Job Split is an arrangement where an
employee works fewer than 5 full days/week

JOB SHARE
Job Share is an arrangement whereby two people, on an equal basis,
voluntary share the duties and responsibilities of a single full-time job,
each working half the normal hours associated with the full time job. With
job-sharing, the individuals involved are jointly responsible for the job.

Research the Unilever website, understand the core values and know
what is on their agenda as a company.
Review the Job Description thoroughly to ensure you understand it
and prepare any questions you have in advance.
Be prepared to outline your career history as well as professional
related strengths and weaknesses which are relevant to this job.
Try to be concise in the interview, but elaborate when required.
Prepare examples of behaviours or competencies that you have
displayed in the past that will be relevant to this interview.
Ensure you know where the interview is happening and plan to be
there on time. (30 min early is better than 5 min late!)
