David Moyes is one o the "ost res#ected Managers in the league and has

0he session started with a 3og and so"e dyna"ic stretches. 0he itness sta

then went to the gy" and the others went with David Moyes and 4teve .ound.
1ere are the activities that David Moyes and 4teve .ound ran 5the session was
