License Agreement

These terms refer to the use of the CCE V1.0b (the Original Work), developed by Daniel

1. Academic Usage

any of their trademarks or servi"e marks, may be used ithout e-press prior permission of

e-pressly stated herein, nothing in this 1i"ense grants any li"ense to 1i"ensor8s trademarks,
"opyrights, patents, trade se"rets or any other intelle"tual property, !o li"ense is granted to
the trademarks of 1i"ensor even if su"h marks are in"luded in the Original Work, !othing in
this 1i"ense shall be interpreted to prohibit 1i"ensor from li"ensing under terms different
from this 1i"ense any Original Work that 1i"ensor otherise ould have a right to li"ense,

"ontra"t, or otherise, shall the 1i"ensor be liable to anyone for any indire"t, spe"ial,

the use of the Original Work in"luding, ithout limitation, damages for loss of goodill,
ork stoppage, "omputer failure or malfun"tion, or any and all other "ommer"ial damages
