Textos de consulta. El Miller es un clsico de la especialidad, aunque no es el nico. El Torres es el primer
tratado de Anestesia escrito enteramente por autores en lengua castellana. De reciente aparicin. El Jaffe
aporta un enfoque diferente al describir la valoracin y actitud anestsica segn los procedimientos
quirrgicos. En general, todos ellos flojean en el apartado de postoperatorios

Manuales para la primera aproximacin a los cuidados postoperatorios y crticos. El Marino presenta los
sndromes y temas clnicos con sencillez y fcil comprensin. El libro de la Universidad de Duke desglosa
las patologas por aparatos y sistemas, lo que en algunos casos puede facilitar la comprensin.

Hall aporta la novedad de finalizar cada captulo presentando y discutiendo un caso clnico relacionado. El
Shoemaker tal vez sea el ms discreto de los 4, est traducido al castellano.

respiradores, de bastante fcil comprensin. El Tobin es anglosajn, para profundizar ms en la materia.
