Decentralization act#ally is an organizational term t!at sim$ly efine as !anover of
a#t!ority% In conjunction with the Indonesian government system,decentralization lately is
often associated with the system due to the decentralization of government now led to a
paradigm change of government inIndonesia.
Decentralization is a delegation of authority in making decisions and policy to the
manager or the people at lower levels in an organization.
The Advantages of this system is the most decisions and policies in the area can be
decided in areas without central government interference.
ut the shortcomings of this system is in specific areas, e!cessive euphoria which
the authority is the only benefit a particular party or group and used to
benefit theindividual or personal.
This occurs because the area is difficult to control by the central government
ased on the articles that i"ve read, the autonomy e!perts from Indonesian #cience
Institution, #iti $uhro, said that the government must punish those districts which is
categorized as %fail& from district"s autonomy evaluation. If the government don"t do anything,
then why they have to held those evaluation. The punishment e!amplified as ' times
warning letter, before the government stop the grant for the district as a sanction. Another
worst sanction could be a merger to those district that have been considered fail. Domestic
(inistry, couple days ago said that ) of the '' province in Indonesia have got the lowest
score of autonomy performance. Those ) districts are #*+T,-., #*+A/, 0A0*A, A-D
A1,2. The rank was based on 34' indicators, like finance performance, service
performance, transparation, and accountabilities.
