Export Detention and Demurrage, Storage Tariff:
Rates and Free time hereafter are similar for Demurrage and Detention, but applied separately for each of them. Our
demurrage and detention do not include storage costs and reefer services (power supply & monitoring).
1. Dry 20: First 7 days free; From 8th -14th day: USD10/day; From 15th day onwards USD20/day.
2. Dry 40: First 7 days free; From 8th -14th day: USD20/day; From 15th day onwards USD40/day.
3. Dry 45: First 7 days free; From 8th -14th day: USD50/day; From 15th day onwards USD100/day.
4. Reefer/Special* 20: First 3 days free; From 4th-6th day: USD25/day; From 7th day onwards USD50/day.
5. Reefer/Special* 40: First 3 days free; From 4th-6th day: USD50/day; From 7th day onwards USD100/day.
6. Reefer/Special (Storage): 3 days free ; From 4th onwards USD2.4 /20, USD3.6 /40, and USD5.4 /45
7. Dry (Storage): 7 days free ; From 8th onwards USD 2 / 20' and USD 3 / 40'
Note: Detention is applicable from the container pick up date to the date of drop off at terminal.

The full payment of all outstanding freight and charges should they remain unpaid for more than three consecutive days

5. CLOSING TIME CHANGES WITHOUT NOTICE AND PLEASE REFER TO US FOR LATEST POSITION.
6. CC will decline any responsibility for any consequences/issues that could arise from container not sealed with ISO/PAS
17712 standard.
7. LOI is required if temperature discrepancy of more than 3 Celsius degree for frozen cargo or more than 2 Celsius
degree for perishable cargo.
8. The timeframe for SI submission is ETD-2 (Direct service at Vung Tau) and ETD-1 (T/S service). Any late SI submission
will be subject to fine/penalty of USD35/container for transited cargoes and USD180/container for direct cargoes.
For cargoes with AMS filing, it is subject to US customs fine which can be up to USD5000 per
