Presentation 1: Full Name: Dr. Monica Bharadwaj (Presenter) and Dr,Renu Agarwal Institute/college: IIMT and YMCA Paper Title: Exploring Adoption Intention of Mobile Banking A Modern Retail Banking Innovation for a Better Customer Experience. Details: She explained that Mobile banking is a smarter way of banking as everyone is having a mobile now a days. . The aim of the research was to investigate factors affecting mobile banking. The key concepts of the paper were PU & PEOU, Compatibility, trust and attitude. Factor Analysis was used for the interpretation. The conclusion of the research was that the 3 factors i.e. PU & PEOU , compatibility and trust are affecting the usage of mobile banking . Attitude has no such impact on mobile Banking usage. Discussion included how to overcome the frauds in case of mobile banking, One Time Passwords and sometimes technology also fails. Presentation 2 Full Name: Ms. Naina Gulati (Presenter) and Mr.Deepak Halan Institute/college: Appejay Satya University, Gurgaon Paper Title: The Offline- Online Dilemma Details: The paper included a survey on online shoppers and Offline shoppers. The objective of the paper was to know the behavior of the customer when they shop online or offline. The paper also explained the advantages and disadvantages of both online and offline shopping. The survey showed a variation in thinking of the people going for online and offline shopping. She concluded that still the dilemma is on about whether the online shopping is better or offline. Discussion included the factors affecting the offline and online shopping. Presentation 3: Full Name: Mr.Manjit Singh Saini Institute / College: Paramount Group, Delhi Paper Title: Technological Innovations and their impact on Retail Market. Details: The paper explained the most recent innovations in the shopping and their impact on retail markets. He emphasized on 9 innovations including Digital Marketing Services, Omni Channels and HOINTERS (A robotically operated clothing store). He concluded that technology is only to assist, all the other operations including supply chain management should be full proof.

Details: This paper explained the behavior of the young generation on the online shopping. The survey included a sample size of 200 students and then included group discussion. The paper included the factors affecting the behavior of young generation regarding Online shopping.
