Local bodies li!e municipalities need collect different !ind of ta-es from the
citi(ens. 'very citi(en need to pay )ater Bills and 'lectricity Bills to the particular
authorities. *ctually a citi(en want to pay his municipal ta- means he should go to
municipal office and collect the necessary bill, pay there only. %ame as water and
electricity bills. This is not an easy job to get all these ta- information in different
authorities now days.
.or that purpose we are developing this application, which can collect the ta-
information from different authorities based on the house no/s and owner name by using
()* S)+,"c)- and stores the data in our own database. .or getting the information
regarding ta-es citi(ens need to register first. The bill are calculating on different modes
li!e annual, half yearly, 0uarterly etc...
By using the user id and password citi(ens can log into the system and collect the
necessary information from the home page. .or this every user need to provide his house
no and owner name. By clic!ing on the search button they will get their own

The e-isting system is a manual system. 1ere the employees needs to save the
information in the form of e-cel sheets or 2is! 2rives. There is no sharing is possible if
the data is in the form of paper or 2is! drives. The manual system gives us very less
security for saving data3 some data may be lost due to is management. 4t/s a limited
system and fewer users friendly. %earching of particular information is very critical it
ta!es lot of time. 5athering information of different sources is not an easy job, data will
be mismanaged. Calculating different bills manually going to be as a process of mista!e.
There is no interface to provide various bills in the e-isting system. 4n the e-isting system
citi(en get the bills information manually, in various authorities li!e water board,
electricity department, property ta- department etc.
&RO&OSE% SYSTEM:
The development of this new system contains the following activities, which try to
automate the entire process !eeping in the view of database integration approach. User
.riendliness is provided in the application with various controls provided by system +ich
User 4nterface. The system ma!es the overall project management much easier and
fle-ible. 4t can be accessed over the 4ntranet. The employee information can be stored in
centrali(ed database which can be maintained by the system. This can give the good
security for user information because data is not in client machine. *uthentication is
provided for this application only registered Users can access. There is no ris! of data
management at any level while the project development is under process. The automated
system will provide to the employees for reliable services. The proposed system using
