Accomplishments’ Report for the Month of October 2009


I. Learners’ Development

1. attended the Children’s Mass last October 4, 2009


2. helped facilitating, in one way or another, some of the events in the Mission
Week Celebration and in the Month of the Holy Rosary
3. attended/handled review sessions of the students/pupils, in preparation for their
2nd quarter examination in Filipino
4. facilitated the 2nd quarter examination in Filipino, which was scheduled last
October 10-13, 2009
5. prepared/submitted the required weekly lesson plans in Filipino ( both for the
intermediate and high school level)
6. prepared/submitted the questionnaires for the 1st quarter examination
(both for the intermediate and high school level)
7. prepared/submitted the Key-to-Corrections of the submitted 1st quarter
examination’s questionnaires
8. advised/counseled those would-be failing students to comply with their respective
requirement/s in Filipino
9. planned to hold the 2-day and 1-night in-school encampment of the scouting
club scheduled this 27th day of November until 28th of the same month
10. submitted a letter of proposal with regard to the above encampment last October
22, 2009
11. submitted the Sheet As to the academic coordinator
12. applied/integrated technology in the daily discussions
13. taught the 2nd high school students on how to answer abstract reasoning tests, or
diagrammatic reasoning tests as they are sometimes called, are psychometric
tests which use diagrams, symbols, signs or shapes instead of words and
numbers. And because these kind of tests require good visual thinking skills
rather than verbal or numerical skills, they are often considered to be a very good
indicator of a person's general intellectual ability. This is made in application to
one of the students’ topics in Pluma.
14. met up those parents who have concerns with the grades of their sons/daughters
- during card day scheduled last October 24, 2009
15. helped facilitating the practices in preparation for the Living Rosary, which was
scheduled last Oct. 23
16. organized club meeting/s for the month – Scouting Club
II. Teachers’ Development

1. submitted the required weekly lesson plans in Filipino ( both for the intermediate
and high school level) for the month
2. submitted the finally checked class records ( both for the intermediate and high
school level ) for the 2nd quarter
3. helped making the communication letter for the parents/students regarding the
upcoming activities this approaching month of November
4. surfed the internet to get some educational information that can be used or be
integrated to most of the topics in Filipino
5. planned to hold the 2-day and 1-night in-school encampment of the scouting
club scheduled this 27th day of November until 28th of the same month
6. submitted a letter of proposal with regard to the above encampment last October
22, 2009

III. Curriculum Development

1. I attended the Regular Monthly Personnel/Faculty Meeting last October 26, 2009
wherein I voiced out suggestions/possible solutions about the issue regarding
‘Proper Wastes Disposal’.
2. Also attended the other faculty meetings, as follow:
a. October 12 – Clarifications on some of the adjustments to be made with regard
to the construction/submission of Accomplishments Report,
October 26 – teachers’ evaluation for the school targets this school year 2009-
2010

V. Future Plans

1. continuously making of lesson plans for the month of November


2. making of Table of Specifications (TOS) for the next quarter examination
3. making of test questions for the 3rd Quarter Exam
4. a much-improved teaching strategies
