ADVERB :

ADJECTIVE :

1. Original Adjective
a. Positive Degree : big, long, beautiful, expensive

Kind of Clause (SOC) :
1. Adjective Clause : the clause which is functioned as adjective (explaining a noun)
Using relative pronoun : who (for person as subject), whom (for person as object), whose (for
person as possessive), which (for things). Relative pronouns are used in SOC.
Examples :
a. The woman who lived next door to us lost her money ( SOC MC )
b. I like the boy whom you give money yesterday (MC SOC )
c. You talked to the man whose son is my close friend (MC SOC )
d. The horse which she rode was brown ( SOC MC )
2. Noun Clause : the clause which is expressed / placed as noun
Using relative pronoun what, whatever, whoever
Examples :

c. Whoever works hard will get the success
3. Adverb Clause : the clause which is functioned as adverb (explaining a verb)
Using relative pronoun where, wherever, when, whenever, how
