The notion of the social activists on JAN LOKPAL bill is quite constructive, well organized, strict &
above all, directional. Since 1947, we have declared independent from East India Companys
tyranny, our constitution has feed/delivered the fundamental rights which enable us to move freely
without get bound and also, we have tagged and said democratic to rest of the world. The very day
countrys visionary politicians, freedom fighter who fought for the countrys independence had not
been envisaged THE INDIA of twenty first century in a mess, where most of the news on TV
channels deliberately speaking on corruption.
The inception of any development task cries out loud the corruption involved in it. Special
allowances do take in consideration before deciding the economy of the task. The past of 2010-2011
tenure is entirely dark and gloomy, millions of public money has gone in vain to strengthen the
corrupt system by politicians & beaurocrate. The swiss bank is overloaded with the money
accumulated by Indian politics said by the director of the bank.
Peoples are dying of hunger, as food grains stored in warehouse is heavily locked from out in one
part of the country & drought and flood is dancing overwhelmingly in other part of country. When
politics is realizing to react on a situation, people hopes turn into corpse and government is still on
realizing mode.
Corruption is an insidious plague that has a wide range of corrosive effects on society. It
undermines democracy and the rule of law, leads to violations of human rights, distorts markets,
erodes the quality of life and it allows organized crime, terrorism and other threats to human
security to flourish. Mr. Kofi Annan foreword to the UN convention Against Corruption.
After going through the draft, it has been concluded that the bill is quite strict to the officials
responsible for system malfunction, excess flow of fund though not at all necessary. And,
country is demanding such a bill to put an end or minimise the level of corruption. The word
malfunction here represents the laziness, interruption in work flow, inefficient communication
skill, sick atmosphere in working space and many more.
One cannot bring the changes in the system, along. Corruption is a giant whose life is in a sick
system and the corrupt guns. Honesty, legitimately & transparency are only weapons to
defeat the giants & big guns together.
In order to meet the target of the bill, we, citizen of India should come forward & actively
participative in each protest & movement to bring the bill in force and pave the exit path for the
corruption at all level in the system.
