Profile
I have worked in kitchens since the age of 16, working up to a Kitchen Manager level. I have worked in varying
types of restaurant, including A la Carte (4 rosette), Vintage Inns and Toby Carvery to name a few. I enjoy
experimenting with different recipes at home and working with new ingredients. I have a passion for perfection
and enjoy training new team members and seeing them achieve high standards.

As Chef De Partie I was responsible for breakfast shifts, serving an A La Carte breakfast menu. I was also
responsible for preparing fresh food, banquets and food functions for in excess of 500 people.
On becoming Sous Chef I became responsible for preparing and cooking meals to order from scratch. I also
contributed to the running of the kitchen, organizing, training and ordering. I also learnt some butchering skills.
