Biocode recently acquired an HP 8452a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. This will allow
replication of the experiments of the Carnicom Institute to allow independent
confirmation, as well as to enable new analysis.
Last night, the new device here was confirmed as functioning properly via a careful
serial dilution of green food coloring. This will be used in the future to synchronize the
device possessed on-site here at the equipment at the Carnicom Institute.
It was very fortunate to acquire such a quality , working piece of equipment at a
discount price from eBay.

Operation LAC was a huge test program in which the US Army Chemical Corp used
ground and aircraft-based sources to spray toxic Zinc Cadmium Sulfide over large
regions of the U.S. These aerosol spraying tests were conducted without informing the
public (informed consent) and were highly illegal. The military-industrial complex
went to great lengths to keep their operations a secret. This is the precedent for the
modern black program aerosol operations involving covert biological warfare against
the public.

The U.S. Air Force used a C-119 Flying Boxcar to disperse over 5,000 tons per
year of zinc cadmium sulfide in the atmosphere over the U.S. (1950 1968)

never stopped. They just kept iterating, introducing genetic engineering into the mix.

Overview on unacknowledged waived special access programs aka deep black
research programs from the black budget.
Special access programs (SAPs) in the federal government of the United States of
America are security protocols that provides highly classified information with
safeguards and access restrictions that exceed those for regular (collateral) classified
information. It may be a type of black project.
Two types of SAP exist: acknowledged and unacknowledged. The existence of an
acknowledged SAP may be publicly disclosed, but the details of the program remain
classified. An unacknowledged SAP (or USAP) is made known only to authorized
persons.
Waived SAPs are a subset of unacknowledged SAPs in the Department of Defense.
These SAPs are exempt by statutory authority of the Secretary of Defense from most
reporting requirements and, within the legislative branch, the only persons who are
required to be informed of said SAPs are the chairpersons and ranking committee
members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, Senate Armed Services Committee,
House Appropriations Committee, and the House Armed Services Committee.

Proof We Are All Infected

Over the years, there has been the red-wine spit test which was discovered by Clifford
Carnicom and Gwen Scott, among others. . . this began the journey to realization that we
were all infected with this aerosol pathogen whether we displayed symptoms or not.

The culmination of this research was reached in Clifford Carnicoms paper titled
Morgellons: Altered Blood. In this paper, we see definitive evidence that human blood
has been altered. By using scientific analysis called Visible Spectrophotometry, Clifford
discovered that everyones blood has been altered.
Everyones blood should look like the black plot. Bloods color primarily comes from
Hemoglobin and its derivatives.
However, reality tells a different story. Everyone looks like the red plot completely
unnatural, with no known identity in ANY medical literature over the past 75
years. Multiple individuals all display this blood anomaly. Notice how the peak at 400
nm splits in two.

However, it does not look like this anymore. Ive even double-checked this with old
papers on Google Scholar. What follows is for the evidence that this change involves
the aerosol pathogen (chemtrails)
The image above shows culture spectra of the chemtrail pathogen. The organism culture
source has no impact on this plot it is the organism itself that produces the changes
in the blood. Now lets look at the altered blood once again. We can see that the current
blood spectra of all humans is essentially the aerosol pathogen superimposed on the
reference plot for hemoglobin.
Serial dilution of a current human blood sample. Significant spectral deformation shows
presence of the aerosol pathogen.

This is very strong proof which shows that all individuals are infected with this aerosol
(the chemtrails) pathogen whether they exhibit so-called Morgellons symptoms
or not.

Lets take a look at what happens to the blood cells
Example of the condition of the red blood cells of the 37 year old vegetarian male. The
significant disruption to the cellular structures as has been reported on extensively on
this site is apparent.

You can see the aerosol-origin Cross-Domain Bacteria (CDB) fused to the outside of
the erythrocytes (Red Blood Cells), causing significant deformation. Any hospital lab
likely would diagnose this as a severe blood infection, but this person has sub-clinical
symptoms.

Blood cells should look like this:
A proper red blood cell without infection or disease

Another example follows of a childs red blood cell surrounded by the aerosol CDB
The condition of the red blood cells of the 8 year old child in coincidence with the
dental samples provided in this test. Magnification approx. 10,000x.

This is outrageous and criminal. Please help spread the word.
