This is where I am at...
I finally found the Image they refer to in the InetPro Wiki. It is here on the Cisco
website:

Downloads Home > Products > Security> Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) > IPS
Appliances > Cisco IPS 4200 Series Sensors > Cisco IDS 4250 Sensor > Intrusion
Prevention System (IPS) System Software-6.0(6)E3
File name: IPS-K9-cd-1.1-a-6.0-6-E3.iso
C:\Program Files\GNS3>qemu-img.exe create ipsdisk1.img 512M
C:\Program Files\GNS3>qemu-img.exe create ipsdisk2.img 4000M
C:\Program Files\GNS3>qemu.exe -hda ipsdisk1.img -hdb ipsdisk2.img -m 1024 -
cdrom IPS-K9-cd-1.1-a-6.0-6-E3.iso -boot d
Type 'k' when the prompt comes up, and it will do its thing. Then it will show the
same error I saw before when it is finished "FATAL: No bootable device"
It will move the ipsdisk1.img and ipsdisk2.img to
C:\Users\"USER"\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\GNS3
Move the files to the Images directory then get it setup in GNS3
It needs 1024 MB for RAM

I got it to boot! BUT, I get an error
*** ERROR: UNSUPPORTED HARDWARE DETECTED
Then it kicked me out, and I tried to log in again and it brought the sensor prompt!!
BUT, the Analysis engine is not running.
Has anyone gotten this working?

Hi,
Unable to ping the gw router or server. By default 192.168.1.1, even though if i
changed to some thing else using 'setup', still not working. Tried to connect server
directly or using general ethernet switch, still no luck to ping the gw.
Please help me!!

Hi,
Turned off the firewall and setup the gw in the loopback adapter, still no luck to ping
gw ip address from sensor or vice versa.

It's working, I was always connecting interface e1 insteaded of e0.
