Duration of our scope of works in the project is considered as 1month from the
date of LOI/work order. If the duration of the project extends beyond the
considered period, our prices will be revised as mutually agreed.

iii) In the unlikely event the site work is stalled or delayed indefinitely for any
extraneous reasons, we shall be allowed to demobilize / remobilize at mutually
agreed cost and our unit rate for balance work shall be reconfirmed by us.

iv) In case the basic design data e.g. Column/ beam configuration, loading on PT
member and total extent of work is modified later, it will have effect on our
design / drawings. Consequently the quantities and price shall be revised as
mutually agreed upon.

7.0 PAYMENT TERMS

Mobilization charges : 50 %
On delivery of prestressing materials at site : 40% pro-rata
On concreting & stressing : 10% pro-rata

All payments shall be made in 7 days from the date of invoice

8.0 VALIDITY : 30 (Thirty days)
