3.3 Customers and Thei r Needs The main customers are bicycle rider. Because it can produce different protection thats helm, kneecap would not and its cheap to buy one and easy to use it. The input is little but and save peoples life in some situation. Meanwhile, some insurance company may need this since they can produce the reminder to their customer when they buy insurance for themselves and it can decrease the rate of bike riding accident , then the insurance company can reduce their cost of dealing with compensate for road accident. 3.4 The Product and Service This product is a reminder that will make flashy light or sounds to remind rider to make decision like turn left or right due to its own sensor measure the nearby motor vehicles distance with the bicycle. 3.5 Suppliers and Partners

4 The first supplier is transducer company, because this kind of industry will produce the main part of our reminder that to measure the distance between the bicycle and the nearby cars. The second supplier is flashlight company, because main point of this product is transfer the result of sensor to frequency flash light to remind the rider pay attention to the on every side of motor vehicles and make decision quickly.
Our partners are school or university. Since the main rider are teenagers and school or university need to do propaganda about the safe ride and relevant product or method, which could including our product. 3.6 Strategy: differenti ation Our product will be sold in a broad market, include all of the bicycle rider and schools and university and insurance company. Our plan is that all the rider can be life protected by our product. Because our product is using high tech sensor, its like kind of smart product, and also unique. We should make a high cost then we can make profit. The overall strategy is therefore differciation 3.7 Value Chain Activity: technology and development and R&D The most important value chain activity for our business is technology development and R&D Our product is a high tech using thing, the main purpose to put this product in bicycle is by using this smart sensor to protect riders life. Only have unique technology element , usual riders and schools and insurance company are willing to buy our reminder. 3.8 Business Processes 3.8.1. COLLECTING THE DISTANCE DATA PROCESS - the product collect the direction and distance between nearby motor vehicles and the bike, the smart sensor will make respond that whether to make frequency flashlight to remind riders. If cars are coming in the same direction like the bicycle and the distance is less than 10m, there will be high frequency flashlight. If is more than 10m, there will be low frequency light.
