Additional Features Strengthen Service Providers Ability to Transition to NGN / IMS Networks without
Disrupting Revenue Producing Voice Services
RICHARDSON, Texas – November 9, 2009 – AppTrigger, Inc., the leading provider of Service Broker
solutions for telecommunications operators, today introduced support for 5 additional inter-working (IM-
SSF) solutions within its Ignite™ Service Broker to help Service Providers extend revenue producing
voice services across next generation IP infrastructure. The enhancement brings the total of pre-defined
application inter-working solutions to 17 and significantly improves the Service Provider ability to leverage
revenue generating circuit based voice services across converging network domains without the expense
of traditional proprietary solutions.
AppTrigger’s Ignite Service Broker continues to build on its industry leading “Any to Any” interworking
technology by providing a consistent service layer connectivity platform for existing services and future
application connectivity. In addition, the innovative Ignite™ Universal XML Toolkit allows operators to
easily configure network connectivity for services.
According to polling results from a recent Light Reading webinar on Service Brokers, 66 percent of
respondents expressed the desire for a solution that provides a consistent service layer connectivity
platform for existing and future application connectivity. A podcast of the webinar and additional Service
Broker polling questions and results can be found at www.servicebrokerforum.org .
