1 OBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT:



2 TERMS OF PERFORMING: 10 working days from the date of the signing of the agreement.

3 VALUE OF THE OFFERED WORK: is of .EUR without VAT, ( or, according to the
work situation made up by the performer) and it is resolved in its equivalent in EURO at the date
of signing the acceptance report.

4 PAYMENT AND MANNER OF PAYING:

4.2 The delay of the payment or of the performance of the work shall lead to financial penalties of
1%/day from the value of the work ( unpaid or unperformed ).

5 DUTIES OF THE BENEFICIARY:
- shall supply the performer the space for storing the materials, tools and working equipment;
- shall supply the space for working, necessary for a good development of the work;
- shall permanently keep in touch with the performer for choosing or accepting the best overhaul
solutions;
- shall sign together with the performer the acceptance report and the warranty of the work.


6 DUTIES OF THE PERFORMER:
- shall permanently keep in touch with the beneficiary and shall inform him about the solutions
which will be applied;
- shall perform good quality work;
- shall guarantee the performed works for a period of ........... months, in normal conditions of
utilization;
- shall sign together with the performer the acceptance report and the warranty of the work.

7 DATE OF PAYMENT:

8 CLAUSES OF CANCELLATION:
The agreement is to be considered as cancelled in the situation in which one party does not keep up

9 DIVERGENCES:
The parties of the agreement agree to solve the divergences in an amicable way. In case the
divergences persist, the parties shall address to the competent court of law.

10 MAJOR FORCE:
The major force releases the parties from responsibility and the other party must be informed in 7
(seven) days time from its apparition.

11 NOTE: At the end of the working time, the beneficiary and the performer shall come to a
decision and sign the acceptance report and the warranty of the agreed work.

12 INSTALMENTS:
