I . Place masking tape onto bumper surface where shown in fig I and fig 2 below.

Remove the chrome trim strips, and cut out the plastic clips as shown below prior to fitting
the mesh grille. Please note that only the fixings indicated by the RED anows require
removal, the fixings indicated by the BLUE arrows can remain in place. See fig 3 with inset.
4. Trim offthe 5 pointed tabs as seen above
Using a Stanley knife, as seen in fig 5. The
Tabs should look like the examDle shown in
Fig 6, once trimmed.
Trim offthe plastic over hangs on each side ofthe grille, flush with the
either a Stanley knife or a hacksaw blade as shown in fig 4.

Lower Sports Grille Fitment:
-
I . Remove the larger of the two grilles from the packaging.
2. Carefully
position the grille and push it towards the aperture until the 7 spring brackets
start to engage.
3. Depress the brackets to allow the grille to push into position.
Push grilles fully back until the brackets snap into position.
Using a torch, check that all the brackets have clipped into position and are fully
engaged. If any of the brackets have not engaged it is possible to push them into position
with a long flat screwdriver through the front ofthe mesh, while applying pressure to the
front ofthe grille. See fig 7 Below.
Fix the ends ofthe grille through the square washers using the 2. off No 6 x 0.75"
screws
(Do not over tighten the screws) See fig 8 below.

7. Remove the masking tape, and the lower grille fitment is complete.

Uoper Sports Grille Fitment:
-
l. Remove the smaller grille from the packaging.
2. Starting on the LH side locate the one spring bracket into position.
3. Push grilles fully back until the RH side bracket clips into position ensuring grille is
central.
4. Check that the brackets have engaged. As with the lower grille ifany ofthe brackets
have not engaged it is possible to push them into position with a long flat screwdriver
through the front ofthe mesh, while applying pressure to the front ofthe grille. See fig 9.
5. Fix the LH ends ofthe upper grille through the square brackets using the 2 off No 6
x 0.75" screws. Then fix the RH using the 2 off No 6 x 0.75" screws in the same way as
the LH side. (Do not over righten the screws) See fig l0 & I I Below.
6. Remove the masking tape, and the upper the grille fitment is complete.
