By signing this contract, I _______________________________________ agree to the detailed


event information provided in SECTION A, cost information provided in SECTION B and the
terms and conditions listed in SECTION C.
This contract must be signed and returned promptly with the non-refundable deposit in the
amount of $100 to secure the booking. Contracts may be submitted via e-mail or mailed to:

Personal checks or money orders payable to Carolina Classical Artists or online payments via
www.carolinaclassicalartists.com are acceptable forms of payment. Invoices will be provided upon
request. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks prior to the contracted date of
the event.
Should the event be booked less than one month prior to the contracted date, the fee must be paid in
full immediately.
The base ceremony fee includes one STANDARD CEREMONY performance.
STANDARD CEREMONY consists of: Prelude, Processionals, Solo(s), Recessional, and Postlude.

Section C - Terms and Conditions


Music selections must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the event.
Any changes to the event details are to be made in writing via email and must be made a minimum of
two weeks before the event.
Should the event begin more than thirty minutes after the contracted start time, the musicians will
continue to perform as permitted by their schedules and a fee of $25 per musician per half hour will be
assessed. There will be no refund of payment in the event that a musician is unable to perform past the
contracted end time.
For OUTDOOR events, the client shall provide suitable protection for the musicians and their equipment
(tent/canopy, etc.) or a rain location as needed. Musicians will not be expected to perform in inclement
weather such as precipitation, extreme heat or extreme cold and may refuse service at their discretion
in order to prevent damage to their instruments. There will be no refund of payment in the event that a
musician is unable to perform due to inclement weather.
If in case of emergency and a specifically requested musician is unable to fulfill the contracted event, a
substitute professional musician will be provided. All other details of the event will remain as previously
determined.
Upon cancellation of the event or termination of services by the client, the deposit in the amount of
$100 will be retained.
If Carolina Classical Artists fully terminates services all payments received will be refunded.
