The project FAME - ARTISTS 'SCHOOL AND CREATIVE CENTRES' NETWORK, approved as part of the regional call "Urban Visions - Projects for the development
of the centres for youth creativity" plans to build a school for artists in the following 6 locations:
1. Casa Cava - Centre for the creativity of Matera
2. Cecilia - Centre for Creativity of Tito (Potenza)
3. Centre for Creativity in Val Sarmento (San Costantino Albanese - PZ)
4. TILT- Centre for Creativity of Marconia of Pisticci (MT)
5. Centre for Creativity Rionero in Vulture (PZ)
6. Basilicata Europe Direct Centre (headquarters of EURO-NET) in Potenza,
creating a form of collaboration between the various areas and developing a network of cooperation also at transnational level.

The partnership is in fact composed of the following 11 organizations from 5 European countries:

The goal of the initiative is to give the possibility to "Lucan creatives" to be able to train young people (other future creatives) creating local schools able to
raise the demand for training in specific areas such as theater and acting; design; animation; music and sound; screenplay and creative writing; dubbing and
video creation.

But the novelty and the project innovation lies in the fact that the training approach will be shared and developed with foreign experts that will work together
with Lucan teachers and tutors, adding skills, knowledge, work methods and skills developed in other European territories, in order to convey a broad and
comprehensive framework of experience and be able to form in a full young Lucans: in this way the project will create a circuit capable of generating
transversal skills able to create always new talents in the arts and to confront itself with realities different from those merely local, allowing the exchange of
experiences and "best practices" at the international level.

The young people who will be trained and professionalized in the various artistic fields will participate, then, to the creation of a regional promotional product,
unique in its kind : it will develop a cartoon that , on the basis of extensive experience and award-winning developed in the field of production of innovative
products and in the field of information disclosure by the EURO-NET, can become a tool of multimedia promotion, communication and narrative of the Lucan
territories, as well as the basis for the development of new markets for regional tourism and the products of its food and wine industry . The cartoon that will
be developed using techniques "flash" and typical 2D digital design tools in the field of graphic -motion will be then presented , distributed and promoted not
only in Basilicata, but also in Italy ( the launch at national level will take place with a press conference to be realised in Rome at the Italian Representation of
the European Commission at the presence of national and international newspapers and broadcasting), and in countries that are part of the partnership
(thanks to the cooperation of partner organizations). The final cartoon in DVD format will be sent then to the evaluation of the most important festivals of the
sector at European and international level (for this purpose it will be dubbed and /or subtitled in all the languages of the partnership) to be screened to the
public and to participate their respective concourses: thus its dissemination and its promotional impact will be very significant and will have a cosmopolitan
"stage".

WP 1: Preparation
The preparation phase includes the following activities:
WP 1.1: Definition of operational guidelines and actual staff of professionals who will work in the project

WP 1.2: Start of communication and information campaign for the promotion of the project (web pages, social networks, newsletters, radio and television
programs, mailing lists, etc.).

WP 1.3: International Meeting of start-ups and the actual definition of the steps of working with local and European partners (4 days including travel days).
Visit of the 6 locations of the courses with foreign partners.

WP 1.4: Definition of a notice of selection of learners for the various workshops to accomplish. Launch of the notice of selection of pupils of the various
centers

WP2 : Implementation
The implementation phase includes the following activities:
WP 2.1: Developing creative courses in the various centers
In this phase will be initiated the various activities of the courses / workshops provided by the project in the following different areas :
1 ) theater and acting ;
2) design and cartoon ;
3 ) animation with flash ;
4) music and sound ;
5 ) screenplay and creative writing ;
6) dubbing and video creation .
The locations provided for the various workshops are the following :
- THEATRE AND DRAMA : Center for creativity of Rionero in Vulture (PZ)
- DESIGN AND COMICS : Casa Cava - Centre for the creativity of Matera
- ANIMATION: EURO-NET headquarters in Potenza
- MUSIC AND SOUND : TILT - Centre for Creativity of Marconia of Pisticci (MT)
- SCRIPT AND CREATIVE WRITING : Cecilia - Centre for Creativity of Tito (Potenza)
- DUBBING AND CREATING VIDEO: Centre for Creativity in Val Sarmento (San Costantino Albanese - Potenza)
The workshops will have a different target group . In fact, depending on the age of the students involved will create different courses :
Courses for Kids
These courses are aimed at girls and boys aged 11 to 15 years. The work developed in these courses for children will not be mostly used in the
creation of the cartoon (for obvious reasons) but will serve to the kids as "input" to the art world , such as the development of fun activities ,
educational and enjoyable useful at the same time to improve their relationship with the surrounding world and his own imagination, fantasy and
artistic verve.
Courses for Young People
These courses are aimed at young people aged 16 and older, aspiring professionals and amateurs of art.

The workshops will be developed on a biweekly basis: it is provided for this purpose a class for each of the types of courses (course for Kids nd
course for Young People) .
In each location of the 6 courses listed above there will be the opportunity to attend two hours every 2 weeks for each course according to this
example:
Day 1 Class A Kids from 15:20 to 17:20
Day 1 Class B Young People from 17:40 to 19:40

Each class of students (maximum of 15 students each) will meet then 1 time every 14 days on a specific day (to be defined in a l
later stage at the preparation of the schedule of classes for 2 hours.
In total will then be involved in a maximum of 30 children for each of the 6 places of business activities of the artistic workshop with a total of
maximum 180 young people in training). In total will then be developed over 120 training days (10 days for each kind of course).

The workshops will expect a development (obviously calibrated differently depending on age) .

WP 2.2: Organization of the week of seminars with the presence of foreign experts
During this phase will be held the week of seminars with the presence of foreign experts, who will meet at this stage the public in general (during
the seminar) and the students of various courses to address their activities and give suggestions. Partner organizations will send in Italy an expert in
the fields of competence that will work alongside local teachers, exchanging knowledge, abilities, skills, techniques, methodologies, methods of
work, etc..
promoting the exchange of good practices in Europe;
giving to the work of the laboratories a transnational approach;
facilitating cooperation between organisms and between experts of the specific field;
developing teaching programs based on different learning approaches.
During the seminars it will be experienced the innovative method of OPEN SPACE TECHNOLOGY, a creative way to conduct group meetings.

WP 2.3: Promotion and information on the activities of the project in progress
To be done by each partner in his contest

WP 2.4: Launch and promotion of the Network of Centres for creativity (Creative Centres' Network) at the European level and implementation of
memberships in all partner countries and in other countries


WP3: Development of final product
The development phase of the final product (ie the cartoon promo) includes the following activities:
WP 3.1: Implementation of the cartoon.
The cartoon will be realized by the coordinator EURO-NET and subtitled in English
Then it will be translated into the various languages by foreign partners.

WP 3.2: Promotion and information on the development of the final product
To be done by each partner in his contest

WP 3.3: Organization meeting international launch of the final product in Italy with the presence of all the local and European partners. Organization of
creativity fair
In this WP the coordinator will organize an international meeting to launch the final product in Italy with the presence of all the local and European
partners and all media.
The location chosen for the launch of the product will be the Centre of creativity of Marconia of Pisticci, in the province of Matera
The event will be an opportunity to organize activities for youth concerts and theatrical performances offered for free by various groups and
associations but also by artistic performances prepared by various groups of young people in training. There will also be a chance to meet even the
names of prominent stage sector that will be called upon to act as a "testimonial" of the initiative.
The event, which will be a development of at least 3 days during the summer, host meetings, conferences, round tables and meetings with authors
and seminars opened to the general public.
An area of the event will obviously be dedicated to exhibitions of comics in general and the work carried out in the various classes in the 6 schools of
artists.
The event of the show will be, of course, also an opportunity to sell the gadgets and the products made during the development of the project.


WP4: Dissemination and Exploitation
The phase of the dissemination and exploitation of the end product includes the following activities:
WP 4.1: Information Campaign of the product on an international scale
To be done by each partner in his contest

WP 4.2: Participation in festivals and promotional activities across Europe
WP 4.3: Country of dissemination of the product in all Partner Countries
Each foreign partner will organize a public seminar (1 days only) with animation and projection debate. It will also set up a welcoming environment
in which it will be possible, after the screening, taste the typical products of Lucania and promote the touristic sights.
It will be possible also to organize round tables with foreign operators interested in the valorization of the Lucan tourism sector, food and wine of
Basilicata. Those meetings will also be attended by Italian managers of the project, when possible..


WP5: Administrative management of the project
The phase of administrative management includes the following activities:
WP 5.1: Coordination of all activities (assured by EURO-NET)

WP 5.2: Monitoring activities of the project and its development

WP 5.3: Evaluation Report (interim and final)

WP 5.4: Feedback from local partners about the results of the courses

WP 5.5: Meetings of follow-up via Skype
In the last two months of implementation some meetings via Skype (video-conference) will take with foreign partners in different countries to
discuss any follow-up this project with other regional or EU grants.
