Hair must be a minimum of 6 inches (15cm). Hair must be secure and free of tangles, dirt, and debris. Do not send loose hair. Loose Hair will be
returned to sender without being braided. Hair should be free of conditioners, detanglers, and other hair care products. A $10.00 processing fee will
be applied for matted, dirty, or tangled hair. If you would like your remaining hair returned, please notate below. Only lengths 4 or longer will be
returned. IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO ANY METALS OR MATERIALS, please notate below. Price will increase slightly to reflect for precious metals.
Payment must be included with the hair including shipping. WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
