Job Summary
The overall purpose of his job is to manage the hostel students in such a way that
any of student’s activity spoils the reputation of GIFT University. Maintains the
records and allot the rooms to every student. Responsible for reporting of each
activity to GIFT College Principle.

Job Duties
1. To ensure the safety of students.

2. To monitor the activities of students.

3. To solve the problems of Students regarding hostel.

4. To report to principal if a student is misbehaving.

5. To create a pleasant environment in GIFT Hostel

6. Demonstrate an awareness and compliance of Health and Safety

policies.
